Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Nachfüllen (100) eines Flakons (3) mit Flüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - eine Nachfüllpatrone (2), die die Flüssigkeit (23) enthält, und
    - ein Umfüllsystem (1), das imstande ist, die Flüssigkeit (23) aus der Nachfüllpatrone (2) selektiv in den Flakon (3) umzufüllen,
    wobei das Umfüllsystem (1) umfasst:
    a) ein erstes Teil (5), das an der Nachfüllpatrone befestigt ist und eine erste Flüssigkeitsleitung (11) und eine erste Luftleitung (12) in Kommunikation mit der Nachfüllpatrone (2) umfasst,
    b) ein zweites Teil (4), das an das erste Teil angeschlossen ist und dazu bestimmt, am Flakon (3) befestigt zu sein, wobei das zweite Teil (4) eine zweite Flüssigkeitsleitung (10) und eine zweite Luftleitung (9) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Flakon (3) in Kommunikation zu sein,
    wobei das erste (5) und das zweite (4) Teil in Verschiebung verbunden und in Rotation frei sind zwischen einer geöffneten Konfiguration, in der die ersten und zweiten Leitungen, jeweils der Flüssigkeit und der Luft, fluchten und damit den Durchgang der Flüssigkeit und der Luft zwischen der Nachfüllpatrone (2) und dem Flakon (3) sicherstellen, und einer geschlossenen Konfiguration, in der die ersten und zweiten Leitungen, jeweils der Flüssigkeit und der Luft, nicht fluchten und damit den Durchgang der Flüssigkeit und der Luft zwischen der Nachfüllpatrone (2) und dem Flakon (3) verhindern.
  2. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweiten Leitungen dieselbe Länge haben und die Länge der ersten Flüssigkeitsleitung geringer ist als die Länge der ersten Luftleitung, wodurch, in geöffneter Konfiguration der Nachfüllvorrichtung (100), gleichzeitig der Durchgang der Flüssigkeit aus der Nachfüllpatrone (2) in den Flakon (3) und der Durchgang der Luft aus dem Flakon (3) in die Nachfüllpatrone (2) sichergestellt ist.
  3. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Teil (4) mindestens ein Gewinde (6) umfasst, das das Aufschrauben und das Abschrauben der Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) auf dem Flakon (3) erlaubt.
  4. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das erste Teil (5) mindestens einen Buckel (20a, 20b) umfasst, der in geschlossener Konfiguration der Vorrichtung imstande ist, derart mit mindestens einem Kfappsporn (19a, 19b) zusammenzuarbeiten, der auf dem zweite Teil (4) vorhanden ist, so dass beim Schrauben das erste Teil (5) das zweite Teil (4) rotierend antreibt.
  5. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Blockiermittel (30) in einer Zone des zweiten Teils (4) angeordnet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem oberen Ende des Flakons (3) derart im Kontakt zu sein, dass die Rotation des zweiten Teils (4) im Verhältnis zum Flakon gestoppt wird, wenn das obere Ende des Flakons das Blockiermittel erreicht.
  6. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5, wobei das erste Teil (5) mindestens einen Schraubanschlag (22a) umfasst, der imstande ist, mit mindestens einem ersten Anschlag (21a), der auf dem zweiten Teil (4) vorhanden ist, derart zusammenzuarbeiten, dass die Rotation des ersten Teils (4) blockiert wird, wenn der Schraubanschlag (22a) mit dem ersten Anschlag (21a) in Kontakt tritt, wobei die ersten und zweiten Leitungen, jeweils der Luft und der Flüssigkeit, derart angeordnet sind, dass sie fluchten, wenn der Schraubanschlag (22a) mit dem ersten Anschlag (21a) des zweiten Teils (4) in Kontakt tritt, wobei der Schraubanschlag (22a) auf einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die sich von dem mindestens einen Buckel (20a, 20b) unterscheidet.
  7. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei das erste Teil (5) mindestens einen Abschraubanschlag (22b) umfasst, der imstande ist, mit mindestens einem zweiten Anschlag (21 b), der auf dem zweiten Teil (4) vorhanden ist, derart zusammenzuarbeiten, dass beim Abschrauben und sobald der Abschraubanschlag (22a) mit dem zweiten Anschlag (21b) im Kontakt ist, die Rotation des ersten Teils (5) die Rotation des zweiten Teils (4) bewirkt.
  8. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Teil (4) anhand von Rastmitteln (13, 14) verlagernd mit dem ersten Teil (5) verbunden ist.
  9. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, wobei das zweite Teil (4) einen Aufnahmeraum (31) umfasst, der das Gewinde (6) umfasst und ein Verschlussmittel (7), das sich mindestens im Aufnahmeraum (31) erstreckt, wobei das Verschlussmittel (7) imstande ist, sich in einem Flaschenhals (3a) des Flakons (3) zu verzahnen und die zweiten Leitungen (9, 10) umfasst, so dass in geöffneter Konfiguration der Durchgang von Flüssigkeit und von Luft in den Flakon (3) gestattet wird.
  10. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Teil (5) eine erste Aufnahmezone (18) umfasst, die ein Gewinde (8) aufweist, in das ein auf der Nachfüllpatrone (2) vorhandener Flaschenhals (2a) mit Gewinde geschraubt wird.
  11. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Teil (5) ein Anti-Abschraub-Mittel (35) umfasst, das die Trennung der Nachfüllpatrone (2) von dem ersten Teil (5) verhindert.
  12. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11 wobei das erste Teil (5) eine zweite Aufnahmezone (17) neben der ersten Aufnahmezone (18) gemäß der Längsachse des ersten Teils (5) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Flüssigkeitsleitung (11) in der zweiten Aufnahmezone (17) erstreckt, und sich die erste Luftleitung (12) sowohl in der ersten (18) und in der zweiten (17) Aufnahmezone erstreckt.
  13. Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 12, wobei, in der zweiten Aufnahmezone (17), die erste Luft- (11) und die erste Flüssigkeitsleitung (12) von einem Luftsammler (26) umgeben sind, der in geschlossener Konfiguration imstande ist, mit der zweiten Luft- (9) und der zweiten Flüssigkeitsleitung (10) in Kommunikation zu sein.
  14. Verwendung einer Nachfüllvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, um mindestens einen Flakon (3) mit einer Flüssigkeit (23) zu befüllen.
