Abstract

Eine Wirbelschicht-Trockneranordnung zur Trocknung von Kohle bei Überdruck enthaltend einen Behälter (1) mit wenigstens einem im oberen Bereich des Behälters angeordneten Kohleeinfallschacht; eine Heizungsanordnung (22) mit einer Vielzahl von parallelen Heizrohren oder -platten; und einen Düsenboden (28) zur Erzeugung einer Wirbelschicht; ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich unterhalb des Kohleeinfallschachts keine Heizrohre oder -platten vorgesehen sind. Dabei können mehrere, in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnete Kohleeinfallschächte vorgesehen sein und der Bereich ohne Heizrohre oder - platten kann von einer durchgängigen, vertikalen Gasse gebildet sein.
