The medical rubber plug cleaning machine capable of cleaning the inner wall is characterized by comprising a machine body, a roller, a cleaning assembly, a washing assembly and a power assembly; an accommodating cavity is formed in the machine body, the accommodating cavity is provided with two opposite side walls, and a feeding hole is formed in one side wall; setting the spacing direction of the two side walls as a first direction; the roller is arranged along the first direction, two ends of the roller are respectively and rotatably arranged on the two side walls, and a roller cavity of the roller is communicated with the feed port; the cleaning assembly is used for cleaning the rubber wires attached to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity in the roller; the flushing assembly is positioned in the cylinder cavity of the roller and used for flushing water to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity in the rotating process of the roller so as to clean the medical rubber plug in the cylinder cavity of the roller; the power assembly is used for driving the roller to rotate;
the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning ring, a limiting ring, a spring structure and a driving structure; the cleaning ring is arranged in a collinear way with the axis of the roller and is arranged in a cylinder cavity of the roller in a sliding way along the axis direction of the roller, and the outer diameter of the cleaning ring is equal to the inner diameter of the cylinder cavity of the roller; the two limiting rings are arranged in a collinear manner with the axis of the roller, the two limiting rings are respectively positioned on two sides of the roller along the axis direction of the roller and are respectively arranged on the two side walls in a sliding manner, the inner diameter of each limiting ring is equal to that of the cleaning ring, a plurality of compensation columns are arranged on each limiting ring, each compensation column is arranged along the axis direction of the roller and is annularly and alternately arranged along the axis of the roller, and each compensation column on each limiting ring extends out towards the direction of the other limiting ring; the two elastic structures are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two limit rings, and each elastic structure is used for elastically moving the corresponding limit ring, so that the corresponding limit ring keeps a trend of moving towards the other limit ring; the driving structure is connected with the cleaning ring and used for driving the cleaning ring to move so as to push the rubber wires attached to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the roller; each side wall is provided with an annular sliding cavity for the limiting ring to slide; the cleaning ring is abutted with the compensation column and then pushes the compensation column and the limiting ring to move in the annular sliding cavity so as to push the rubber wire into the annular sliding cavity.

The medical rubber plug cleaning machine capable of cleaning the inner wall according to claim 1, wherein each of the elastic structures comprises a plurality of springs, each of the springs is arranged along the axial direction of the roller, and each of the springs is arranged in the annular sliding cavity annularly and at intervals around the axial direction of the roller, one end of each of the springs abuts against the bottom surface of the annular sliding cavity, and the other end of each of the springs abuts against the limit ring.

The medical rubber plug cleaning machine capable of cleaning the inner wall according to claim 1, wherein the number of the driving structures is at least three, and each driving structure is arranged around the axis of the roller in an annular and spaced manner; each driving structure comprises a first winding drum, a second winding drum, a steel wire, a first driver and a second driver; the first winding drum is rotatably arranged in the machine body and corresponds to one of the side walls, and the axis of the first winding drum is perpendicular to the axis of the roller; the second winding drum is rotatably arranged in the machine body and corresponds to the other side wall, and the axis of the second winding drum is parallel to the axis of the first winding drum; the two ends of the steel wire are respectively wound on the first winding drum and the second winding drum, the steel wire penetrates through the two limiting rings along the axial direction of the roller and is fixedly connected with the cleaning ring, and the steel wire is used for driving the cleaning ring to move along with the rotation of the first winding drum or the second winding drum; the first driver is fixedly arranged on the machine body, and a power output end is connected with the first reel so as to drive the first reel to rotate; the second driver is fixedly arranged on the machine body, and the power output end of the second driver is connected with the second winding drum to drive the second winding drum to rotate.
