- the process consists of advantageously to carry out at least one test of airtightness of the building by putting overpressure of the internal volume of the latter, at least after completion of the temporary waterproof envelope, substantially airtight and permeable with the steam, to locate the locations of any leaks and, if necessary, to carry out the work necessary to limit or even eliminate said leaks.
- these tests can be performed with a limited power equipment (fan door), even in the case of a building volume important (eg greater than 1000 m 3 ).
- the invention it is therefore possible to provide a lightweight frame building whose thermal performance is significantly improved (the inventors have found a gain of 50 to 75% in terms of heating energy consumption).
- the invention is therefore based on the basic principle of utilizing the characteristics of an existing airtight and water vapor permeable product to enable airtightness to be achieved at the same time.
- exterior of a building which is contrary to usual practice.
- This peculiarity of achieving airtightness on the outside with a wall permeable to water vapor makes it possible to get rid of all the singular interior points difficult to treat (slitting, intermediate slab, various drilling ).
- the permeability to water vapor allows the various components to dry in case of accidental humidification.
Description
The present invention relates to the field of constructions with structure or frame called "light", that is to say comprising a metal or wooden skeleton on which are mounted the outer side walls and the roof, unlike so-called massive constructions that is, brick, concrete, stone, or the like.
However, the invention may also relate to a composite building, that is to say of which only a part is of structure or light frame, only this part then being concerned by the invention.
The invention relates more particularly to closed buildings, residential (individual or collective), industrial or tertiary, having at the base a good thermal insulation.
The walls of this type of building generally have a multilayer composite structure with, from the inside to the outside: a rigid surface component based on panels or plates forming a continuous wall structure, one or more layers of material thermal insulation, and if necessary phonic, and a cladding layer or outer skin. Alternatively, the rigid surface component based on panels or plates (or trays) can be arranged between the insulation layer (s) and the external facing, such as, for example, wooden external bracing panels in the case of a building. wooden frame. Additional insulation layers or a complementary framework may further be provided.
Although this type of building has a priori satisfactory thermal insulation from the point of view of the means and materials used, there is a pressing demand to significantly reduce the consumption and / or heating / cooling costs of such buildings.
However, the inventors have found that part or even the majority of losses (from 10 to 15% for residential buildings, and up to 75% in some cases of non-residential buildings) are related to uncontrolled air leaks. through the building envelope (distinct from air flows exchanged in a controlled manner for air renewal purposes, for example by double-flow circulation).
In addition, there is also a demand for the realization of a temporary building envelope, at least out of water, which allows to carry out the development work or complementary equipment and finishing work without requiring coordination internal and external work between them, or trades involved in their implementation (obtaining a non-definitive temporary barrier to sufficiently disconnect the indoor and outdoor environments to allow evolutions / independent and different arrangements on the inner and outer faces of the building).
In addition, the watertightness and insulation of the building should be designed so that it can be easily entrusted to a single provider and the solution implemented should be reliable over time.

In the present, the term "side wall" is essentially vertical walls delimiting the peripheral enclosure of a building. However, the invention can also be applied to inclined or sloping walls.

The description which follows, as well as the appended drawings, relate more particularly to the first constructive variant (order of the layers: 3 ', 4, 7, 5), but the characteristics and advantages mentioned apply, of course, also to the second variant (order of layers: 4, 3 ', 7, 5).
According to the invention, the screen strips 7 'consist of screen strips having high water tightness, high airtightness, high water vapor permeability and good resistance at tear, such as for example strips of under-roof screen or rain screen, these screen strips 7 'being able to be welded together by simple caloric intake, without means or additional substance (the ), for example by hot air welding, at lateral portions of mutually overlapping

The bonding of the screen strips 7 'by welding, preferably with partial lateral overlap between the strips 7', makes it possible to obtain a continuous assembly of these strips, without filler material, without the need for reported connection pieces and being reliable in time.
De plus, une telle possibilité d'assemblage des bandes 7' permet de conserver l'ensemble des propriétés intrinsèques desdites bandes 7' au niveau de la totalité de l'écran 7 (étanchéité à l'eau et à l'air, perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau, bonne résistance à la déchirure).In addition, such an assembly possibility strips 7 'keeps all the intrinsic properties of said strips 7' at the entire screen 7 (water and air tightness, permeability to water vapor, good resistance to tearing).
Les bandes d'écran 7' peuvent consister en des bandes d'écran de sous-toiture conforme à la norme NF EN 13859-1 ou d'écran pare-pluie conforme à la norme NF EN 13859-2.The screen strips 7 'may consist of under-roof screen strips in accordance with standard NF EN 13859-1 or rain screen in accordance with the standard NF EN 13859-2.
- d'un classement W1 ou W2 (norme EN 13859) en ce qui concerne le critère d'étanchéité à l'eau ;

- d'une perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau avec une valeur Sd inférieure ou égale à 50 cm, avantageusement inférieure ou égale à 30 cm, préférentiellement inférieure ou égale à 18 cm, selon la norme NF EN 12572 ;
- a W1 or W2 classification (EN 13859) with regard to the watertightness criterion;

- a tear strength to the nail greater than 70 N, preferably greater than 150 N, according to the standard NF EN 12310-1.
These strips 7 'may, for example, correspond to sub-roofing screen strips sold by the applicant under the designation "Soplutec", or to strips of under-roof screen marketed by the applicant under the designation "Stratec" for roofing works or rainscreen strips marketed by the applicant under the designation "Stratec Façade" for the vertical walls.
According to an advantageous practical embodiment, in connection with the first embodiment of the invention, the screen strips 7 'and the
The sealing means 8 'may consist of portions of bituminous sealing strips or of another soft-binder membrane material (non-woven or non-woven laminated coating), able to be traversed by the

In its finalized version, unlike its intermediate embodiment (after placement of the screen 7), the waterproofness of the building will result essentially from the facing layer or

As also shown in these figures, the

Finally, the invention also relates to a method of constructing a building as described above and shown in parts in the figures of the accompanying drawings.
This method consists essentially in setting up the
After the construction phase of the temporary building envelope, the
In order to evaluate the performance of the building envelope under construction and possibly to correct, before the finishing work, possible imperfections in the airtightness of the envelope, the process consists of advantageously to carry out at least one test of airtightness of the building by putting overpressure of the internal volume of the latter, at least after completion of the temporary waterproof envelope, substantially airtight and permeable with the steam, to locate the locations of any leaks and, if necessary, to carry out the work necessary to limit or even eliminate said leaks.
Given the quality of the airtightness of the building envelope according to the invention, these tests can be performed with a limited power equipment (fan door), even in the case of a building volume important (eg greater than 1000 m 3 ).
Grâce à l'invention, il est donc possible de proposer un bâtiment à ossature légère dont les performances thermiques sont notablement améliorées (les inventeurs ont relevé un gain de 50 à 75 % en termes de consommation d'énergie de chauffage).Thanks to the invention, it is therefore possible to provide a lightweight frame building whose thermal performance is significantly improved (the inventors have found a gain of 50 to 75% in terms of heating energy consumption).
In addition, it is also possible to achieve, during construction of the building, quickly to a temporary construction out of water, thermally insulated and substantially airtight. This temporary construction allows the various external and internal participants to carry out the work allocated to them independently, the air tightness of the building being the responsibility of a single provider, even at the level of the interfaces between the different batches. of the building site.
The invention is therefore based on the basic principle of utilizing the characteristics of an existing airtight and water vapor permeable product to enable airtightness to be achieved at the same time. exterior of a building (which is contrary to usual practice). This peculiarity of achieving airtightness on the outside with a wall permeable to water vapor (to avoid any problem of dew point and condensation in the wall) makes it possible to get rid of all the singular interior points difficult to treat (slitting, intermediate slab, various drilling ...). In addition, the permeability to water vapor allows the various components to dry in case of accidental humidification.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the driver elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
