Definitions
- the present invention relates to an exploding method for rock layers and the like having the features of independent claim 1 and to an arrangement of a plurality of boreholes for filling with explosives.
- Blasting methods are already known from the prior art, which can be used in particular for blasting rock layers. So is in the WO 2005/033618 A1 an explosive method is known in which in a wellbore different layers of explosives are arranged. The explosive layers are each provided with an igniter. In order to ensure a reliable, homogeneous and intensity-optimized blast, it has often been found in practice that prior drainage of the wellbore may or may even be necessary for such requirements, for example when using black powder or other moisture-sensitive explosives.
- FIG. 1 shows the EP 0 019 683 A2 a drainage device for draining sloping boreholes.
- the dewatering device includes a ball valve and two pipe connections.
- a compressed air line is present, by means of which water can be transported through the pipe connections from the borehole out.
- the pump includes a pump cylinder and a dip tube. To allow fluid to escape from the wellbore through the dip tube, pressure is generated across the pump cylinder. Due to the boreholes, which are often vertically formed in practice, water has to overcome a large difference in height in order to be transported out of the borehole. resulting in a high energy demand for the pumps to carry the water out of the wellbore.
- the primary object of the invention is to provide a method for exploding rock strata, in which liquid, in particular water, can be removed from a borehole in an uncomplicated and energy-efficient manner.
- the blasting process of the present invention is suitable for rock strata.
- the present method can be used for aquiferous rock layers which are at least partially made of granite rock.
- the method provides that in a first step, a first vertical borehole or a plurality of vertical first boreholes are introduced into the rock layer.
- These holes can be made, for example, by means of known from the prior art drilling devices and methods.
- the diameter of the borehole and the depth of the borehole may be subject to a variety of variations within the scope of the present invention.
- the diameter of the first borehole may be at least approximately 100mm. Even larger holes, as needed, for example. Up to 300mm, are conceivable in the context of the present invention.
- the first borehole is now introduced into the rock layer such that it extends at a first predefined angle to a vertical axis. For example, this angle may be between 0 ° and a reasonable acute angle of up to 90 °.
- the second borehole is introduced into the rock layer, liquid / water, which is located in the first borehole, is now discharged via the second borehole in a further method step.
- the second borehole may include an acute angle with a horizontal axis.
- the second borehole may for example have a negative gradient. Additional aids, such as pumping devices, are not necessary in this embodiment of the present invention, since water can now flow independently from the first borehole via the second borehole.
- the method according to the invention also offers the advantage that liquid which flows into the borehole at a later time can be discharged directly again.
- first borehole and the second borehole may be formed such that the first borehole encloses an acute angle with the vertical axis and the second borehole encloses a further acute angle with the horizontal axis.
- first predefined angle between the vertical axis and the first borehole may be at least approximately 0 ° and the second predefined angle between the second borehole and the horizontal axis may be formed as an acute angle.
- first borehole and the second borehole may be at an acute angle with each other.
- the diameter of the first borehole may for example be larger than the diameter of the second borehole.
- variants are also possible in which the diameters of the first and second boreholes are identical or in which the diameter of the first borehole is smaller than the diameter of the second borehole.
- the diameters for the drill holes are expediently based on the respective explosives used; For example, an explosive having a relatively high specific gravity requires a smaller wellbore than, for example, an explosive having a low specific gravity.
- a significant advantage of the method according to the invention is, inter alia, that both boreholes - both the first and the second borehole - are each loaded with explosive and can be used for demolition, which can improve the effectiveness of the blasting and reduce the use of explosives.
- the present invention also relates to an arrangement of a first borehole and a second borehole in a rock layer for a blasting process.
- the first borehole and the second borehole can form a V with respect to their course.
- the second borehole may be disposed opposite the horizontal axis and falling by an angle of less than 90 °.
- a plurality of first boreholes may be inserted in series into the rock layer and each fluidically conductively connected to at least one second borehole.
- a blast can first begin at the outer of the series drilled holes and continue from there to the remaining wells.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of an explosive method according to the invention and an inventive arrangement of a first and a second borehole.
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of another embodiment of an explosive method according to the invention and an inventive arrangement of a first and a second borehole.
- FIG. 1 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of an explosive method 1 according to the invention and an arrangement 3 according to the invention of a first borehole 9 and a second borehole 11.
- the blasting method 1 is suitable for blasting rock layers 5, in the present case formed by granite 7.
- a first borehole 9 has a profile to the vertical axis V at a first predefined angle, which is 0 °.
- the second borehole 11 communicates fluidically with the first borehole 9.
- the second borehole 11 encloses an acute angle ⁇ with the horizontal axis H.
- the course of the first borehole 9, together with the profile of the second borehole 11, is V-shaped.
- explosive charge (not shown) is arranged inside the first and the second borehole 9 and 11 explosive charge (not shown) is arranged.
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of another embodiment of an inventive blasting process 1 and an inventive arrangement 3 of a first well 9 and a second well 11.
- the course of the well 9, together with the course of the channel 11 also in the embodiment of FIG. 2 V-shaped.
- the borehole 9 extends at a first predefined acute angle ⁇ to a vertical axis V.
- the duct 11 extends at a second predefined angle ⁇ to the horizontal axis H, the value of which is at least approximately 0 °.
