Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Verpackung eines flüssigen Produktes (1), insbesondere eines Nahrungsmittels, das insbesondere Sauerstoff empfindlich ist, in einem Behälter (2) unter geringem Sauerstoffgehalt, wobei der Behälter eine Öffnung (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Austreiben der Luft aus dem Behälter durch Einfüllen des flüssigen Produktes durch Verdrängung unter nicht kontrollierter Atmosphäre,- Anordnen des durch Verdrängung gefüllten Behälters in einer nicht oxidierenden Atmosphäre (4), die von mindestens einem nicht oxidierenden Gas gebildet ist,- teilweises Entleeren des Behälters von dem flüssigen Produkt unter nicht oxidierender Atmosphäre, so dass das mindestens eine nicht oxidierende Gas in dem Behälter das abgeleitete flüssige Produkt ersetzt,- gasdichtes Verschließen der Öffnung des Behälters, der teilweise mit dem flüssigen Produkt gefüllt ist, unter nicht oxidierender Atmosphäre.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Schritt der Entleerung der Flüssigkeit durch Ansaugen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem die Entleerungsflüssigkeit als Füllflüssigkeit wiedergewonnen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das in einer kontinuierlichen Produktionsanlage (10) eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem der Schritt des dichten Verschließens der Öffnung des Behälters durch Anbringen eines Verschlusselements (5), wie eines Stöpsels oder eines Deckels, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der Behälter (2) eine Metallschachtel, wie beispielsweise eine Konserve, oder auch eine Flasche aus Glas, Kunststoff oder einem anderen Material ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem das flüssige Produkt (1) ein Nahrungsmittel ist.
- Anlage (10), die für die Verpackung eines flüssigen Produktes (1), das insbesondere Sauerstoff empfindlich ist, in einem Behälter (2) unter geringem Sauerstoffgehalt, auf einer kontinuierlichen Produktionslinie, wobei der Behälter (2) eine Öffnung (3) aufweist, wobei die Anlage in Vorschubrichtung der Behälter nacheinander umfasst:- Mittel (11) zum Füllen des Behälters mit dem flüssigen Produkt durch Verdrängung unter nicht kontrollierter Atmosphäre,- einen Raum (12) unter nicht oxidierender Atmosphäre, der mit einem inerten Gas gefüllt ist, wobei der Raum mit Fördermitteln (13) versehen ist, die den Vorschub der Behälter (2) ermöglichen, wobei der Raum eine Entleerungsvorrichtung (14) durch Ansaugen aufnimmt,- eine Vorrichtung zum dichten Verschließen der Öffnung des Behälters innerhalb des Raums (12).
- Anlage nach Anspruch 8, umfassend Mittel (16) zur Wiedergewinnung der durch die Entleerungsvorrichtung (14) angesaugten Flüssigkeit zu den Mitteln zum Füllen (11) des Behälters mit dem flüssigen Produkt durch Verdrängung.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, oder der Anlage nach Anspruch 8 oder 9 zur Verpackung eines flüssigen Nahrungsmittels.
