Claims (16)

  1. Einstellbares Glied (1) für Armband (10), das wenigstens ein erstes Halbglied (2) und wenigstens ein zweites Halbglied (3) umfasst, die relativ zueinander längs einer Richtung (D) beweglich sind und eine unverlierbare Anordnung bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das erste Halbglied (2) entweder wenigstens ein Verbindungs-und Verriegelungsorgan (23) enthält oder aber fest oder mit beschränkter Beweglichkeit längs der Richtung (D) mit wenigstens einem Verbindungs-und Verriegelungsorgan (23) zusammengefügt ist, wobei sich das Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan (23) längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und Verriegelungsmittel (24) aufweist,
    - das zweite Halbglied (3) entweder komplementäre Verriegelungsmittel (34) enthält oder fest oder mit beschränkter Beweglichkeit längs der Richtung (D) mit komplementären Verriegelungsmitteln (34) zusammengefügt ist,
    - die Verriegelungsmittel (24) und die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) zusammen wenigstens zwei Verriegelungspositionen definieren, indem sie das erste Halbglied (2) in Bezug auf das zweite Halbglied (3) unbeweglich machen, die längs der Richtung (D) diskret und voneinander beabstandet sind,
    - die Verriegelungsmittel (24) und/oder die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) unter der Wirkung einer Kraft, die längs der Richtung (D) ausgeübt wird und größer als ein gegebener Wert ist, entgegen elastischen Rückstellmitteln, die die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) und/oder die Verriegelungsmittel (24) aufweisen, beweglich sind, um eine Änderung der relativen Position zwischen dem ersten Halbglied (2) und dem zweiten Halbglied (3) längs der Richtung (D) zuzulassen.
  2. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Halbglied (3) wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz (33) aufweist, der sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und dafür ausgelegt ist, den Durchgang des Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgans (23) zuzulassen, damit es in einer Einzigen der diskreten Verriegelungspositionen gehalten wird, und dass die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) in der Umgebung des Kanals (33) angeordnet sind.
  3. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan (23) wenigstens einen Flansch (123) aufweist, der sich in einer Ebene parallel zu der Richtung (D) erstreckt und der wenigstens ein Langloch (135) aufweist, das sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und wenigstens eine Verengung (137) aufweist, beiderseits derer das Langloch (135) zwei Räume begrenzt, wovon jeder einen Stift (153) mit minimalem Spiel aufnehmen kann, wobei das Langloch (135) in einer elastisch verformbaren Zone des Flansches (123) verwirklicht ist, um den Durchgang durch die Verengung (137) für einen Stift (153) zuzulassen, wenn dieser einer Kraft längs der Richtung (D) entgegen der Verengung (137) unterliegt, wobei die Kraft eine Stärke hat, die ausreicht, um die elastische Rückstellkraft, die auf den Stift (153) durch die Verengung und das Langloch (135) ausgeübt wird, zu überwinden, wobei der Stift (153) und das Langloch (135) die Verriegelungsmittel (24) und die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) bilden.
  4. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (123) wenigstens ein anderes Langloch (125) umfasst, das sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und wenigstens eine Verengung (127) aufweist, beiderseits derer das Langloch (125) zwei Räume begrenzt, wovon jeder einen Stift (152) mit minimalem Spiel aufnehmen kann, wobei das Langloch (125) in einer elastisch verformbaren Zone des Flansches (123) verwirklicht ist, um den Durchgang durch die Verengung (127) für einen Stift (152) zuzulassen, wenn dieser einer Kraft längs der Richtung (D) entgegen der Verengung (127) unterworfen ist, wobei die Kraft eine Stärke besitzt, die ausreicht, um die elastische Rückstellkraft, die auf den Stift (152) durch die Verengung und das Langloch (125) ausgeübt wird, zu überwinden, wobei der Stift (152) und das Langloch (125) zusammen Mittel zum Zusammenfügen des ersten Halbglieds (2) mit dem Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan (23), das den Flansch (123) aufweist, mit einer beschränkten Beweglichkeit entsprechend den diskreten Positionen längs der Richtung (D) bilden.
  5. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Halbglied (3) auf der dem ersten Halbglied (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite wenigstens eine Kappe (90) umfasst, die eine Bohrung (9) für die Aufnahme mit minimalem Spiel eines Stifts (153) aufweist, derart, dass der in dem Aufnahmesitz (33) aufgenommene Flansch (123) in einer seiner diskreten Verriegelungspositionen eingeschlossen ist, wobei der Stift (153) außerdem in der Weise ausgelegt ist, dass er eine Schwenkachse eines Endes eines Armbands bildet, und/oder dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz (33) umfasst, der sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und dafür ausgelegt ist, den Durchgang des Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgans (23) zu ermöglichen, und auf der dem zweiten Halbglied (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite wenigstens eine Kappe (91) umfasst, die eine Bohrung (9) für die Aufnahme mit minimalem Spiel eines Stifts (152) aufweist, derart, dass der in dem Aufnahmesitz (33) aufgenommene Flansch (123) in einer seiner diskreten Positionen eingeschlossen ist, wobei der Stift (152) außerdem dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Schwenkachse eines Endes eines Armbands zu bilden.
  6. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens ein Abdeckelement (5) umfasst, das eingeschlossen zwischen dem ersten Halbglied (2) und dem zweiten Halbglied (3) montiert ist, sich auf wenigstens einem Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan (23) abstützend montiert ist und darauf durch wenigstens einen Stift (150) gehalten wird, der sowohl das Abdeckelement (5) als auch das Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan (23) durchquert.
  7. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine erste Halbglied (2) und das wenigstens eine zweite Halbglied (3) relativ zueinander durch die Zusammenwirkung von Führungsmitteln (21) und komplementären Führungsmitteln (31) geführt werden und eine unverlierbare Gesamtheit durch die Zusammenwirkung von Haltemitteln (22) und komplementären Haltemitteln (32) bilden und dass das Verbindungs- und Verriegelungsorgan wenigstens einen Zapfen (223) umfasst, der sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und Verriegelungsmittel (24) mit in Bezug auf die Richtung (D) im Wesentlichen radialer elastischer Rückstellung aufweist, die zwischen einer eingeklappten Stellung und einer ausgeklappten Stellung beweglich sind, und dass das zweite Halbglied (3) wenigstens einen Kanal (33) umfasst, der sich längs der Richtung (D) erstreckt und dafür ausgelegt ist, den Durchgang des Zapfens (223) in der eingeklappten oder in der ausgeklappten Position der Verriegelungsmittel (24) zu ermöglichen, und dass das zweite Halbglied (3) außerdem in der Nähe des Kanals (33) komplementäre Verriegelungsmittel (34) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt sind, in wenigstens einer Verriegelungsposition mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (24) in der Anderen der ausgeklappten bzw. der eingeklappten Position der Verriegelungsmittel (24) zusammenzuwirken, und dass die Verriegelungsmittel (24) und die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) zusammen längs der Richtung (D) wenigstens zwei diskrete und voneinander beabstandete Verriegelungspositionen definieren.
  8. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) Haltemittel (22) bzw. komplementäre Haltemittel (32) längs der Richtung (D) aufweisen, um ihre unverlierbare Montage relativ zueinander zu ermöglichen und um eine maximale Einstellbahn zwischen einer ersten, angenäherten Position, in der eine erste Abstützfläche (25) des ersten Halbglieds (2) mit einer zweiten Abstützfläche (35) des zweiten Halbglieds (3) in Kontakt ist, und einer zweiten, beabstandeten Position, in der die Haltemittel (22) mit den komplementären Haltemitteln (32) in Kontakt sind, zu definieren.
  9. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (24) und/oder die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) wenigstens eine Rampe umfassen, die unter der Wirkung einer Kraft, die längs der Richtung (D) auf das erste (2) und/oder auf das zweite (3) Halbglied ausgeübt wird, und bei einer relativen Bewegung zwischen dem ersten (2) und dem zweiten (3) Halbglied den Übergang der Verriegelungsmittel (24) von ihrer eingeklappten Position in ihre ausgeklappte Position oder umgekehrt zulässt.
  10. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (21) oder die komplementären Führungsmittel (31) durch eine Bohrung, die zu einem die komplementären Führungsmittel (31) bzw. die Führungsmittel (21) bildenden Zapfen komplementär ist, gebildet sind, wobei die Länge des Zapfens in Bezug auf das Halbglied, das ihn trägt, einstellbar ist.
  11. Einstellbares Halbglied (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) einen ersten Raum (26) bzw. einen zweiten Raum (36) enthalten, die dafür ausgelegt sind, dann, wenn das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) zusammengefügt sind, einen einzigen Raum (4) zu definieren, und dass das einstellbare Glied (1) wenigstens ein Abdeckelement (5) umfasst, das dafür ausgelegt ist, in den einzigen Raum (4) zwischen dem ersten Halbglied (2) und dem zweiten Halbglied (3) eingeschlossen montiert zu werden und wenigstens auf Seiten einer oberen Fläche (6) des zusammengefügten einstellbaren Glieds (1) die Führungsmittel (21), die komplementären Führungsmittel (31), die Haltemittel (22), die komplementären Haltemittel (32), den Zapfen (223), die Verriegelungsmittel (24), den Kanal (33) und die komplementären Verriegelungsmittel (34) zu verbergen.
  12. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) einen Mittelkörper (100) umgeben, der den Einstellmechanismus vollständig enthält, und dass wenigstens das erste Halbglied (2) oder das zweite Halbglied (3) wenigstens ein Führungsmittel (23) umfasst, das durch wenigstens einen Zapfen (223; 323) gebildet ist, der die Haltemittel (32) enthält und Träger wenigstens eines Verriegelungsmittels (24) ist, das wenigstens eine elastische "O-Ring"-Dichtung (240) umfasst, die in einer Kehle des Zapfens (223; 323) montiert ist und mit wenigstens einem komplementären Verriegelungsmittel, das durch einen Steg (101) gebildet ist, den der Mittelkörper (100) trägt, abstützend zusammenwirkt, um beiderseits des Stegs (101) einen seitlichen Aufnahmesitz (102; 103) zu definieren, in dem sich die Dichtung (240) auf einer Seite oder der anderen Seite des Stegs (101) haltend abstützen kann.
  13. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) jeweils wenigstens einen Zapfen (223; 323) umfassen, wobei die Zapfen jeweils entgegenwirkende Haltemittel (32) umfassen, die das einstellbare Glied (1) unverlierbar machen.
  14. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halbglied (2) und das zweite Halbglied (3) einen Mittelkörper (100) umgeben, der den Einstellmechanismus vollständig enthält, und dass das einstellbare Glied (1) wenigstens ein elastisches Verriegelungselement (24) umfasst, das durch einen flachen Federkeil (200) in Form eines Einfach- oder Doppelpfeils gebildet ist, der wenigstens einen Nachgiebigkeitsschlitz (201; 211) aufweist, und wenigstens eine Ecke (202) für die Befestigung an dem ersten Halbglied (2) aufweist und einen elastisch verformbaren vorderen Teil gegenüber dem wenigstens einen Schlitz aufweist, der wenigstens eine Einstellecke (203) aufweist, die mit einem Einstellzahn (204) des zweiten Halbglieds (3) unter mehreren solchen Einstellzähnen (204), die das zweite Halbglied (3) trägt, zusammenwirkt, wobei der Übergang von Einem zum Anderen durch Zusammendrücken des Keils (200), was eine Zug- oder Schubkraft längs der Richtung (D) zur Folge hat, möglich ist.
  15. Einstellbares Glied (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsecke (202) auch eine Einstellecke (203) ist, die in Bezug auf das erste Halbglied (2) zwischen mehreren der Einstellzähne (204), die von dem ersten Halbglied (2) getragen werden, beweglich ist.
  16. Armband (10), das wenigstens zwei Armbandzweige umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens ein einstellbares Glied (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, wovon jedes Halbglied (2; 3) Mittel (9) für die Befestigung an einem Armbandzweig umfasst und durch die Befestigungsmittel (9) an den Armbandzweigen befestigt ist.
