Claims (14)

  1. Sicherheitsgegenstand (10), insbesondere ein Sicherheitsdokument, das ein ein optisches System umfassendes Sicherheitselement (1) umfasst und das umfasst:
    ein durchsichtiges oder durchscheinendes Substrat (2),
    auf der Seite einer ersten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2) ein kombiniertes Bild (I), das mehrere verschachtelte kodierte Bilder (I1, ... IN) umfasst,
    auf der Seite einer zweiten Fläche (2a, 2b) des Substrats (2) gegenüber der ersten ein dem kombinierten Bild. (I) überlagerter Öffnungsrahmen (4), der die Betrachtung der kodierten Bilder (I1, ... IN) nach einer Änderung der Betrachtungsrichtung des Sicherheitselements (1) relativ zum optischen System ermöglicht,
    gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die kodierten Bilder (I1, ... IN) von der Seite der ersten Fläche und von der Seite der zweiten Fläche des Substrats (2) betrachtet werden können.
  2. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Sicherheitselement (1) in einem Fenster (31, 32) des Sicherheitsgegenstands (1) erscheint.
  3. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fenster (31, 32) durch eine oder mehrere Materialaussparungen auf oder unter dem Sicherheitselement (1) gebildet ist, wobei das Fenster (31, 32) zumindest teilweise durchsichtig oder durchscheinend von der Seite des Sicherheitselements (1) gegenüber der Materialaussparung ist.
  4. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fenster zumindest teilweise durchsichtig oder durchscheinend auf beiden Seiten des Sicherheitselements (1) ist.
  5. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fenster (31) durchgehend ist.
  6. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Öffnungsrahmen (4) und/oder das kombinierte Bild (I) ein bei bloßem Auge homogenes Aussehen aufweisen.
  7. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Öffnungsrahmen (4) und/oder das kombinierte Bild (I) mit mindestens zwei überlagerten Farben ausgebildet sind, wobei die kodierten Bilder von der Seite der ersten Fläche und von der Seite der zweiten Fläche des Substrats (2) mit verschiedenen Farben betrachtet werden können.
  8. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine abwechselnde Abfolge von optischen Systemen, die mit jeweils zwei untereinander senkrechten Betrachtungsrichtungen assoziiert sind, insbesondere optische Systemen, bei denen die jeweiligen Öffnungsrahmen senkrechte Orientierungen aufweisen.
  9. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sicherheitselement in der Form eines Sicherheitsfadens, einer Folie oder eines Patches vorliegt.
  10. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Öffnungsrahmen (4) mindestens eine erste fluoreszente Zone aufweist, die unter einer vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung mittels Fluoreszenz ein sichtbares Licht von einer ersten Farbe emittieren kann, und wobei ein kombiniertes Bild (I) mindestens eine zweite fluoreszente Zone aufweist, die unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung mittels Fluoreszenz ein sichtbares Licht von einer zweiten Farbe, die von der ersten verschieden ist, emittieren kann, wobei die erste und/oder die zweite fluoreszente Zone, insbesondere beide, mindestens unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung mindestens teilweise lichtundurchsichtig sind und wobei die erste und die zweite fluoreszente Zone einander zumindest teilweise so überlagern, dass unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung ein die beiden Zonen nacheinander durchquerendes Licht eine von der ersten und der zweiten Farbe verschiedene dritte Farbe aufweist.
  11. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sicherheitselement (1) zwei Öffnungsrahmen (4a, 4b) aufweist, die jeweils mit zwei kombinierten Bildern (Ia, Ib) assoziiert sind, wobei die Orientierung der Bänder des einen Öffnungsrahmens verschieden von der des anderen Öffnungsrahmens ist.
  12. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Perforation (40), innerhalb derer zumindest teilweise das Sicherheitselement (1) plaziert ist, das einer Nebeneinanderanordnung von zwei Unterelementen (41, 42), insbesondere in der Form von Folien oder Patches, engtspricht, die jeweils den Öffnungsrahmen (4) und das entsprechende kombinierte Bild (I) umfassen.
  13. Sicherheitsgegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der Öffnungsrahmen (4) oder das kombinierte Bild (I) in Form von Aufdrucken auf der Oberfläche des Gegenstands ausgebildet sind, wobei ein Unterelement (43) insbesondere in Form einer Folie oder eines Patches, zumindest teilweise die ausgebildeten Aufdrucke überdeckt, wobei das Unterelement (43) das kombinierte Bild (I) oder den entsprechenden Öffnungsrahmen (4) umfasst.
  14. Authentifizierungsverfahren eines Sicherheitsgegenstands, der in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 definiert ist, umfassend den Schritt bestehend aus dem Betrachten des Sicherheitsgegenstands unter Variierung der Betrachtungsrichtung und dem Schließen auf die Authentizität des Gegenstands oder eines mit dem Sicherheitsartikel assoziierten Objekts mindestens in Abhängigkeit von den betrachteten kodierten Bildern.
