Claims (11)

  1. Unité d'entraînement (10) pour un vantail coulissant déplaçable (30) qui peut être fixée à ce vantail coulissant (30) et comporte un moteur d'entraînement (11) et une transmission (16, 17, 18) accouplée à ce moteur dont l'organe de sortie (18) est relié solidairement en rotation à au moins un galet de roulement (14), ce galet de roulement (14) pouvant être introduit dans un rail de guidage fixe (31) du vantail coulissant (30),
    unité d'entraînement dans laquelle :
    A) le moteur d'entraînement (11) de l'unité d'entraînement (10) est un moteur à rotor en forme de disque, ou un moteur à rotor interne ou externe DC équipé de balais ou sans balais muni d'une broche de sortie (19), pouvant être logé dans le vantail coulissant, et
    B) l'alimentation en courant du moteur d'entraînement (11) est effectuée par une source de courant (36) pouvant être logée dans le vantail coulissant (30),
    caractérisée en ce que
    la liaison technique d'entraînement entre la broche de sortie (19) du moteur d'entraînement (11) et l'organe de sortie (18) de la transmission est constituée par une chaîne de roues formé par des roues (16, 17) engrenant l'une avec l'autre, et la chaîne de roues comporte un pignon (16) monté solidairement en rotation sur la broche de sortie (19) du moteur d'entraînement (11) qui vient en prise avec un pignon intermédiaire (17) qui est monté libre en rotation sur une goupille (26) montée fixe par rapport à une douille de palier (21) d'une flasque (12) montée solidairement en rotation sur le moteur d'entraînement (11) et qui vient en prise avec une couronne à denture interne (27) déplaçant le galet de roulement (14) en rotation, les axes de rotation du pignon d'entraînement (16) et du pignon intermédiaire (17) étant parallèles et décalés par rapport à l'axe de rotation du galet de roulement (14) et la couronne à denture interne (27) étant montée ou formée sur la surface interne du galet de roulement.
  2. Unité d'entraînement conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moteur d'entraînement (11) est à commutation électronique.
  3. Moteur d'entraînement conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une unité de construction est formée par la source de tension (36) et une unité de commande, de préférence par le moteur d'entraînement (11), la source de tension (36) et une unité de commande.
  4. Unité d'entraînement conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la chaine de roues permet de diminuer la vitesse de rotation de la broche de sortie (19) du moteur d'entraînement.
  5. Unité d'entraînement conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la couronne à denture interne (27) est située dans un disque d'accouplement annulaire (18) qui est relié au galet de roulement (14) par une liaison par la forme ou par la force.
  6. Unité d'entraînement conforme à la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le disque d'accouplement (18) comporte des languettes d'entraînement (28) faisant saillie axialement situées à distance angulaire les unes par rapport aux autres et qui viennent en prise dans des évidements s'étendant en direction longitudinale et adjacents au perçage du galet de roulement.
  7. Unité d'entraînement conforme à au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un embout de réception médian (20) est logé dans un perçage (22) d'une douille de palier (21) de la flasque (12), ce perçage (22) étant un perçage excentré.
  8. Unité d'entraînement conforme à au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    dans le perçage du galet de roulement (14) est logé un palier à roulement (15) dont la bague interne est montée solidairement en rotation sur la douille de palier (21) de la flasque (12).
  9. Unité d'entraînement conforme à au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la surface enveloppe du galet de roulement (14) est réalisée en gradins, la zone venant en prise sur les pignons (16, 17) formant la surface de roulement (24) ayant le plus grand diamètre, et le palier à roulement (15) étant monté dans la zone adjacente tournée vers le moteur d'entraînement (11).
  10. Unité d'entraînement conforme à au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la zone externe du galet de roulement (14) adjacente à la surface de roulement (24) de ce galet de roulement (14) est logée dans un perçage d'un palier support (13) pouvant être fixé sur le vantail coulissant (30).
  11. Unité d'entraînement conforme à la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la zone de l'unité d'entraînement (11) adjacente au galet de roulement (14) et tourné vers le moteur d'entraînement (11) peut être logée dans un évidement (29) du vantail coulissant (30).
