Claims (12)

  1. Kompakte Vorrichtung zum Schneiden oder Zerreißen und Zerkleinern von zu zerkleinernden Gegenständen, im wesentlichen gebildet aus einem Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) und aus einem Zerkleinerer (3) mit Rotor (4), welcher mit dem Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) durch eine Queröffnung (5) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Längsachse des Zerkleinerers (3) mit Rotor (4) senkrecht zur Längsachse des Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittels (2) steht,
    welche Vorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Zerkleinerer (3) mit Rotor (4) ein Zerkleinerer mit horizontaler Längsachse ist, der unter dem Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) angeordnet ist, mit dem der Zerkleinerer (3) mit Rotor (4) mittels seiner Queröffnung (5) in direkter Verbindung steht, dass diese Öffnung (5) direkt unter den parallelen Zerreiß-Trommeln (2') des genannten Mittels (2) angeordnet ist, und dass der wirksame Durchmesser des Rotors (4) des Zerkleinerers (3) der Länge des Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittels (2) im wesentlichen entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerkleinerer (3) mit Rotor (4) seitlich zum Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) angeordnet ist, dessen Ausgang in einer seitliche Einspeiserinne der Queröffnung (5) des Zerkleinerers (3) mit Rotor (4) mündet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) die Form einer Reißmaschine mit parallelen Zerreiß-Trommeln (2') identischer oder umgekehrter Dreh-Richtung und synchroner oder nicht-synchroner Geschwindigkeit annimmt, die die zu bearbeitenden Stoffe in Richtung der Verbindungs-Queröffnung (5) zwischen dem Rotor (4) des Zerkleinerers (3) und dem Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) mitnimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingang des Zerkleinerers (3) unterhalb des Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittels (2) mit einem Zerdrück-Element (6) ausgestattet ist, welches Zerdrück- Element (6) mittels eines Zylinder (7) kippbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerdrück-Element (6) in Form einer Zerdrück-Klappe ausgebildet ist, die Zahnräder oder mit Mitnahmeprofilen ausgestattete Räder aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerdrück-Element (6) in Form einer Zerdrück-Trommel ausgebildet ist, die auf einem Kipprahmen angebracht ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerdrück-Element (6) in Form eines Schiebers mit wechselnder Bewegungsrichtung ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerkleinerer (3) mit einem Kalibrierungsgitter (7) ausgestattet ist, das schräg, seitlich außerhalb der Wirkungsbereichs des Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittels (2) angeordnet und schwenkbar auf der Zerkleinerungskammer angebracht ist, welche die Verdichtungsstäbe oder untere Gitter aufweist, die in dem Gehäuse des Zerkleinerers (3) angeordnet sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse des Zerkleinerers (3), welches die Verdichtungsstäbe oder die unteren Gitter aufweist, aus zwei Halbschalen (9) gebildet ist, die unter der Wirkung von Hydraulikzylindern (10) schwenkbar auf dem Rahmen des Zerkleinerers (3) angebracht sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerkleinerer (3) mit zwei Auswurfklappen oder symmetrischen Gittern ausgestattet ist, was in beiden Fällen den Einsatz eines umkehrbaren Rotors ermöglicht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneide- oder Zerreiß-Mittel (2) und der eingebaute Zerkleinerer (3) mit Hämmern und/oder Schneidwerkzeugen auf einem gemeinsamen Rahmen angebracht sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einspeiserinne (1) aufweist, die unterteilt ist in einen festen, mit dem gemeinsamen Rahmen verbundenen Teil und einen beweglichen Teil, der gelenkig an dem gemeinsamen Rahmen angebracht und mittels eines Zylinders schwenkbar ist.
