Claims (8)

  1. Bassin sanitaire comportant un orifice d'évacuation (3) pratiqué dans un creux (2) du fond de bassin (1), une garniture d'évacuation (4) raccordée à l'orifice d'évacuation (3) et un couvercle (5) disposé au-dessus de l'orifice d'évacuation (3) et qui présente une face supérieure émaillée et une forme adaptée au creux (2) et repose directement au niveau de sa face inférieure sur le creux (2) du fond de bassin (1) et/ou de la garniture d'évacuation (4), le couvercle (5) présentant sur sa face inférieure des sections qui constituent des éléments d'espacement (7) et/des éléments en correspondance géométrique (8), caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) est réalisé sous forme d'une pièce métallique monobloc de forme stable et émaillée, de sorte de l'ensemble de la surface du couvercle (5) présente un émaillage.
  2. Bassin sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) est une pièce métallique moulée, en particulier une pièce métallique moulée par injection.
  3. Bassin sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle monobloc (5) est constitué de pièces soudées entre elles.
  4. Bassin sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) est constitué d'un matériau plein par déformation par enlèvement de copeaux.
  5. Bassin sanitaire selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) recouvre une surface de plus de 60 cm2.
  6. Bassin sanitaire selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) présente sur sa face supérieure une surface médiane sensiblement plane.
  7. Bassin sanitaire selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) est inséré dans le creux avec une fente d'espacement (6) au niveau de la circonférence pour l'écoulement d'eau dans le creux (2) de manière à ce qu'il jouxte à ras de la surface la zone entourant le creux (2) du fond de bassin (1).
  8. Bassin sanitaire selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps de bassin présentant le fond de bassin (1) est composé de tôle émaillée.
