Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, welche insbesondere für die Feinreinigung vorwiegend bereits entzundeter und gezogener Drähte dient.The invention relates to a device which is used in particular for the fine cleaning mainly already ignited and drawn wires.
Es ist üblich bei jeder Kaltverformung Öle, Fette, Emulsionen und Stearate zu benutzen, deren auf dem Draht verbleibenen Reste sich bei den nachfolgenden Teilungsschritten negativ bemerkbar machen und die angestrebte Produktionsqualität beeinträchtigen. In der Praxis kommen folgende unterschiedliche Verfahren zur Anwendung:
- Ultraschallanlagen
Das Verfahren basiert auf dem Erfolg der Kavitation, konzentriert in einem mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit gefüllten Behälter. Das bei diesem Verfahren entstehende Kavitationsfeld bewirkt eine direkte Reinigung von Drähten oder anderen Endlosmaterialien. - Hochdruck-Reinigungsanlagen
Dieses Verfahren eignet sich besonders bei leichten Oberflächenverschmutzungen, in dem Düsen ein Reinigungsmedium mit hoher Geschwindigkeit entgegen der Drahtlaufrichtung aufbringen. Es wirken hohe mechanische Kräfte durch den erzielten Druck auf die Oberfläche ein und lösen die Verschmutzungen ab. Die Reinigungsleistung wird dabei durch die Druckstärke und Anzahl der Düsen bestimmt. - Chemische Reinigung
Der Einsatz von Säuren und anderen Chemikalien sowie die Zufuhr von Wärmeenergie zur Beschleunigung der chemischen Reaktion bilden die Voraussetzung auch für die Umwelt ungünstige Reinigung durch Chemie. - Mechanische Reinigungsanlagen
Genannte Reinigungsanlagen finden Verwendung für die Ab- und Vorreinigung von Drähten. Die Kombination besteht meist aus rotierenden Bürsten und einem durch Düsen aufgebrachtem Reinigungsmittel.

Ein Festsetzen von Schmutzpartikeln bei der Hin- und Herbewegung der Spezialstahldrahtbürsten wird verhindert, indem diese mit tempariertem Wasser laufend gespült werden. D. h., beim fortlaufenden Reinigungsvorgang kommt es dadurch zu keinerlei Beeinträchtigung der Reinigungswirkung der sich ansonsten zusetzenden Spezialstahldrahtbürsten. Außerdem sind die ausgewaschenen Schmutzpartikel leicht aus dem Spülwasser zu entfernen und zu entsorgen, ohne das Probleme, wie sie beispielsweise bei der Verwendung von Chemikalien bekannt sind, auftreten. Durch Längsbürsten entsteht gleichzeitig eine feinst aufgeraute Oberfläche durch die sich die Schmierstoffaufnahme erheblich verbessert und so den nachfolgenden Ziehvorgang merklich optimiert bei gleichzeitiger Erreichung hoher Ziehgeschwindigkeiten bei geringsten Ziehsteinverschleiß. Die Vorrichtung besteht jeweils aus zwei außenliegenden Seitenplatten 1; 2, die durch vier Rundbolzen 3 fest miteinander verbunden sind, indem die Rundbolzen 3 an den äußeren Enden mit Innengewinde versehen sind und über die Außenflächen der jeweiligen Seitenplatte 1; 2 mittels einer durchsteckbaren Schraube 4 eine Einheit bilden. Eine bewegliche, als Komplex ausgeführte Inneneinheit 5, wird aus den Seitenplatten 6, die durch vier Spannbolzen 7 und einer Grundplatte 8, die auf den an der jeweiligen Innenseiten der Seitenplatten 6 befindlichen Aufnahme 9 aufgeschraubt ist, zusammengehalten. Die in den Seitenplatten 6 befindlichen Bohrungen 10 zur Durchführung der Rundbolzen 3 sind als Gleitlager ausgeführt. Auf der Grundplatte 8 der Inneneinheit 5 sind Führungen 11 angebracht, in welche spezielle Aufnahmeboxen 12 für entsprechend geformte Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13 gleiten. Die Aufnahmeboxen 12 und die damit verbundenen Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13 werden durch Federn 14 in Richtung des durchlaufenden Drahtes 15 gedrückt. Unter den Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13 sind in der Grundplatte 8 Öffnungen 16 eingelassen, durch die Spülwasser (aus einem nicht dargestellten Behälter), welches von oben auf die Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13 aufgesprüht wird, wieder austreten kann und so dem Wasserkreislauf wieder zugeführt wird. Die Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13 befinden sich auf gleicher Höhe mit dem zu reinigendem durchlaufenden Draht 15, der durch ausreichend große Öffnungen 17 der Seitenplatten 1;2;6 berührungsfrei geführt wird. Zur Erreichung der Hubbewegung der Inneneinheit 5 sind an der Seitenplatte 2 des Grundgerätes zwei Pneumatikzylinder 18 angebracht, deren Kolbenstangen 19 durch Öffnungen 20 in der Seitenplatte 2 geführt und mit der Seitenplatte 6 der Inneneinheit 5 kraftschlüssig verbunden sind und so mittels der Pneumatikzylinder 18 der oszillierende Antrieb der Inneneinheit 5 ausgelöst wird. D. h., der maximale Reinigungseffekt des durch die Vorrichtung hindurch geführten vorgereinigten Drahtes 15 entsteht zwangsläufig durch die in Längsachse angeordneten oszillierenden und rotierenden Spezialstahldrahtbürsten 13, die solche mittigen Ausnehmungen aufweisen, dass sie bei der Reinigung des Drahtes 15 diesen weitgehend umschlingen, kombiniert mit deren einstellbaren Anpressdruck und der kontinuierlichen Wasserspülung.The device consists of two outer side plates 1; 2, which are fixedly connected to each other by four
