Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de traitement d'une formation contenant des hydrocarbures, le procédé comprenant :
    la mise en contact de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures avec une composition de traitement comprenant un solvant et un composé amphotère fluoré, dans lequel la formation contenant des hydrocarbures comprend du carbonate et dans lequel le composé amphotère fluoré est choisi dans le groupe constitué de :

    (c) un composé comprenant :
    un premier motif divalent représenté par

    et
    un deuxième motif divalent représenté par la formule

    (d) leurs combinaisons ;
    Rf est indépendamment un fluoroalkyle possédant jusqu'à 10 atomes de carbone ou un groupe polyfluoropolyéther ;
    chaque Rf1 est indépendamment un fluoroalkyle possédant jusqu'à 10 atomes de carbone ou un groupe polyfluoropolyéther ;
    X est -SO2- ou -C(O)- ;
    Y est -N(R)2, -N+(R)3 ou -N+(R)3 A-, où A- est un contre-anion ;
    Y' est -P(O)(OM)2, -O-P(O)(OM)2, -SO3M, -O-SO3M ou -CO2M, où M est un hydrogène, un contre-cation, un anion libre, ou une liaison à la formation contenant des hydrocarbures ;
    chaque Q est indépendamment -SO2-N(R')-W-, -C(O)-N(R')-W-, alkylène, arylalkylène ou arylène, où l'alkylène et l'arylalkylène sont chacun facultativement interrompus par -O-, -S-, -SO2- ou -C(O)- ;
    chaque W est indépendamment alkylène, arylalkylène ou arylène, où l'alkylène et l'arylalkylène sont chacun facultativement interrompus par -O- ou -S- et éventuellement substitués par un hydroxyle ;
    Z est -N+(R)2-V-SO3M ou -N+(R)2-V-CO2M, où M est un hydrogène, un contre-cation, un anion libre ou une liaison à la formation contenant des hydrocarbures ;
    chaque V est indépendamment alkylène, arylalkylène ou arylène, où l'alkylène et l'arylalkylène sont chacun facultativement interrompus par -O- ou -S- et éventuellement substitués par un hydroxyle ;
    chaque R est indépendamment un hydrogène, un alkyle ou un aryle, où l'alkyle peut éventuellement être interrompu par -O- ou substitué par un hydroxyle ou un aryle, ou deux groupes R pris conjointement avec l'atome N auquel ils sont fixés peuvent former un cycle hétérocyclique possédant jusqu'à six atomes de carbone et contenant éventuellement -O- ou -S- ;
    R' est un hydrogène, un alkyle possédant jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone ou un aryle ;
    chaque R1 est indépendamment un hydrogène ou un méthyle ; et
    chaque Q1 est indépendamment -O-, -S- ou -N(R")-, où R" est un hydrogène ou un alkyle possédant jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le solvant comprend au moins l'un parmi l'eau, un alcool monohydroxylé, un éther, une cétone, un glycol, un éther de glycol, ou du dioxyde de carbone supercritique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le composé amphotère fluoré est représenté par la formule :

    dans laquelle Rf est un perfluoroalkyle possédant jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone, dans laquelle chaque W est indépendamment un alkylène possédant jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone, et dans laquelle Y' est -SO3M ou -CO2M.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le composé amphotère fluoré est représenté par la formule Rf-Q-Z, dans laquelle Rf est un perfluoroalkyle possédant jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone, Q est -SO2-N(R')-W- ou un alkylène possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone, dans laquelle R' est un hydrogène ou un alkyle possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone, et dans laquelle W est un alkylène possédant jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le composé amphotère fluoré est le composé comprenant :

    dans laquelle Rf1 est un perfluoroalkyle possédant jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone ; Q est -SO2-N(R')-W- ou un alkylène possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone, où R' est un hydrogène ou un alkyle possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone, et où W et V sont chacun indépendamment un alkylène possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel Rf est choisi dans le groupe constitué de :

            Rfd-(O)r-CHF-(CF2)n- ;

            [Rfe-(O)t-C(L)H-CF2-O]m-W'- ;

            CF3CFH-O-(CF2)p- ;

            CF3-(O-CF2)z- ; et

            CF3-O-(CF2)3-O-CF2- ;


    Rfd et Rfe représentent indépendamment un groupe alkyle partiellement ou complètement fluoré comportant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone et éventuellement interrompu par au moins un atome d'oxygène ;
    L est choisi dans le groupe constitué de F et CF3 ;
    W' est choisi dans le groupe constitué d'alkylène et arylène ;
    r vaut 0 ou 1, où lorsque r vaut 0, Rfd est interrompu par au moins un atome d'oxygène ;
    t vaut 0 ou 1 ;
    m vaut 1, 2, ou 3 ;
    n vaut 0 ou 1 ;
    chaque p est indépendamment un nombre de 1 à 6 ; et
    z est un nombre de 2 à 7.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel Rf est C3F7O(CF(CF3)CF2O)xCF(CF3)-, C3F7O(CF2CF2CF2O)xCF2CF2-, CF3O(C2F4O)yCF2-ou CF3O(CF2O)x'(C2FO)y'CF2-, où x a une valeur moyenne dans une plage allant de 3 à 50, et où y, x' et y' ont des valeurs moyennes dans une plage allant de 6 à 50.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel chaque R est indépendamment un alkyle possédant jusqu'à quatre atomes de carbone, et dans lequel Q est -SO2-N(R')-W-.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le composé amphotère fluoré est présent dans la composition de traitement à une valeur jusqu'à 1 pour cent en poids, en fonction du poids total de la composition de traitement.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre :
    la réception de données comprenant une température et une composition de saumure de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures ; et
    la sélection de la composition de traitement pour traiter la formation contenant des hydrocarbures, dans lequel, à la température, un mélange d'une quantité de la composition de saumure et de la composition de traitement est transparent et exempt de solide précipité, et dans lequel le mélange ne se sépare pas en couches.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant en outre :
    la réception de données comprenant une température et une composition de saumure de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures ; et
    la sélection de la composition de traitement pour traiter la formation contenant des hydrocarbures, dans lequel, à la température, un mélange de la composition de saumure et de la composition de traitement se sépare en au moins deux couches liquides transparentes indépendantes, et dans lequel le mélange est exempt de solide précipité.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant en outre :
    la réception de données comprenant une température et une première composition de saumure de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures ;
    la mise en contact de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures avec un fluide, dans lequel, après que le fluide vient en contact avec la formation contenant des hydrocarbures, la formation contenant des hydrocarbures a une deuxième composition de saumure qui est différente de la première composition de saumure ; et
    la sélection de la composition de traitement pour traiter la formation contenant des hydrocarbures, dans lequel, à la température, un mélange d'une quantité de la deuxième composition de saumure et de la composition de traitement est transparent et exempt de solide précipité, et dans lequel le mélange ne se sépare pas en couches.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre la fracturation de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures, dans lequel la mise en contact de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures avec la composition de traitement est effectuée pendant la fracturation, après la fracturation ou pendant et après la fracturation.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, où le procédé n'inclut pas de fracturation volontaire de la formation contenant des hydrocarbures.
  15. Formation contenant des hydrocarbures traitée selon le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
