Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tragschicht, mit den Schritten in der folgenden Reihenfolge:
a. Bereitstellen eines Ausgangsmaterials mit einem offenen Porenvolumen zwischen 25% und 40%, welches Reststoffe von mechanisch-biologischen Abfallbehandlungsanlagen für Siedlungsabfälle und Abfälle aufweist.
b. Vermischen des Ausgangsmaterials mit gebrochener Müllverbrennungsschlacke einer Korngröße von ≤45 mm, bevorzugt von ≤ 32 mm;
c. Hinzumischen eines wasserhaltigen Schlamms, wenn das Ausgangsmaterial einen zu geringen Wassergehalt aufweist, um eine hydraulische Bindung in der Mischung zu ermöglichen, wobei die Tragschicht nach dem Verfahrensschritt c. zu 15 Vol. % - 25 Vol. % Schlamm aufweist.
d. Zugeben von kornstützenden und hydraulisch abbindenden Ersatzbaustoffen, die in der Mischung einen Volumenanteil zwischen 20 Vol. % und 33 Vol. % aufweisen, welche Ersatzbaustoffe folgende Stoffe aufweisen:
i) trockene Steinkohlenflugasche und / oder
ii) Wirbelschichtasche und / oder
iii) Braunkohlenasche aus einem Kraftwerk oder
iv) zerfallene Pfannenschlacken und/oder
v) Papieraschen,
wobei diese Ersatzbaustoffe einen freien Kalkanteil von ≥ 20 % aufweisen; und
e. Anschließendes Verdichten des homogen aufbereiteten Gemisches mit schweren Walzen.
