  • the braking device 34 or the base part 35 preferably has two receiving openings 41 on opposite sides in order to selectively use the braking device 34 either for a right-side or left-side end position or for opening to the right or left.
  • the receiving opening 41 is preferably formed at least substantially wedge-like and / or bounded by converging ramp surfaces 42.
  • the receiving opening 41 is formed in particular by a corresponding open-edged cut or cutout of the base part 35.
  • the incision extends in particular horizontally and / or in the displacement direction V.
  • the receiving opening 41 is at least substantially elongated in the displacement direction V or the longitudinal extent of the guide rail 3 is formed.
  • the receiving opening 41 is preferably formed in an at least substantially vertically extending plate portion of the braking device 34 and the base part 35.
  • the ramp surfaces 42 of the receiving opening 41 are preferably mutually and / or opposite and / or inclined symmetrically to the direction of displacement V.
  • the receiving opening 41 tapers from its open-edge side towards its closed end or run the ramp surfaces 42 in this direction towards each other.
  • the receiving opening 41 may be expanded towards the open end and / or be provided with an insertion bevel in order to facilitate retraction or insertion of the associated brake element 24 into the receiving opening 41.
  • the receiving opening 41 may have a preferably elastic brake body 43, in particular of a relatively soft and / or elastically deformable material, in particular plastic or the like.
  • the brake body 43 is preferably arranged in the region of the inner end of the receiving opening 41 and / or set back so that the preferably projecting into the receiving opening 41 brake body 43 is deformed shortly before reaching the actual end position of the disc 2 by the brake member 24, as in Fig. 6 schematically indicated for the left brake body 43.
  • the brake body 43 is preferably received or held in a recess adjoining the receiving opening 41 laterally of the base part 35.
  • other constructive solutions are possible.
  • the brake body 43 is arranged and / or formed such that it - substantially only - almost completely in the receiving opening 41 or braking device 34 retracted or inserted braking element 24 in the retraction or displacement direction V and / or transverse or vertical to (elastic) is deformed.
  • an undesired strong jamming of the brake element 41 in the brake device 34 or in the base part 35 or in the receiving opening 41 can be prevented or limited and / or a defined end stop or a defined end position enabled and / or Release from the end position, ie a retraction of the Brake elements 41 from the receiving opening 41, simplified or relieved.
  • the receiving opening 41 is preferably formed at least substantially complementary to the brake element 24.
  • the brake element 24 has two mutually and / or to the direction of displacement V inclined braking surfaces 44 which may come to rest on the ramp surfaces 42 or correspond to this.
  • the brake element 24 is preferably at least substantially wedge-shaped and / or tapered or tapering in the direction of displacement V or in the direction of the brake device 34 or toward the (open) end position. The two braking surfaces 44 thus converge in this direction.
  • the brake element 24 and the holes 17, 18 and / or the projections 19 and / or fasteners of the fitting 7 are arranged on the door or disc 2 at least substantially in a line or horizontal plane in the mounted state.
  • braking of the fitting 7 by the braking device 34 is enabled at least largely without tilting.
  • the angle enclosed by the braking surfaces 44 is greater, for example by 0.5 ° to 3 °, particularly preferably by about 1 °, than the angle enclosed by the ramp surfaces 42 of the receiving opening 41. This ensures that the braking element 41 as it retracts or moves into the receiving opening 41, the receiving opening 41 and the base part 35 increasingly (something) spreads. As a result, in particular a progressive braking behavior or a correspondingly increasing braking effect can be achieved when retracting the brake element 24 into the receiving opening 41.
  • the braking device 34 or the base part 35 is preferably made of a suitably suitable, highly loadable material, particularly preferably made of a high-strength plastic or the like.
  • the brake element 24 when moving the door or the disc 2 in the opening direction of the fitting 7, more precisely a fitting 7 of preferably two fittings 7, moved with its brake member 24 to the braking device 34, wherein shortly before reaching the preferably by the braking device 34th fixed end position, the brake element 24 is moved into the associated receiving opening 41 of the braking device 34 and the base part 35 into it.
  • the brake element 24 is received in a quasi-clamping manner in the receiving opening 41 or introduced in the manner of a wedge in the receiving opening 41 and thereby braked.
  • the brake element 24 is braked by the brake body 43.
  • the brake element 24 reaches its end position in the receiving opening 41 or on the braking device 34 and thus also the associated door or disc 2 after braking its end position, here in the illustrated example, the open end position.
  • the shower enclosure 1 or guide rail 3 also with another (not shown) stop or the like for determining the end position of the door or disc 2 or the fitting 7, for example, as a backup in a possible failure of the braking device 34 is provided be
  • proposed braking device 34 and / or the proposed fitting 7 can also be used for other door arrangements or sliding doors or the like.
  • the guide rail 3 is preferably fixedly connected to the partition wall 4, for example via a connecting element 45 as in FIG Fig. 5 shown schematically.
  • the guide rail 3 assumes in the illustrated example in particular static tasks or stabilized or holds the partition 4 and / or serves to align the door or disc 2 to the sealing arrangement. 5
  • individual features and aspects of the present invention may also be implemented independently and combined as desired.
  • the guide rail 3 is constructed or formed from a plurality of parts or profiles, in particular from a holding profile 25 and a cover profile 26, and / or the guide rail 3 is assigned a braking device 34 for braking the door or pane 2 and / or delimiting the displacement or disc 2 in an end position such that the fitting 7 extends at least substantially only horizontally and / or a plate-like carrier (14 ) having, the fitting 7 only engages in bores 17, 18 in the door or pane 2, that the fitting 7 is designed according to one of claims 20 to 29, that the rollers 9 are connected by means of screws 11 with the roller axle 8, that the rollers 9 are ball-bearing, the braking
