Description

The present invention relates to a rail system with two rails for a rail vehicle, each having a guide groove with a Entwässerungsausnehmung.

Such rail systems are known from the prior art. In this rail system, the guide groove must have drainage recesses at regular intervals to prevent water from accumulating in the guide groove. This water should be fed to a drainage system.

It was therefore the object of the present invention to provide a rail system with a connection to a drainage system.

The object is achieved with a rail system with two rails for a rail vehicle, each having a guide groove with a Entwässerungsausnehmung, wherein a drainage channel is provided transversely to the rails and in the region of the Entwässerungsausnehmung, wherein in the wall of the drainage channel for each rail in each case a recess is provided.

The present invention relates to a rail system with two rails for a rail vehicle. Each rail has a guide groove on the inside, which has drainage recesses at regular intervals, through which water can drain in the guide groove.

According to the invention, a drainage channel is now provided transversely to the rails and in the region of the drainage recess, wherein in each case a recess is provided in the wall of the drainage channel for each rail. As a result, the distance between the drainage and the gutter is significantly reduced and no additional drainage line between the drainage and the drainage channel must be provided.

The drainage channel has two substantially vertically provided walls, each having the recess for the rail. The drainage channel may be made of any material known to those skilled in the art. Preferably, it is a plastic, concrete or Polybetonrinne. The length the channel is preferably provided so that no connection point between two drainage channels is provided between two rails of a rail system.

Preferably, the contour of the recess at least partially corresponds to the negative of the inner contour of the rail. This results in a virtually gap-free connection between the rail and the drainage channel so that the water that runs out of the drainage recess is completely absorbed by the drainage channel.

Preferably, an elastic material, for example foam, is provided between the rail and the wall of the channel. Preferably, this foam surrounds the rail on three sides of its surface. In the region of the drainage recess, the elastic material preferably also has a recess or the elastic material is only provided in each case in the region of the wall.

Vorzugsweise weist die Entwässerungsrinne eine Abdeckung auf.Preferably, the drainage channel has a cover.

The length of the drainage channel of a rail system is preferably provided such that its two ends each extend beyond the outer contour of the respective rail and are preferably provided integrally in this region. At the ends 3.1 can then each connect another drainage channel element 3. The drainage channel in the region of two rails, which belong to a rail track, is preferably provided in one piece.

In the following, the invention is based on the Figures 1 and 2 explained. These explanations are merely exemplary and do not limit the general inventive concept.
  • FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the rail system according to the invention.
  • FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the rail system according to the invention.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the rail system 1 according to the invention, which has two mutually parallel rails 2. Each rail 2 has a guide groove 2.3. which at regular intervals has a drainage recess 2.2 through which water can drain from the guide groove 2.3. In the region of this drainage recess 2.2 is transverse to the longitudinal extent of the rails 2 a Drainage channel 3 provided. The water, which collects in the guide groove 2-3, passes through the drainage recess 2.2 in the drainage channel 3 and is supplied from there, for example, a sewer system. At its top, the drainage channel 3, a cover (not shown), for example, a grid on. This grating is preferably electrically separated from the respective rail by means of electrical insulation 4, which are preferably provided on the inner contour 2.1 of each rail. According to the invention, the wall of the drainage channel for each rail 2 in each case a recess 6 before. In the present case, the contour of the recess 6 corresponds at least in sections to the inner contour 2.1 of the rail. This creates a virtually gap-free connection between the rail and the drainage channel, so that the water that runs out of the drainage recess 2.2 is completely absorbed by the drainage channel. The length of the drainage channel, in particular of a drainage channel element 3, is preferably provided such that its ends 3.1 each extend beyond the outer contour 2.4 of the rails 2 and are preferably provided integrally in this area. At the ends 3.1 can then each connect another drainage channel element 3.

FIG. 2 essentially shows the embodiment according to FIG FIG. 1 , In the present case, the recess 6 is at least partially filled with an elastic material, in particular a foam material. In particular, the gap between the rail and the wall in which the recess 6 is provided is filled with the elastic material. The elastic material preferably seals this gap from waterproof. In the present case, the elastic material 5 surrounds the rail on three sides. This also ensures safe discharge of the water from the drainage recess 2.2 into the channel 3.
