Beschreibung
Substrat für ein Leuchtmodul und Leuchtmodul Die Erfindung betrifft ein Substrat für ein Leuchtmodul, ins¬ besondere für ein LED-Leuchtmodul, und betrifft ferner ein Leuchtmodul .
Es ist bekannt, ein Substrat mit elektronischen Bauelementen, einschließlich mehrerer Leuchtdioden (LEDs), zu bestücken. Thermisch kritische Bauelemente wie z.B. die LEDs oder Trei¬ berbausteine sollten mit einem möglichst geringen Wärmeübergangswiderstand an das Substrat angebunden werden. Das Sub¬ strat kann mit einem Kühlkörper verbunden werden. Aus dem Au- tomobilbereich sind solche Substrate bekannt, bei denen je nach gewünschter Beleuchtungsart (Abblendlicht, Fernlicht usw.) verschiedene Blöcke mit jeweils mehreren LEDs getrennt ansteuerbar und zuschaltbar sind. Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Leucht¬ einheit bereitzustellen, welche besonders einfach an unterschiedliche Randbedingungen anpassbar ist und zudem kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß den Merkmalen der unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind insbesonde¬ re den abhängigen Ansprüchen entnehmbar.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Substrat für ein Leuchtmo- dul, aufweisend mehrere Lichtquellenbestückplätze und mindes¬ tens einen Widerstandsbestückplatz für einen (Brücken-) Widerstand, wobei der mindestens eine Widerstandsbestückplatz jeweils parallel zu mindestens einem der Lichtquellenbestück- plätze geschaltet ist. Die Aufgabe kann in anderen Worten ge- löst werden durch ein Substrat für ein Leuchtmodul, aufwei¬ send n Lichtquellenbestückplätze, insbesondere LED-Bestück¬ plätze, und mindestens m Widerstandsbestückplätze für Brü- ckenwiderstände, wobei n >= 2 ist, m >= 1 ist und die m Wi¬ derstandsbestückplätze jeweils parallel zu mindestens einem der n Lichtquellenbestückplätze geschaltet sind. Dadurch kann das gleiche Substrat für eine unterschiedliche Zahl und/oder Art von Lichtquellen verwendet werden. Soll nicht die maximal mögliche Zahl von Lichtquellenbestückplät- zen mit einer jeweiligen Lichtquelle bestückt werden, kann mindestens ein Lichtquellenbestückplätz frei bleiben. Um ei- nen Stromfluss durch die anderen Lichtquellen zu garantieren, wird für jeden freien Lichtquellenbestückplatz ein dazu elektrisch parallel geschalteter Überbrückungsbestückplatz mit einem Brückenwiderstand bestückt. So kann das gleiche Substrat für verschiedene Anforderungen an einen Lichtstrom (Lumenanforderung) verwendet werden und braucht nur unterschiedlich bestückt zu werden. Auch kann so ein gewünschtes Zahlenverhältnis von verschiedenfarbigen Lichtquellen, insbesondere LEDs, insbesondere zur Erzeugung eines Mischlichts, einfach eingestellt oder angenähert werden. Durch die Verwen- dung des gleichen Substrats für verschiedene Anforderungen, z.B. bezüglich eines Lichtstroms und/oder einer Lichtfarbe, können dessen Stückkosten reduziert werden.
Der Brückenwiderstand kann insbesondere ein Null-Ohm- Widerstand sein.
Bevorzugterweise umfasst die mindestens eine Lichtquelle min¬ destens eine Leuchtdiode (LED) . Bei Vorliegen mehrerer Leuchtdioden können diese in der gleichen Farbe oder in ver- schiedenen Farben leuchten. Eine Farbe kann monochrom (z.B. rot, grün, blau usw.) oder multichrom (z.B. weiß) sein. Auch kann das von der mindestens einen Leuchtdiode abgestrahlte Licht ein infrarotes Licht (IR-LED) oder ein ultraviolettes Licht (UV-LED) sein. Mehrere Leuchtdioden können ein Misch- licht erzeugen; z.B. ein weißes Mischlicht. Die mindestens eine Leuchtdiode kann mindestens einen wellenlängenumwandelnden Leuchtstoff enthalten (Konversions-LED) . Die mindestens eine Leuchtdiode kann in Form mindestens einer einzeln ge¬ nausten Leuchtdiode oder in Form mindestens eines LED-Chips vorliegen. Die mindestens eine Leuchtdiode kann mit mindes¬ tens einer eigenen und/oder gemeinsamen Optik zur Strahlfüh- rung ausgerüstet sein, z.B. mindestens einer Fresnel-Linse, Kollimator, und so weiter. Anstelle oder zusätzlich zu anorganischen Leuchtdioden, z.B. auf Basis von InGaN oder Alln- GaP, sind allgemein auch organische LEDs (OLEDs, z.B. Poly- mer-OLEDs) einsetzbar. Alternativ kann die mindestens eine Lichtquelle z.B. mindestens einen Diodenlaser oder eine ande¬ re Halbleiterlichtquelle aufweisen.
Die Zahl der Widerstandsbestückplätze kann allgemein kleiner, gleich oder größer als die Zahl der Lichtquellenbestückplätze sein. Ist die Zahl der Lichtquellenbestückplätze gleich der Zahl der Widerstandsbestückplätze, kann jeder der Lichtquel¬ lenbestückplätze gebrückt werden bzw. elektrisch parallel zu einem der Widerstandsbestückplätze liegen. Ist die Zahl der Widerstandsbestückplätze kleiner als die Zahl der Lichtquellenbestückplätze, können beispielsweise ei¬ nige der Lichtquellenbestückplätze einzeln gebrückt werden und/oder es können mehrere Lichtquellenbestückplätze gemein¬ sam gebrückt werden. Ist die Zahl der Widerstandsbestückplät- ze kleiner als die Zahl der Lichtquellenbestückplätze, kann es eine Variante sein, dass zumindest einer der Lichtquellen¬ bestückplätze nicht elektrisch parallel zu einem der Wider¬ standsbestückplätze liegt bzw. nicht über einen der Wider¬ standsbestückplätze brückbar ist.
Ist die Zahl der Widerstandsbestückplätze größer als die Zahl der Lichtquellenbestückplätze, kann mindestens einer der Wi¬ derstandsbestückplätze auch zur alternativen Überbrückung der Lichtquellenbestückplätze dienen, z.B. anstelle von mehreren anderen Widerstandsbestückplätzen. So kann eine Kostenersparnis und eine Verringerung eines Bestückungsaufwands erreicht werden . Es ist eine Weiterbildung, dass die Lichtquellenbestückplätze in einem Matrixmuster angeordnet sind und Lichtquellenbe- stückplätze, welchen keiner der Widerstandsbestückplätze zu- geordnet ist, in einem zentralen Block der Lichtquellenbe- stückplätze angeordnet sind. So kann ein kompakter Bereich für die Lichtquellenbestückplätze für verschiedene Bestü¬ ckungsvarianten aufrechterhalten werden. Es ist eine weitere Ausgestaltung, dass ein Lichtquellenbe- stückplatz eine Kontaktfläche für eine Anode der Lichtquelle, eine Kontaktfläche für eine Kathode der Lichtquelle und eine Kontaktfläche für eine Wärmeableitfläche der Lichtquelle ('thermisches Päd') aufweist, wobei diese Kontaktflächen elektrisch voneinander getrennt sind. Dadurch können Lichtquellen, insbesondere Leuchtdioden, welche eine dedizierte Wärmeableitfläche aufweisen, thermisch besonders effizient an das Substrat angeschlossen werden. Zudem kann über die Kontaktfläche für die Wärmeableitfläche eine einfache und platz- sparende Möglichkeit zum Durchführen einer elektrischen Leitung bereitgestellt werden, so dass die elektrische Leitung dann also nicht mehr außen um den Bestückplatz herum geführt zu werden braucht. Es ist eine spezielle Ausgestaltung, dass eine Kontaktfläche für eine Anode oder eine Kathode eines Lichtquellenbestück- platzes mit einer Kontaktfläche für eine Anode oder eine Ka¬ thode eines weiteren Lichtquellenbestückplätzes elektrisch verbunden ist, und zwar über eine Kontaktfläche für eine Wär- meableitfläche mindestens noch eines weiteren Lichtquellenbe¬ stückplätzes . Dies ermöglicht eine besonders kompakte Ver¬ drahtung .
Es ist ferner eine Ausgestaltung, dass die Lichtquellenbe- Stückplätze mit mindestens zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen je¬ weils gleicher Farbe bestückt sind. So können die Lichtquel¬ lenbestückplätze mindestens mit einer ersten Gruppe von Lichtquellen von jeweils einer ersten Farbe und mit einer zweiten Gruppe von Lichtquellen von jeweils einer zweiten Farbe bestückt sein, z.B. rot und mintgrün. Jede der Gruppen von Lichtquellen weist mindestens eine Lichtquelle auf. In einer weiteren Variante können auch drei Gruppen von Lichtquellen aus drei Farben, z.B. rot, grün und blau, vorhanden sein, oder auch vier Gruppen, z.B. rot, grün, blau und bernsteinfarben ('amber'). Allgemein können mindestens zwei Gruppen auch von gleicher Farbe sein, z.B. zwei individuell an- steuerbare Gruppen mit Lichtquellen grüner Farbe.
Die Lichtquellen mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Gruppen können eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen, und die Licht¬ quellen mindestens einer Gruppe sind in Reihe verbunden. So kann eine einfache Brückung und gleichmäßige Bestromung der Lichtquellenbestückplätze bzw. der daran angebrachten Licht¬ quellen erreicht werden.
Es ist noch eine Weiterbildung, dass die Lichtquellen mindes- tens zweier unterschiedlicher Gruppen eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen und dass für mindestens eine der Gruppen, insbesondere alle Gruppen, von Lichtquellen mindestens ein Lichtquellenbestückplatz nicht mit einem Widerstandsbestückplatz elektrisch parallel verschaltet ist. Auf diese Weise kann sichergestellt werden, dass mindestens eine Lichtquelle einer der Gruppen vorhanden ist.
Es ist eine weitere Ausgestaltung, dass die Lichtquellenbe- stückplätze mit zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen unterschiedli- eher Farbe bestückt sind, dass die Lichtquellen der zwei Gruppen jeweils elektrisch in Reihe geschaltet sind und dass die zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen wechselseitig aktivierbar oder schaltbar sind. Eine solche Ausgestaltung kann besonders einfach implementiert werden, z.B. durch eine gegenläufige oder wechselseitige Ansteuerung, insbesondere über eine un¬ terschiedliche Polarität des Ansteuersignais, insbesondere Betriebsstroms. Für die Ansteuerung kann beispielsweise min¬ destens eine Steuerleitung vorgesehen sein.
Es ist für eine präzise Ansteuerung vorteilhaft, falls die Gruppen pulsweitenmoduliert aktivierbar oder ansteuerbar sind, z.B. wechselseitig eine erste Gruppe mit Pulsen positi¬ ver Polarität und eine zweite Gruppe mit Pulsen positiver Po¬ larität . Allgemein können die Gruppen unabhängig voneinander angesteuert werden und z.B. zueinander elektrisch parallel geschaltet sein .
Es ist noch eine Ausgestaltung, dass die Lichtquellen indivi- duell schaltbar oder aktivierbar sind, insbesondere ein- und ausschaltbar bzw. ansteuerbar und nicht-ansteuerbar. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Vorsehen mindestens einer Steuerleitung erreicht werden. So können auch bereits angebrachte Lichtquellen individuell aktiviert werden, z.B. zum Einstel- len einer zeitlich integralen Leuchtstärke.
Es ist noch eine weitere Ausgestaltung, dass die Lichtquel- lenbestückplätze mit zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen mit roter und mintgrüner Farbe bestückt sind. Dadurch lässt sich eine besonders einfach und preiswert ausgestaltbare und ansteuer¬ bare Variante erreichen, welche in der Lage ist, ein weißes Mischlicht zu erzeugen.
Die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch ein Leuchtmodul mit min- destens einem solchen Substrat.
In den folgenden Figuren wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen schematisch genauer beschrieben. Dabei können zur Übersichtlichkeit gleiche oder gleichwirkende Ele- mente mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sein. Fig.l zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf eine
Vorderseite eines Substrats gemäß einer ersten Aus¬ führungsform mit mehreren LED-Bestückplätzen und mehreren Widerstandsbestückplätzen, wobei einige der LED-Bestückplätze mit LEDs bestückt sind;

Fig.l zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf eine Vorder¬ seite eines Substrats 1 eines Leuchtmoduls M gemäß einer ers¬ ten Ausführungsform mit einundzwanzig LED-Bestückplätzen DLn (n = Ol bis 21) und zwölf Widerstandsbestückplätzen RLm (m = Ol bis 12) für Brückenwiderstände. Zwölf der LED- Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12 sind elektrisch parallel zu je¬ weils einem der zwölf Widerstandsbestückplätze RL01 bis RL12 geschaltet. Neun der LED-Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 ist kein Widerstandsbestückplatz RLm zugeordnet. Somit können die LED- Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12 individuell bestückt werden, oder auch nicht, während die Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 immer be¬ stückt sind.
Die LED-Bestückplätze DLn sind matrixartig auf dem Substrat 1 angeordnet. Die LED-Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 bilden dabei einen zentralen Block aus 3x3 Elementen, während die LED- Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12 eine dazu seitliche äußere Reihe (ohne Eckplätze) bilden.
Die LED-Bestückplätze DLn weisen jeweils drei Kontaktfelder oder Kontaktflächen ( ' Pads ' ) auf, nämlich außen je eine Kontaktfläche Kl für eine Anode einer zu bestückenden LED und eine Kontaktfläche K2 für eine Kathode der zu bestückenden LED sowie dazwischen eine Kontaktfläche K3 für eine Wärmeab¬ leitfläche der zu bestückenden LED ('thermisches Päd'). Die Kontakt flächen Kl, K2 , K3 sind voneinander elektrisch getrennt .
Die Widerstandsbestückplätze RLm sind außerhalb der LED- Bestückplätze DLn positioniert, so dass die Widerstandsbe¬ stückplätze RLm praktisch nicht in einem Lichtemissionskegel der an den LED-Bestückplätzen DLn anzubringenden LEDs liegen und somit eine Lichtabstrahlung nicht abschatten.
Fig.2 zeigt ein vereinfachtes Schaltungsdiagramm des Substrats 1 im Bereich der LED-Bestückplätze DLn und der Wider¬ standsbestückplätze RLm. Die LED-Bestückplätze DLn sind in Reihe verbunden und elektrisch zwischen einem Versorgungsende VCC und Masse GND geschaltet. Die zwölf LED-Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12 sind elektrisch parallel zu jeweils einem der zwölf Widerstandsbestückplätze RLOl bis RL12 geschaltet.
Zudem ist der die LED-Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12 umfassende Abschnitt elektrisch parallel zu einem weiteren Widerstands¬ bestückplatz JL01 geschaltet. Der Widerstandsbestückplatz JL01 ist vorteilhafterweise nur bestückt, z.B. mit einem Null-Ohm-Widerstand, falls lediglich die LED-Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 zu bestücken oder bestückt sind. Ein auf dem Widerstandsbestückplatz JL01 angeordneter Widerstand brückt alle LED-Bestückplätze DL01 bis DL12, was einen Bestückungs¬ aufwand und Bauteilkosten reduziert.
Nicht eingezeichnet, aber vorhanden sein kann mindestens eine Steuerleitung zur Ausgabe von Schaltsignalen an die auf den LED-Bestückplätzen DLn angeordneten LEDs. Durch die Schaltsignale können diese LEDs gezielt zur Lichtabgabe aktiviert oder dunkelgeschaltet werden. Fig.3 zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf die Vorder¬ seite des Substrats 1, welches nun so bestückt ist, dass die LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 nicht bestückt sind und die anderen LED-Bestückplätze DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 sowie DL13 bis DL21 mit LEDs bestückt sind (schraffiert angedeutet) .
In dem Schaltungsdiagramm aus Fig.2 entspricht dies einer Bestückung der Widerstandsbestückplätze RL02, RL05, RL08 und RL11, die hier schraffiert und in Fig.2 in dem oberen gestri- chelten Kästchen schematisch dargestellt sind. Die in Fig.2 in dem unteren gestrichelten Kästchen gezeigten Widerstandsbestückplätze RLOl, RL03, RL04, RL06, RL07, RL09, RL10 und RL12 sind nicht bestückt und somit elektrisch unterbrochen. Der Widerstandsbestückplatz JL01 ist ebenfalls nicht be- stückt. Somit kann ein Strom von dem Versorgungsende VCC, durch den (mit einer LED bestückten) LED-Bestückplatz DL01, durch den (mit einem Null-Ohm-Widerstand bestückten) Widerstandsbe¬ stückplatz RL02, durch die LED-Bestückplätze DL03 und DL04, durch den Widerstandsbestückplatz RL05, durch die LED- Bestückplätze DL06 und DL07, durch den Widerstandsbestückplatz RL08, durch die LED-Bestückplätze DL09 und DL10, durch den Widerstandsbestückplatz RL11, durch den LED-Bestückplatz DL12 und weiter durch die LED-Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 zu Masse GND fließen.
Ein so bestücktes Substrat 1 weist siebzehn LEDs auf. Das Substrat 1 kann ein Teil eines LED-Leuchtmoduls M sein. Das Substrat 1 und/oder das LED-Leuchtmodul M können zusätzlich Stromanschlüsse, eine elektronische Schaltung (z.B. einen Treiber oder einen Teil davon) , mindestens einen Sensor (Temperatursensor, Photodetektor usw.) und weitere Schaltelemente aufweisen . Fig.4 zeigt das Substrat 1 in einer bezüglich Fig.3 anderen Bestückungskonfiguration. Hierbei sind nun komplementär zu Fig.3 die LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 sowie DL13 bis DL21 mit LEDs bestückt (schraffiert angedeutet) und die LED-Bestückplätze DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 nicht bestückt. Entsprechend sind die in dem oberen gestrichelten Kästchen gezeigten Widerstandsbestückplätze RL02, RL05, RL08 und RL11 nicht bestückt, während die in dem unteren gestrichelten Kästchen gezeigten Widerstandsbestückplätze RL01, RL03, RL04, RL06, RL07, RL09, RL10 und RL12 insbesondere mit Null-Ohm-Widerständen bestückt sind (schraffiert angedeutet) .
In diesem Fall kann ein Strom von dem Versorgungsende VCC durch den (mit einem Null-Ohm-Widerstand bestückten) Wider- Standsbestückplatz RL01, durch den (mit einer LED bestückten) LED-Bestückplatz DL02, durch die Widerstandsbestückplätze RL03 und RL04, durch den LED-Bestückplatz DL05, durch die Wi- derstandsbestückplätze RL06 und RL07, durch den LED-Bestück¬ platz DL08, durch die Widerstandsbestückplätze RL09 und RLIO, durch den LED-Bestückplatz DL11, durch den Widerstandsbestückplatz RL12 und weiter durch die LED-Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 zu Masse GND fließen. Ein so bestücktes Substrat 1 weist dreizehn LEDs auf.
Falls die LEDs gleichfarbige LEDs sind, z.B. weiße LEDs, kann ein Lichtstrom einfach durch die Zahl der bestückten LEDs skaliert werden, ohne dass ein Layout des Substrats 1 geän¬ dert zu werden braucht. An dem Substrat 1 kann die Zahl der LEDs beliebig zwischen neun und einundzwanzig eingestellt werden . Das Substrat 1 kann einen oder mehrere wie beschriebene Be¬ stückungsbereiche aufweisen und/oder das Leuchtmodul M kann ein oder mehrere Substrate 1 aufweisen.
Fig.5 zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf die Vorder- seite eines Substrats 11 gemäß einer zweiten Ausführungsform, wobei die LED-Bestückplätze DLOl bis DL21 nun mit einundzwan¬ zig LEDs teilweise unterschiedlicher Farbe bestückt sind, nämlich mit dreizehn mintfarbenen LEDs (LED-Bestückplätze DL14, DL16, DL17, DL18, DL20, DLOl, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12, vertikal schraffiert) und acht roten LEDs (LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08, DL11, DL13, D15, DL19, DL21, schräg schraffiert). Diese Konfiguration des LED- Leuchtmoduls M ist sehr lichtstark. Ein elektrischer Übergang zwischen den roten LEDs und den mintfarbenen LEDs ist in Form einer Leitung zwischen den Kontaktflächen Kl, K2 der Bestückplätze DL20 und DL21 reali¬ siert. Dieser Übergang kann auch als ein Übergang zwischen schaltungsgetrennten Bereichen angesehen werden, welche ge- trennt ansteuerbar sind. Zum Beispiel können diese schal¬ tungsgetrennten Bereiche jeweils LEDs gleicher Farbe umfas¬ sen . Fig.6 zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf die Vorder¬ seite des Substrats 11, wobei nun nur die neun inneren LED- Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 mit LEDs unterschiedlicher Farbe bestückt sind, nämlich fünf mintfarbenen LEDs (LED- Bestückplätze vertikal schraffiert) und vier roten LEDs (LED- Bestückplätze schräg schraffiert) . Diese Konfiguration des LED-Leuchtmoduls M ist preiswerter als die in Fig. 5 gezeigte Konfiguration.
Fig.7 zeigt ein vereinfachtes Schaltungsdiagramm des Substrats 11 im Bereich der Widerstandsbestückplätze R110 und Rill für die Konfiguration aus Fig. 5 und Fig.6. Dabei sind die LED-Bestückplätze DL13, D15, DL19, DL21 (für die roten LEDs) sowie DL14, DL16, DL17, DL18, DL20 (für die mintfarbe¬ nen LEDs) nicht überbrückbar. Die übrigen LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 für die roten LEDs sind nicht indi¬ viduell brückbar, sondern nur gemeinsam über einen Widerstandsbestückplatz RL110. Ferner weist das Substrat 11 einen Widerstandsbestückplatz RL111 auf, welcher die übrigen LED- Bestückplätze DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 für die mintfarbenen LEDs zusammen überbrücken kann. So lassen sich die LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 bzw. DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 je- weils gruppenweise zuschalten. Bei unbestückten Widerstands¬ bestückplätzen RL110 und RL111 und entsprechend bestückten LED-Bestückplätzen DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 sowie DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 kann sich die in Fig. 5 gezeigte Anordnung ergeben. Bei bestückten Wider- Standsbestückplätzen PLllO und RL111 und entsprechend unbe¬ stückten LED-Bestückplätzen DL02, DL05, DL08 und DL11 sowie DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 kann sich die in Fig. 6 gezeigte Anordnung ergeben Die roten LEDs der LED-Bestückplätze DL02, DL05, DL08, DL11 DL13, D15, DL19, DL21 und die mintfarbenen LEDs der LED- Bestückplätze DL14, DL16, DL17, DL18, DL20, DL01, DL03, DL04, DL06, DL07, DL09, DL10 und DL12 sind getrennt ansteuerbar. Dies kann beispielsweise über mindestens eine nicht gezeigte Steuerleitung zu den LEDs geschehen, welche z.B. ein PWM- Signal auf gleichfarbige LEDs aufgeben kann, um diese LEDs für die Dauer des PWM-Pulses gemeinsam zu deaktivieren (abzuschalten bzw. dunkelzuschalten) oder zu aktivieren. Die beiden Gruppen von LEDs können z.B. über PWM-Pulse unterschiedlicher Polarität angesteuert werden. Fig.8 zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Draufsicht auf die Vorder¬ seite eines Substrats 21 gemäß einer dritten Ausführungsform, wobei die LED-Bestückplätze DLn wiederum mit LEDs unter¬ schiedlicher Farbe bestückt sind. Die neun inneren Bestückplätze DL13 bis DL21 sind jedoch nun mit LEDs einer gemeinsa- men Farbe bestückt, z.B. mintgrün (vertikale Schraffierung), während die äußeren LED-Bestückplätze mit sechs LEDs dieser Farbe und sechs LEDs einer anderen Farbe (schräge Schraffie¬ rung) , z.B. rot, bestückt sind. Selbstverständlich ist die vorliegende Erfindung nicht auf die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt.
So können auch andere Farben als rot und mintgrün verwendet werden, z.B. die drei Farben rot, grün und blau.
Allgemein können LEDs gleicher Farbe getrennt von den LEDs einer anderen Farbe angesteuert werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Substrat (1; 11; 21) für ein Leuchtmodul (M) , aufweisend mehrere Lichtquellenbestückplätze (DLn) , insbesondere LED-Bestückplätze, und mindestens einen Widerstandsbe¬ stückplatz (RLm) für einen Brückenwiderstand, wobei der mindestens eine Widerstandsbestückplatz (RLm) jeweils parallel zu mindestens einem der Lichtquellenbestück- plätze (DLn) geschaltet ist.
2. Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mehr Lichtquellenbe- stückplätze (DLn) als Widerstandsbestückplätze (RLm) vorhanden sind.
3. Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lichtquellenbestückplät ze (DLn) in einem Mat¬ rixmuster angeordnet sind und Lichtquellenbestückplätze (DL13-DL21), welchen keiner der Widerstandsbestückplätze (RLm) zugeordnet ist, in einem zentralen Block der Lichtquellenbestückplätze (DLn) angeordnet sind.
4. Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Lichtquellenbestückplatz (DLn) eine Kontaktfläche (Kl) für eine Anode der Lichtquelle, eine Kon¬ taktfläche (K2) für eine Kathode der Lichtquelle und ei¬ ne Kontaktfläche (K3) für eine Wärmeableitfläche der Lichtquelle aufweist, wobei die Kontakt flächen elekt¬ risch voneinander getrennt sind.
5. Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine Kontaktfläche (Kl, K2) für eine Anode oder eine Kathode eines Licht¬ quellenbestückplätzes (DLn) mit einer Kontaktfläche (K2, Kl) für eine Anode oder eine Kathode eines weiteren Lichtquellenbestückplätzes (DLn) elektrisch verbunden ist, und zwar über eine Kontaktfläche (K3) für eine Wär¬ meableitfläche mindestens noch eines weiteren Lichtquel¬ lenbestückplätzes (DLn) .
Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lichtquellenbestückplätze (DLn) mit mindestens zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen jeweils gleicher Farbe bestückt sind, wobei die Lichtquellen mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Gruppen eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen und wobei die Lichtquellen mindestens einer Gruppe in Reihe verbunden sind.
Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Lichtquellenbe- stückplätze (DLn) mit mindestens zwei Gruppen von Licht¬ quellen jeweils gleicher Farbe bestückt sind, wobei die Lichtquellen mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Gruppen eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen und wobei für min¬ destens eine der Gruppen von Lichtquellen mindestens ein Lichtquellenbestückplatz (DLn) nicht mit einem Widerstandsbestückplatz (RLn) elektrisch parallel verschaltet ist .
Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei die zwei Gruppen von Lichtquellen wechselseitig akti¬ vierbar sind.
Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lichtquellen individuell schaltbar sind.
Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lichtquellenbestückplätze (DLn) mit zwei Grup¬ pen von Lichtquellen mit roter und mintgrüner Farbe bestückt sind.
Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Abstand benachbarter Lichtquellen zwischen 0,05 mm und 1 mm beträgt.
12. Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Kantenlänge des durch die Lichtquellen beleg¬ ten Bereichs 21 mm nicht überschreitet.
13. Leuchtmodul (M) , aufweisend mindestens ein Substrat (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
