Claims (15)

  1. Sicherheitselement (1), umfassend:
    ein optisches System, umfassend:
    ein transparentes oder lichtdurchlässiges Substrat (2),
    an der Seite einer ersten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2) ein kombiniertes Bild (I), das mehrere einander überschneidende kodierte Bilder (I1, ..., IN) umfasst,
    einen Entwicklungsrahmen (4), der das kombinierte Bild (I) überlagert und die Beobachtung der kodierten Bilder (I1, ... IN) nach einer Änderung der Beobachtungsrichtung des Sicherheitselements (1) relativ zum optischen System ermöglicht,
    wobei der Entwicklungsrahmen (4):
    an der Seite einer zweiten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2), der ersten gegenüberliegend, angeordnet ist, wobei das optische System dagegen einen Hintergrund (30) aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, dass sich der Entwicklungsrahmen (4) zwischen dem Hintergrund (30) und dem Substrat (2) befindet oder dass sich das kombinierte Bild (I) zwischen dem Hintergrund (30) und dem Substrat (2) befindet, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Entwicklungsrahmen (4), das kombinierte Bild (I) und der Hintergrund (30) verschiedene Farben aufweisen.
  2. Sicherheitselement (1), umfassend:
    ein optisches System, umfassend:
    ein transparentes oder lichtdurchlässiges Substrat (2),
    an der Seite einer ersten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2) ein kombiniertes Bild (I), das mehrere einander überschneidende kodierte Bilder (I1, ..., IN) umfasst,
    einen Entwicklungsrahmen (4), der das kombinierte Bild (I) überlagert und die Beobachtung der kodierten Bilder (I1, ... IN) nach einer Änderung der Beobachtungsrichtung des Sicherheitselements (1) relativ zum optischen System ermöglicht,
    wobei der Entwicklungsrahmen (4):
    an der Seite einer zweiten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2), der ersten gegenüberliegend, angeordnet ist, wobei das optische System dagegen einen Hintergrund (30) aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, dass sich der Entwicklungsrahmen (4) zwischen dem Hintergrund (30) und dem Substrat (2) befindet oder dass sich das kombinierte Bild (I) zwischen dem Hintergrund (30) und dem Substrat (2) befindet, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Entwicklungsrahmen (4) und das kombinierte Bild (I) die gleiche Farbe aufweisen und der Hintergrund (30) eine verschiedene Farbe aufweist.
  3. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei der Hintergrund (30) Farbstoffe und/oder lumineszierende Pigmente und/oder Interferenzpigmente und/oder Flüssigkristallpigmente und/oder photochrome oder thermochrome Pigmente, in aufgedruckter oder im Hintergrund (30) eingeschlossener Form, aufweist
  4. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Hintergrund (30) einen lumineszierenden, fluoreszierenden oder phosphoreszierenden, Wirkstoff aufweist.
  5. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Hintergrund eine Metallschicht aufweist.
  6. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Hintergrund (30) vollständig den Entwicklungsrahmen (4) oder das kombinierte Bild (I) überlagert.
  7. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Hintergrund (30) durchgehend ist.
  8. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Entwicklungsrahmen und/oder das kombinierte Bild bei bloßem Auge ein homogenes Aussehen aufweisen.
  9. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Entwicklungsrahmen und/oder das kombinierte Bild eine Auflösung von 800 dpi oder mehr aufweisen.
  10. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Entwicklungsrahmen und/oder das kombinierte Bild (I) keine Metallschicht aufweisen.
  11. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, in der Form eines Sicherheitsfadens, eines Films oder eines Flickens.
  12. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, umfassend zwei Entwicklungsrahmen (4a, 4b), die zu zwei kombinierten Bildern (Ia, Ib) gehören, wobei die Orientierung der Seitenteile eines der Entwicklungsrahmen von der des anderen Entwicklungsrahmens verschieden ist.
  13. Sicherheitsgegenstand (10), insbesondere Sicherheitsdokument, das ein Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 enthält.
  14. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei die Vorder- und Rückseite des Sicherheitselements beobachtet werden können.
  15. Authentifizierungsverfahren für ein Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, umfassend das Beobachten des Sicherheitselements bei Variierung der Beobachtungsrichtung und das Schließen auf Authentizität eines Gegenstands oder Objekts, das zum Sicherheitselement gehört, zumindest in Abhängigkeit von den beobachteten kodierten Bildern.
