Claims (5)

  1. Brecher, im Wesentlichen gebildet aus einem Rotor (1), der mit Hämmern (2) und Schneidewerkzeugen (3) ausgestattet ist, der in einem Brechergehäuse angeordnet ist, das mit Kalibriergittern, Ambossen, Gegenwerkzeugen, Prallplatten und Ausstoßklappen ausgestattet sein kann, wobei der Rotor (1) aus zwei Teilen (4 und 5) gebildet ist, die unabhängig voneinander angetrieben sind, wobei ein Teil (4) des Rotors (1) mit festen Schneidewerkzeugen (3) ausgestattet ist, und wobei der andere Teil (5) des Rotors (1) mit festen oder entfernbaren Hämmern (2) ausgestattet ist,
    welcher Brecher dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Rotor (1) eine Neigung seiner Längsachse zur Horizontalen aufweist, oder dass er als vertikaler Rotor mit Einspeisung von oben oder seitlicher Einspeisung ausgebildet ist, und dadurch, dass der erste Teil (4) des Rotors (1), der mit festen Schneidewerkzeugen (3) ausgestattet ist, sich am oberen Ende des Rotors (1) befindet, sodass die zu zerkleinernden Materialien dem Rotor (1) im Bereich seines ersten Teiles (4) zugeführt werden, um dort zerstückelt zu werden, und dass die zerstückelten Elemente dann durch Gravitationswirkung im Inneren des Brechergehäuses zu dem zweiten Teil (5) des Rotors (1) für die Endzerkleinerung gefördert werden.
  2. Brecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (1) einen ersten Teil (4) umfasst, der von einem ersten Motor oder mehreren ersten Motoren (4') angetrieben ist, und der auf einer seinem Antrieb durch den Motor (4') gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Lageraufnahme (41) für eine endständige Welle (51) des zweiten Teiles (5) des Rotors (1) bildet, der von einem zweiten Motor oder mehreren zweiten Motoren (5') angetrieben ist, wobei die Führung der Welle (51) in der Aufnahme (41) durch Lager (6) in Form von Kugellagern und/oder Rollenlagern gewährleistet ist.
  3. Brecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Teile (4 oder 5) des Rotors (1) durch eine Antriebswelle drehend antreibbar ist, welche die Antriebswelle des anderen Teiles (5 oder 4) des vorgenannten Rotors (1) durchdringt.
  4. Brecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Rotor-Teil (4' und 5') mit einer anderen Geschwindigkeit angetrieben ist als der andere Teil.
  5. Brecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (5) des Rotors mit einer höheren Geschwindigkeit angetrieben ist als der erste Teil (4) des Rotors.
