Claims (11)

  1. Machine de ponçage pour le ponçage de panneaux de bois (2) ou analogues comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation (4), qui définit un plan de support (P) pour au moins un panneau (2), et est apte à faire avancer le panneau (2) dans une direction donnée (9) ; un dispositif de ponçage (10) monté au-dessus du plan de support (P) et comprenant, à son tour, un tambour d'entraînement (12), un tambour de tension (13), et une courroie abrasive (11) qui est enroulée sous forme d'anneau autour desdits tambours d'entraînement et de tension (12, 13), de manière à poncer une face supérieure (23) du panneau (2), le tambour d'entraînement (12) comprenant un arbre de support (16), qui présente un premier axe longitudinal (17), et est pourvu de deux extrémités excentriques (18) coaxiales entre elles et avec un second axe longitudinal (19) parallèle au premier axe (17), et un manchon cylindrique (21) qui est monté de manière rotative sur l'arbre de support (16) ; un premier dispositif d'actionnement (22) pour déplacer le manchon cylindrique (21) autour du premier axe (17) ; et un second dispositif d'actionnement (24) pour déplacer le tambour d'entraînement (12), par rapport au plan de support (P), autour du second axe (19) d'une position de fonctionnement abaissée à une position de repos relevée ; et caractérisée en ce que le tambour d'entraînement (12) et le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) sont connectés entre eux de manière à permettre, en service, que le tambour d'entraînement (12) se déplace autour du second axe (19) en fonction d'un profil de ladite face supérieure (23).
  2. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits premier et second axes (17, 19) sont agencés de manière à permettre que le poids du tambour d'entraînement (12) déplace le tambour d'entraînement (12) jusqu'à sa position de fonctionnement abaissée, et normalement l'y maintienne.
  3. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 1 ou 2 et comprenant, en outre, un dispositif amortisseur (28), qui est apte à permettre au tambour d'entraînement (12) d'osciller autour du second axe (19) en fonction du profil de ladite face supérieure (23).
  4. Machine de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) comprend des moyens de poussée (29) qui sont aptes à être agencés en contact avec l'une desdites extrémités excentriques (18), et sont mobiles de manière à déplacer le tambour d'entraînement (12) de sa position de fonctionnement abaissée à sa position de repos relevée.
  5. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) comprend, en outre, des moyens d'actionnement (25) pour déplacer les moyens de poussée (29), et un dispositif amortisseur (28) qui s'intercale entre les moyens d'actionnement (25) et les moyens de poussée (29).
  6. Machine de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) comprend un premier cylindre d'actionnement (28), qui présente une première tige de sortie (29) apte à être agencée en contact avec l'une desdites extrémités excentriques (18), et est mobile de manière à permettre à la première tige de sortie (29) de déplacer le tambour d'entraînement (12) de sa position de fonctionnement abaissée à sa position de repos relevée.
  7. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle la première tige de sortie (29) est mobile d'une position arrière vers une position sortie avant, de manière à exercer sur l'arbre de support (16) un couple donné autour du second axe (19).
  8. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 7 et comprenant, en outre, un dispositif de commande pour commander sélectivement le fonctionnement du premier cylindre d'actionnement (28) et, par conséquent, la poussée exercée par la première tige de sortie (29) sur l'arbre de support (16).
  9. Machine de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans laquelle le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) comprend, en outre, un mécanisme à manivelle (25) pour déplacer le premier cylindre d'actionnement (28) autour du second axe (19).
  10. Machine de ponçage selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le second dispositif d'actionnement (24) comprend, en outre, un bras oscillant (25), qui est monté de manière à tourner, par rapport à l'arbre de support (16), autour du second axe (19), et présente un premier bras, auquel est fixé le premier cylindre d'actionnement (28) ; et un second cylindre d'actionnement (26), qui est connecté à un cadre de support (3) du tambour d'entraînement (12), et présente une seconde tige de sortie (27), qui est connectée à un second bras du bras oscillant (25), et est mobile entre une position arrière et une position sortie avant, de manière à déplacer le bras oscillant (25) autour du second axe (19).
  11. Machine de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans laquelle l'arbre de support (16) comprend, en outre, une manivelle (20), qui est couplée d'une manière angulairement fixe à l'une desdites extrémités excentriques (18), et est apte à se mettre en prise avec la première tige de sortie (29).
