Definitions
- the invention relates to a shoe sole with a footbed, which forms a flexible foot receptacle.
- the footbed of soles has the task of supporting the foot, while avoiding local pressure points.
- a foot receptacle adapted to an average anatomical foot shape which is designed to be sufficiently elastically yielding to compensate for deviations of the individual foot shape of a shoe wearer from the average foot shape.
- a further adaptation of the foot receptacle of a footbed to an individual foot shape is achieved if the foot receptacle consists of a cushion provided at least partially with a gelatinous filling, because in the cushion area the footbed rests under a uniform pressure on the foot.
- the disadvantage is that with such a footbed a perennialabstützung largely lost to compensate for any incorrect positions of the foot.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a footbed for a shoe sole, which allows an adaptation of the footrest to an individual anatomical foot shape in an advantageous manner, without having to forego a corresponding Meetingabstützung.
- the invention solves the stated object in that the foot receptacle is held freely stretched out of a tensile forces receiving sheet in a the edge course of the footbed determining frame.
- the flexural softness of the fabric allows an adaptation to the individual foot shape of a shoe wearer, being ensured by the spatial course of the frame in the connection area with the fabric of the foot receptacle corresponding to the marginal frequentlybettverlauf a necessary impartabstützung causing preform of the sheet stretched by this frame.
- the foot receptacle according to the invention represents an advantageous prerequisite for good ventilation of the footbed from below, if the fabric of the foot receptacle is designed to be permeable to air, for example due to openings or pores. It is essential that the free clamping is not ne local support is interrupted, whereby the free adjustment of the foot receptacle is obstructed to an individual foot shape. For this reason, it is advisable to keep the fabric of the foot recording at a distance above an outsole in the frame freely clamped.
- the outsole may be part of the frame, but this is not mandatory. For the operation of the footbed, it is also irrelevant whether a continuous outsole is present or whether the outsole is limited only to the frame area or covers the frame only partially.
- the stretched freely by the frame of foot receptacle can be designed differently, because it is all about to allow by sufficient flexibility of the fabric to adapt to individual foot shapes and remove the resulting from the weight load of a shoe wear in the fabric tensile stresses on the frame ,
- blanks made of leather, films or textiles can be used.
- particularly advantageous construction conditions are achieved in that the foot receptacle of a textile fabric, in particular a knit consists, because knits are not only permeable to air, but also bring in the area of greater tensile loads advantageous for the adaptation of the foot to an individual foot shape compliance without affecting the stress relief on the frame.
- knitted fabrics and knitted fabrics with regionally different strength and deformation properties can be produced in one or more layers, which opens up additional influence on the support and adaptation effect of the foot receptacle.
- connection of the foot-forming sheet with the frame may be structurally different. It only has to be ensured that the tensile stresses occurring in the fabric are reliably removed to the frame. Particularly simple construction conditions arise in this context when the fabric of the Feet is clamped between two frame parts, because in this case along the frame equal Entspannure for the sheet are given.
- FIG. 1 shows a shoe sole according to the invention in a partly torn schematic plan view
- the illustrated shoe sole forms a frame 1, which is composed of a lower frame part 2 and an upper frame part 3. Between these frame parts 2, 3, a fabric 4 is clamped as foot receptacle of a footbed 5, wherein in latching recesses of the upper frame part 3 engaging latching pin 6, the position assignment of the two frame parts 2, 3 facilitate.
- the fabric 4 preferably a knitted or a knitted fabric, is freely clamped within the frame 1 and receives its unloaded shape due to the spatial course of the abutment surface between the two frame parts 2, 3.
- the clamped between the frame members 2, 3 edge of the spatial fabric 4th thus determines the preform of the footbed 5, which adapts to the individual foot shape at a load due to the bending softness of the fabric 4, this adjustment can be supported by regionally different strength properties or different expansion behavior of the fabric 4.
- the fabric could, at least in some areas, be multi-layered. forms and / or be composed of materials having different mechanical properties.
- the invention is of course not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
- the attachment of the sheet to the frame 1 without a clamping between two frame parts 2, 3 by gluing, sewing, screwing or in any other way be made because it only matters, the fabric 4 in a the edge course of the footbed 5 defining frame 1 to keep free spanned.

Description
Schuhsohle mit einem Fußbett
Technisches Gebiet
