Claims (16)

  1. Aufblasbare Zelle für eine Matratze zur Prävention von Wundliegen, wobei die Zelle eine aufblasbare Hülle (2) mit langgestreckter Form hat, die zwei entgegengesetzte Hauptseitenflächen (20d, 20e) und eine obere Fläche (SP) aufweist, die im aufgeblasenen Zustand der Hülle eine obere Tragfläche bildet, wobei die Hülle entweder (i) aus einer Folie (20) besteht, die ihrer Länge nach in zwei Teile gelegt ist und an drei Seiten ihres Umfangs mittels einer longitudinalen, unteren Schweißnaht (4, 4') und mittels zweier seitlicher Schweißnähte (5) verschweißt ist, wobei die Tragfläche (SP) keine Verschweißung aufweist, oder (ii) aus zwei verschiedenen Folien (20d, 20e) besteht, die über ihren gesamten Umfang mittels zumindest vier Schweißnähten miteinander verschweißt sind, nämlich mit einer longitudinalen, unteren Schweißnaht (4, 4`), zwei seitlichen Schweißnähten (5) und einer longitudinalen, oberen Schweißnaht (11), wobei die Zelle eine oder mehrere zusätzliche Schweißstellen aufweist, die der Länge der Hülle nach beabstandet sind und gestatten, die beiden entgegengesetzten Hauptseitenflächen (20d, 20e) der Hülle miteinander zu verbinden, wobei der Abstand (e1) zwischen jeder zusätzlichen Endschweißstelle und der benachbarten, seitlichen Schweißnaht (5) der Hülle entlang der Längsachse (2a) der Hülle gemessen größer oder gleich dem Abstand (e2) zwischen der zusätzlichen Endschweißstelle (7) und (i) der oberen Faltlinie (20a) der die Hülle (2) bildenden Folie (20) oder (ii) der longitudinalen, oberen Schweißnaht (11) ist, so dass im aufgeblasenen Zustand der Hülle die Tragfläche (SP) so verformt wird, dass sie ein gekrümmtes Profil in Form einer Wanne mit angehobenen Enden (20g) zum Schutz vor Herausfallen ausweist.
  2. Zelle nach Anspruch 1, wobei die obere Tragfläche (SP) der Hülle (2) im abgelassenen Zustand ein im Wesentlichen geradliniges Profil über die gesamte Länge der Hülle aufweist.
  3. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die zusätzliche Schweißstelle bzw. Schweißstellen länglich ist/sind.
  4. Zelle nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zusätzliche(n), längliche(n) Schweißstelle(n) (7) so ausgerichtet ist/sind, dass deren Hauptlängsachse (7a) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Hauptlängsachse (2a) der Hülle (2) ausgerichtet ist, und zumindest zwei übereinanderliegende Aufblaskammern (2b, 2c) begrenzen, die miteinander kommunizieren.
  5. Zelle nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Hauptlängsachse (7a) der zusätzlichen, länglichen Schweißstellen (7A, 7B) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptlängsachse (2a) der Hülle ausgerichtet ist.
  6. Zelle nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Länge (L3) einer jeden zusätzlichen, länglichen Schweißstelle (7A, 7B) zumindest gleich 30 % der maximalen Höhe (H1) der Hülle (2) im abgelassenen Zustand ist.
  7. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, enthaltend eine innere Folie (6; 6'), die zwischen den beiden Hauptseitenflächen (20d, 20e) der Hülle positioniert ist, mit den Hauptseitenflächen (20d, 20e) mittels zusätzlicher Schweißstellen verschweißt ist und gestattet, die Ausdehnung der Zelle zu begrenzen.
  8. Zelle nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, wobei die Länge (L3) einer jeden zusätzlichen, länglichen Schweißstelle (7A, 7B) zumindest gleich 50 % der Höhe (H4) der inneren Folie (6) ist.
  9. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die beiden entgegengesetzten Hauptseitenflächen (20d, 20e) über zusätzliche Schweißstellen direkt miteinander verschweißt sind.
  10. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die zusätzlichen Schweißstellen im Wesentlichen auf die Höhe der Hülle (2) der Zelle zentriert sind.
  11. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die longitudinale, untere Schweißnaht (4) ein gekrümmtes Profil aufweist.
  12. Zelle nach Anspruch 11, wobei die longitudinale, untere Schweißnaht (4) ein bogenförmig gekrümmtes Profil aufweist, dessen Scheitel (4a) zur Tragfläche (SP) hin ausgerichtet ist.
  13. Zelle nach Anspruch 12, wobei im abgelassenen Zustand der Hülle (2) die Höhe H1 zwischen dem Scheitel (4a) der longitudinalen, unteren Schweißnaht (4) und der Tragfläche (SP) kleiner als die Höhe H2 an den Enden der Hülle (2) ist.
  14. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die longitudinale, untere Schweißnaht (4) ein gekrümmtes Profil aufweist, so dass die Höhe H1 im Zentrum der Hülle (2) im abgelassenen Zustand kleiner als die Höhe H2 an den Enden der Hülle im abgelassenen Zustand ist.
  15. Zelle nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, wobei die Höhendifferenz ΔH (ΔH = H1- H2) zwischen den Höhen H1 und H2 zumindest gleich 3 cm, vorzugweise zumindest gleich 5 cm ist.
  16. Matratze (M) zur Prävention von Wundliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von aufblasbaren Zellen aufweist, auf die sich einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 bezieht, die quer zur Längsachse (X) der Matratze positioniert sind und entlang dieser Längsachse (X) nebeneinander liegen.
