Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de vanne de commande hydraulique (1) pour la commande d'un cylindre hydraulique à double effet (7) avec une vanne de commande (2) par étranglement dans des positions intermédiaires, qui est en communication avec une conduite de refoulement (3) d'une pompe (4), avec une conduite de réservoir (6) menée à un réservoir (5) et avec des conduites de consommateurs (8a, 8b) menées au cylindre hydraulique (7), dans lequel la vanne de commande (2) est actionnée chaque fois par une pression de commande hydraulique (pA; pB) en direction d'une position de commande (2b; 2d), dans laquelle une conduite de consommateur (8a; 8b) forme un côté d'arrivée raccordé à la conduite de refoulement (3) et l'autre conduite de consommateur (8b; 8a) forme un côté d'écoulement raccordé au réservoir (5) et dans lequel une vanne de freinage de descente (15a, 15b) à siège étanche est disposée respectivement dans les conduites de consommateur (8a, 8b) pour l'arrêt sans fuite d'huile du cylindre hydraulique (7), laquelle présente une position d'arrêt sans fuite (17a, 17b) et une position de passage (18a, 18b), dans lequel la vanne de freinage de descente à siège étanche (15b; 15a) disposée dans le côté d'écoulement peut être actionnée par la pression de commande (pA; pB) de la vanne de commande (2) en direction de la position de passage (18b; 18a), caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'une charge négative agissant sur le cylindre hydraulique (7) la pression de commande (pA; pB) poussant la vanne de freinage de descente (15b; 15a) dans la position de passage peut être influencée en fonction de la pression d'arrivée régnant dans le côté d'arrivée du cylindre hydraulique (7), dans lequel une conduite de commande primaire (20a; 20b) de la vanne de freinage de descente (15a; 15b) menant la pression de commande (pA; pB) est raccordée à la conduite de consommateur côté arrivée (8a; 8b) au moyen d'une conduite d'évacuation (22a; 22b), dans laquelle est disposée une vanne d'arrêt (24a; 24b), dans lequel dans le cas d'une baisse de la pression d'arrivée dans la conduite de consommateur côté arrivée (8a; 8b) en dessous de la pression de commande (pA; pB) la vanne d'arrêt (24a; 24b) dans la conduite d'évacuation (22a; 22b) s'ouvre et il se produit une baisse de pression de la pression de commande (pA; pB) régnant dans la conduite de commande primaire (20a; 20b) et activant la vanne de freinage de descente (15a; 15b) côté écoulement dans la position de passage (18a; 18b).
  2. Dispositif de vanne de commande hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de commande primaire (20a; 20b) prévue pour l'actionnement de la vanne de freinage de descente (15b; 15a) est menée d'une face de commande de la vanne de freinage de descente (15b; 15a) agissant en direction de la position de passage (18b; 18a) jusqu'à une conduite de pression de commande (10a; 10b) portant la pression de commande (pA; pB) de la vanne de commande (2), dans lequel un dispositif d'étranglement (21a; 21b) est disposé dans la conduite de commande primaire (20a; 20b) et la conduite de commande primaire (20a; 20b) est raccordée entre le dispositif d'étranglement (21a; 21b) et la vanne de freinage de descente (15b; 15a) à la conduite d'évacuation (22a; 22b) menée vers le côté d'arrivée, dans laquelle sont disposés un autre dispositif d'étranglement (23a; 23b) et en aval de l'autre dispositif d'étranglement (23a; 23b) la vanne d'arrêt (24a; 24b) s'ouvrant en direction du côté d'arrivée.
  3. Dispositif de vanne de commande hydraulique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étranglement (21a; 21b; 23a; 23b) sont réalisés en forme d'obturateurs ou de buses.
