Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen gattungsgemässen Spiegelschrank nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs, nämlich für den Badbereich, mit in dessen Innerem angeordneten, längs zumindest einer Nut in jeder Seitenwand höhenverstellbar festlegbaren Auflagern für Glastablare.
  • Solche bekannten Schränke sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen bekannt. Dabei weisen sie in ihrem Innenraum höhenverstellbare Glastablare auf. Diese können auf in den Seitenwänden vorgesehenen Stiften als Auflager aufliegen, die in Öffnungen zweier zueinander parallelen vertikalen Lochreihen in jeder Seitenwand eingesteckt sind. Durch Auswahl entsprechender Öffnungen kann das Glastablar auf verschiedenen vorgegebenen Höhen festgelegt werden.
  • Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform weist jede Seitenwand zumindest eine durchgehende vertikale Nut auf, an der -anstelle des Stiftes- ein mittels eines Schraubendrehers als Werkzeug eine Klemmschraube an jeder beliebigen Stelle der Nut festgelegt werden kann. Auf den Kopf der Klemmschraube oder auf dem an dieser befestigten Auflager kann dann das Glastablar, z.B. in Form einer Glasscheibe aufgelegt werden.
  • Nachteilig bei dieser Ausführungform ist die Gefahr, dass mit dem Werkzeug bei der Montage des Glastablars der Spiegel des Schranks beschädigt werden kann. Ausserdem müssen die Klemmschrauben an beiden Seitenwänden in gleicher Höhe angebracht werden, was den Einsatz eines Meterstabes sowie ein gewisses Geschick bei der Selbstmontage durch den Käufer erfordert und insgesamt aufwändig ist. Schliesslich muss bei der Montage sichergestellt sein, dass die Klemmschrauben mit der erforderlichen Klemmkraft angezogen sind, um zu verhindern, dass beim Auflegen der Glastablare diese nicht sicher gehalten sind, seitlich abrutschen und dabei zu Bruch gehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen gattungsgemässen Spiegelschrank so auszugestalten, dass dessen Glastablare ohne Werkzeug und ohne Meterstab in einfachster Art und Weise bei der Selbstmontage angebracht werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem gattungsgemässen Spiegelschrank gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs erfindungsgemäss durch dessen kennzeichnende Merkmale gelöst, also dadurch, dass jede Nut eine Vielzahl von mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Rastöffnungen aufweist und dass das Auflager einen in diese einrastenden und aufgrund Federkraft in diesen gehaltenen Rastriegel aufweist.
  • Die Glastablare werden also nach der Montage der Auflager oder zusammen mit diesen in der Höhe eingestellt. Dazu wird das Auflager mit dem Rastriegel in die Nut eingesetzt, das vorzugsweise einen an die Querschnittsform der Nut angepassten Schiebebereich aufweist. Der Rastriegel ist dabei so ausgebildet, dass er in einer Richtung aus der Rastöffnung freikommt und in der anderen Richtung blockiert ist, bspw. springt am freien Ende einer Klinke der Rastriegel über den im übrigen quaderförmig ausgebildeten Schiebebereich hervor und weist er eine Rampe und einen sich daran anschliessenden Abstützbereich auf, der parallel zu der in Richtung der Erstreckung der Nut oberen oder unteren Quaderebene verläuft. So kann das Glastablar im montierten Zustand zwar angehoben und nach oben bis zum Einrasten in die Rastöffnungen der nächsten Rastebene verschoben werden; aufgrund der Ausgestaltung der Rastriegel ist eine Veschiebung in die andere Richtung nach unten allerdings nicht möglich, so das das Glastablar in seiner eingerasteten Lage verbleibt und von Gegenständen belastet werden kann.
  • Der erfindungsgemäss ausgestaltete Spiegelschrank kann also ohne weiteres in Selbstmontage durch den Käufer mit den Glastablaren erstmalig bestückt oder jederzeit in der Aufteilung in einfachster Weise geändert werden, ohne dass es eines Werkzeuges oder Messgerätes bedarf und auch ohne die Gefahr, dass wegen unzureichender Montage des Auflagers ein Glastablar zu Bruch geht.
  • Weitere zweckmässige Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt:

  • Figur 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemässen Spiegelschrank 10, für den Badbereich in perspektivischer Darstellung. In seinem Innerem ist ein Glastablar 11 vorgesehen. Diese ruht auf Auflagern 12, die in einer Nut 13 in jeder Seitenwand 14 höhenverstellbar festlegbar sind. Der Spiegelschrank 10 weist sowohl eine obere Deckseite als auch unteren Boden sowie eine Rückwand auf.
  • Die Seitenwand 14 kann, wie beim wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispiel ganz aus einem vorzugsweise extrudierten Profil 20 aus Aluminium bestehen oder dieses nur teilweise aufweisen, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt. Dieses weist die an einer Seite zu dem (durch die Seitenwände und die Rückwand gebildeten) Innenraum 15 hin offene Nut 13 mit rechteckfömigen Querschnitt auf, wobei die an den Grund 16 der Nut 13 angrenzende eine Seite des rechteckfömigen Querschnitts als Hinterschneidung 17 zur Aufnahme einer in Figur 3 näher gezeigten Einschubschiene 30 ausgebildet ist. Die Hinterschneidung 17 weist in dem von dem Grund 16 der Nut 13 beabstandeten Bereich eine zu dieser hin offene und zu dem Grund parallel und längs der gesamten Nut 13 verlaufende, extrudierte erste Rille 18 und der Grund 16 eine dazu rechtwinklig angeordnet offene zweite Rille 19 auf.
  • Die Einschubschiene 30 ist als im Querschnitt rechtwinklig mit zwei Seiten 31,32 ausgebildet, die in den beiden Rillen 18,19 eingesteckt und dort sowie der Hinterschneidung 17 formschlüssig gehalten ist. Sie weist ausserdem eine Vielzahl von mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Rastöffnungen 33 auf, die sich auf beide Seiten 31,32 der Einschubschiene 30 erstrecken, so dass jede Nut 13 mit der Vielzahl der mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Rastöffnungen 33 versehen ist.
  • Das in den Figuren 4 und 5 näher dargestellte aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise als Kunststoffspritzteil ausgebildete Auflager 12 weist einen ebenen Auflagebereich 40 (Figur 4) für die eine Schmalseite des Glastablars 11 und einen sich rechtwinklig zu der Ebene (40) erstreckenden planebenen Anschlagsbereich 41 für die Seitenwand 14 des Spiegelschranks 10 auf. Zusätzlich können noch Schnappelemente 42 zum Umgreifen des Glastablars 11 sowie feste Anschläge 43 vorgesehen sein.
  • Das Auflager 12 ist ausserdem mit einem an die Querschnittsform der Nut 13 angepassten Schiebebereich 45 versehen, der sich rechtwinklig zu dem ebenen Auflagebereich 40 erstreckt und der zum Einsetzen in die Nut 13 über den Anschlagsbereich 41 hervorsteht und an dem ein in die Rastöffnungen 33 einrastenden und dort mit Federkraft aufgrund der Ausbildung aus Kunststoff gehaltenen Rastriegel 46 vorgesehen ist. Dieser springt am freien Ende einer Klinke 50 über den im übrigen quaderförmig ausgebildeten Schiebebereich 45 hervor. Der Rastriegel 46 weist eine Rampe 47 und einen sich daran anschliessenden Abstützbereich 48 auf, der parallel zu der in Richtung der Erstreckung der Nut 13 oberen oder unteren Quaderebene 49 verläuft.
  • Die Glastablare 11 werden also nach der Montage der Auflager 12 oder zusammen mit diesen in der Höhe eingestellt. Dazu wird das Auflager 12 mit dem Rastriegel 46 in die Nut 13 eingesetzt, das vorzugsweise einen an die Querschnittsform der Nut angepassten Schiebebereich 45 aufweist. Der Rastriegel 46 ist dabei so ausgebildet, dass er in einer Richtung aus der Rastöffnung 33 freikommt und in der anderen Richtung blockiert ist, weil der am freien Ende der Klinke 50 angeordnete Rastriegel 46 über den im übrigen quaderförmig ausgebildeten Schiebebereich 45 hervorspringt und eine Rampe 47 und den sich daran anschliessenden Abstützbereich 48 aufweist, der parallel zu der in Richtung der Erstreckung der Nut oberen (49) oder unteren Quaderebene verläuft. So kann das Glastablar 11 im montierten Zustand zwar angehoben und nach oben bis zum Einrasten in die Rastöffnungen 33 der nächsten Rastebene verschoben werden; aufgrund der Ausgestaltung der Rastriegel ist eine Veschiebung in die andere Richtung nach unten allerdings nicht möglich, so dass das Glastablar 11 in seiner eingerasteten Lage verbleibt und von Gegenständen belastet werden kann.

Claims (7)

  1. Spiegelschrank (10) für den Badbereich, mit in dessen Innerem (15) angeordneten, längs zumindest einer Nut (13) in jeder Seitenwand (14) höhenverstellbar festlegbaren Auflagern (12) für Glastablare (11), wobei jede Nut (13) eine Vielzahl von mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Rastöffnungen (33) aufweist, das Auflager (12) einen in diese einrastenden und aufgrund Federkraft in diesen gehaltenen Rastriegel (46) aufweist, das Auflager einen an die Querschnittsform der Nut angepassten Schiebebereich (45) aufweist und die Nut (13) rechteckfömigen Querschnitt aufweist, an einer Seite zu dem Innenraum (15) hin offen ausgebildet ist und an einer an den Grund (16) der Nut (13) angrenzenden Seite des rechteckfömigen Querschnitts mit der Vielzahl der mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Rastöffnungen (33) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Rastöffnungen (33) an einer Einschubschiene (30) vorgesehen sind, dass die Seitenwand (14) zumindest teilweise ein extrudiertes Profil (20) mit der Nut (13) aufweist und dass die an den Grund (16) der Nut angrenzende eine Seite des rechteckfömigen Querschnitts als Hinterschneidung (17) zur Aufnahme der Einschubschiene (30) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Spiegelschrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einschubschiene als im Querschnitt rechtwinklig mit zwei Seiten (31,32) ausgebildet ist und dass die Hinterschneidung (17) in dem von dem Grund (16) der Nut (13) beabstandeten Bereich eine zu dieser hin offene und zu dem Grund parallel und längs der gesamten Nut verlaufende, extrudierte erste Rille (18) für die eine Seite (32) der Einschubschiene (30) und der Grund (16) eine dazu rechtwinklig angeordent offene zweite Rille (19) für die andere Seite (31) der Einschubschiene (30) aufweist.
  3. Spiegelschrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflager (12) einen ebenen Auflagebereich (40) für die eine Schmalseite des Glastablars (11) und einen sich rechtwinklig dazu erstreckenden planebenen Anschlagsbereich (41) für die Seitenwand (14) des Spiegelschranks (10) aufweist, dass der Schiebebereich (45) sich rechtwinklig zu dem ebenen Auflagebereich (40) erstreckt und dass der Schiebebereich zum Einsetzen in die Nut (13) über den Anschlagsbereich (40) hervorsteht.
  4. Spiegelschrank nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastriegel (46) an dem Schiebebereich (45) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Spiegelschrank nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am freien Ende einer Klinke (50) der Rastriegel (46) über den im übrigen quaderförmig ausgebildeten Schiebebereich (45) hervorspringt.
  6. Spiegelschrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastriegel (46) eine Rampe (47) und einen sich daran anschliessenden Abstützbereich (48) aufweist, der bezüglich parallel zu der in Richtung der Erstreckung der Nut (13) oberen (49) oder unteren Quaderebene verläuft.
  7. Spiegelschrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflager (12) als Kunststoff, vorzugsweise als Kunststoffspritzteil ausgebildet ist, welches die Federkraft des Rastriegel (46) bewirkt.
