- Procédé de nettoyage sans rayures de surfaces dures, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique un détergent aqueux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 sur la surface à nettoyer au moyen d'un pulvérisateur comportant une buse de moussage ou d'un distributeur de mousse à pompe et en ce que l'on étale la mousse en frottant, le cas échéant en laissant agir pendant un temps allant jusqu'à 5 minutes, sur la surface à l'aide d'une éponge, d'un tissu, d'un cuir ou d'un autre ustensile couramment utilisé pour le nettoyage, la mousse étant décomposée et récupérée avec la saleté dissoute de sorte qu'il ne reste pratiquement plus rien sur la surface nettoyée.
