  11. Operating device according to claim 10, characterised in that at least one magnet (20) is arranged such that an operating element (24) moved out of the non-deflected initial position by a rocking motion can be automatically guided back into the initial position by means of the magnetic force.
  12. Operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that visual display regions (21, 22) are embodied adjacent to the holder (13) on a top side (11), by means of which a selection of a functional part unit (4, 5, 6 7) of the household appliance (1) can be displayed as a function of an actuation of the operating element (24).
  13. Household appliance, in particular for preparing food, in particular hob (1), with an operating device (8) according to one of the preceding claims, which has in particular just one single operating element (24) for setting all operating conditions of the household appliance (1).
