Description

The invention relates to an adhesive closure part with a flat carrier part of warp and weft threads and with closure elements projecting from the carrier part, which are formed from pile threads anchored to the carrier part.

Such, produced in weaving adhesive closure parts, the warp, weft and pile threads of textile fibers, including plastic fibers, may exist, are freely available in a variety of embodiments on the market. An example of such an adhesive closure part is in the document DE 102 40 986 B3 demonstrated. In this case, the pile threads can form closure elements in the form of loop-shaped hooking elements. If one cuts open or thermally breaks the closed loops of the pile threads, then closure elements can form a form of closure hook which can be brought into engagement with a correspondingly formed loop loop material of the other closure part. If, in the separation process, the free loop ends are thermally treated, for example melted, in pile threads formed from plastic, mushroom-shaped closure heads are produced as closure elements by the inherent behavior of the plastic material.

With such known adhesive closure systems, good peel strength values can be achieved so that secure connections of relevant functional structures can be achieved. Because of this beneficial behavior and the possibility of rational production, such closure systems have found widespread use and are used in particular as a detachable closures on garments. Because of the good peel strength values offered, such closure systems are also advantageously used in garments intended for tougher conditions of use, for example in protective clothing and uniform parts. If the latter clothing is intended for police or military use, special demands must be placed on the garment concerned in accordance with the development of safety technology and military technology. Thus, in order to provide the wearer of a relevant functional clothing, in particular a safety clothing or a uniform part, the best possible security against target detection by infrared targeting devices or night vision devices, the infrared ray exposed surface of the item of clothing against infrared radiation have a reflection behavior in which the infrared image obtained as weak as possible, low in contrast and without striking contours. In order to come closer to this goal, it is customary to choose clothing fabrics for such functional clothing whose reflection behavior provides a possibly "poor" infrared image, that is to say having low contrast and as far as possible without contours. However, this requirement is precluded by the difficulty that adhesive closure parts located on the functional clothing can appear as contours or contrast surfaces in the infrared image. For this reason, it is customary to dye adhesive closure parts in the finished state or, in the case of woven adhesive closure parts formed from warp, weft threads and pile threads, to dye yarns of the fabric.

This solution is unsatisfactory in that such functional clothing, in particular when used for rough applications with risk of contamination, must be cleaned relatively often. As a rule, therefore, after a relatively short period of use the color used for the coloring washed out or bleached, so that in turn contrast surfaces and / or contours are visible in the thermal image.

In view of this problem, the invention has for its object to provide an adhesive closure part of the type in question available, which is characterized by an improved performance, especially in long-term use.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by an adhesive closure part having the features of claim 1 in its entirety.

Thereafter, an essential feature of the invention is that for the adaptation of the reflection behavior of the adhesive closure part to the corresponding reflection behavior of the functional fabric, ie in particular the clothing material concerned, at least parts of the closure part, preferably weft threads, are formed from a thread material having a preselected reflectivity to infrared radiation having. In contrast to a coloring of the closure part as a whole or the coloring of threads which form the fabric of the support part and the pile threads, the invention uses constituents of the fabric which are out of themselves, ie. H. without applied coloring, which each offer suitable reflection behavior. This avoids the risk that washed out by washing or cleaning operations, the coloring and thus the safety effect is nullified.

Preferably, filaments of a material of a selected color are provided as parts of preselected reflectivity. For example, gray, dark or black threads may be considered which, on their own or in combination with the other threads of the fabric, result in reflectivity. which is adapted to the reflectivity of a functional structure, in particular clothing fabric, adjacent to the adhesive closure part.

Woven adhesive closure parts are often formed from thread materials made of plastic material. In such adhesive closure parts, filaments of a plastic material having the selected color can be provided as parts of preselected reflectivity. Thus, carbon threads or threads may be provided, in which pigments are incorporated into the plastic mass prior to extruding from spinnerets. In any case, the invention provides threads that are colored in the mass, so have no color coat that could be abraded or washed off during use.

In this case, the arrangement may be such that filaments which have the selected color are provided as a monofilament or form part of a multifilament.

In particularly advantageous embodiments, the weft threads may be formed by a monofilament of a yarn having the selected color.

However, the arrangement may also be such that the weft threads are formed by multifilament yarns, of which at least one has the selected color.

With regard to the pile threads, the arrangement may be such that they are formed by a multifilament of yarns of different diameters, of which at least one yarn has the selected color.

The anchoring of the pile threads with the support member can be carried out in an advantageous manner so that the pile threads are integrated in the manner of a V or W bond in the support member.

With corresponding properties of the functional structure, for example of the clothing fabric, all the filaments of the warp, weft and / or pile threads can be formed from filaments having the selected color.

The invention is explained in detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:

The Fig. 1 shows a detail of a plan view of the inventive sheet-like adhesive closure part. This can be extended arbitrarily within the image plane both in the one and in the other image direction, and the geometric dimensions of the sheet are dependent on the specifications of the weaving device on which the adhesive closure part is made. The adhesive closure part consists of warp threads 10 and weft threads 12, which weave together in transverse arrangement form the base fabric of the support member 14 for the closure elements 18 of the adhesive closure part. Furthermore, the support member 14 with the formation the individual closure elements 18 serving pile threads 16 formed. The respective pile thread 16 then forms, as explained below, the individual closure elements 18.

Furthermore, in the direction of the Fig. 1 seen on its upper side with an arrow 20 reproduced the production direction for the adhesive closure part. In the arrangement shown in the Fig. 1 the respective weft threads 12 are arc-shaped in the manner of a sine wave, and at the intersections between warp threads and weft threads, the warp threads 10 extend parallel to the production direction 20 and parallel to one another in a straight-line arrangement. In non-illustrated embodiments of the adhesive closure part according to the invention, it would be possible to form the warp threads 10 in the manner of a sine wave in an arcuate manner additionally or alternatively in such a way. So that the weft threads 12 as shown in the Fig. 1 Obtain an arcuate course, the manufacturing loom provided for this purpose (not shown) has a correspondingly wave-shaped reed insert on in the manner of the required sine wave. Consequently, the adhesive fastener according to the invention can be provided in large quantities at high production speeds, and the sinusoidal reed (not shown) engages transversely to the production direction 20 for producing the arcuate weft thread path correspondingly into the base fabric of the support part 14. In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 the respective pile thread 16 runs at least partially between two adjacent warp threads 10 in the support part 14, wherein in the in Fig. 1 shown arrangement in the row while each fourth weft thread 12 under attack and the other weft threads 12 are overlapped. At the location of the respective lower grip of the carrier part 14, the pile thread 16 forms an overlying loop 22, wherein subsequently a further loop is formed immediately, so that a type of V-bond is realized. There are also other types of bonding here conceivable, for example, the integration of the pile yarn 16 in a W-shaped manner or the like.

Said loops 22, 24 form the closure elements 18, and if the loops remain closed as shown, a type of fleece-type adhesive closure part is created, wherein hook-type or mushroom-like closure elements can engage in the loops 22, 24 in order to obtain a releasable adhesive closure , On the other hand, it is possible to separate the loops 22, 24, so that then a closure hook is formed, which can be hooked with a corresponding fleece or fleece material of another, not shown closure part. If one carries out the cutting or cutting process thermally and then in particular further heats the free loop ends, the ends shrink together and thereby form mushroom-shaped closure heads, so that the closure hooks can also be mushroom-shaped (not shown). It is also possible to produce combined closures, ie those with hook and loop-shaped elements, on a common carrier part 14.

How in particular the representation after the Fig. 2 shows, a single weft thread 12 may also consist of a weft pair or be multifilament. This also applies to the warp threads 10, which according to the cross-sectional or elevational view of the Fig. 2 in each case overlap a pair of weft threads 12 in an alternating sequence in order subsequently to undertake an undercut of this weft thread pair 12. The respective pile thread 16 engages with the omission of a pair of weft yarns 12, the two subsequent weft yarn pairs 12 in the row shown. As is further apparent from the two Figures 1 and 2, engages the respective further loop 24 for an undercut of the base fabric 14 a weft thread 12, which in the direction of the Fig. 1 seen to two warp threads 10 and two weft threads 12 laterally offset from the location at which the preceding loop 22 their position on the support member 14 has. On the support member 14 so the loops of the first type 22 and the other type 24 are arranged offset from one another, wherein the loops of the first type 22 form substantially closed O-shaped loops, and the loops of the other type 24 are V or U shaped. A so-called repeat for a pile yarn 16 is repeated in the direction of the weft yarns 12 after five warps 10. Further, the thread systems may consist of textile fibers, but preferably they are made of a plastic material, in particular nylon or polypropylene material, polyester or polyamide, materials, which are provided with appropriate pigments prior to spinning from the nozzles to obtain the selected color to achieve the desired, matched reflection behavior of the fabric formed with the threads. If threads of a particularly dark color or black threads come into question, carbon threads can form parts of the fabric, for example the weft threads. For such adhesive closure parts, a weft density of, for example, 14 to 17 weft / cm may be provided.

By the in Fig. 1 shown undulatory arrangement of the weft threads 12 is achieved that during peeling and thus when loosening the closure on the correspondingly staggered arrangement of loops 22, 24 - also formed as a hook material - in the peeling direction precludes an increased resistance, which favors the closure force behavior and thus high adhesion and peel strength values for the closure.

Like in the Fig. 3 illustrates, at least a portion of the threads used in each case for the support member 14 and / or the closure elements (pile threads 16) consist of a yarn system which is formed in the sense of a two-component system of at least two mutually associated and adjacent yarns of different types. In the example of Fig. 3 are, as in the example of Fig. 1 and 2 , the warp threads 10 off Monofilaments formed, wherein the weft threads 12 consist of a weft pair in the form of multifilaments in a paired arrangement.

The pile threads 16 after the Fig. 3 are constructed as a two-component system and accordingly have a first type of yarn 26 and a second type of yarn 28. One yarn of yarn type 26 is constructed as a so-called monofilament yarn, and the combined yarns of the other, second yarn type 28 form mutually parallel multifilament yarns. By way of example, the yarn diameter of the multifilament yarn of the first type of yarn 26 may be approximately 0.03 mm in diameter, and all the yarns of the other type of yarn 28 are each significantly smaller in diameter than 0.03 mm. For example, ten multifilament yarns of the other yarn type 28 together may be less than or equal to 0.03 mm in diameter. For the sake of better illustration, not all yarns of the multifilament arrangement were shown after the further yarn type 28, but by way of example according to the illustration according to FIG Fig. 3 only five.

The chosen two-component arrangement for the yarn yarns forming the pile yarns 16 creates a kind of symbiosis for the individual yarns, in that the multiple yarns of the second yarn yarn 28 can be supported on the single yarn of the first yarn type 26 and thus their position as a protruding engagement or closure element maintained, even when looking in the direction of Fig. 3 Seen, from above a bearing force is applied, for example, due to the bringing a further corresponding closure part with protruding hook elements (not shown). On the other hand, the single yarn of the yarn type 26 is given an increased probability of being usable due to the multiple arrangement for a hook undercut of a corresponding closure part.

By choosing the color of the thread material of individual components of the fabric, in particular the weft threads 12, the reflection behavior of the total tissue, that is to say of the entire, an incident infrared radiation exposed adhesive closure part, adaptable to the respective reflection behavior of the functional structure adjoining the adhesive closure part with respect to the same type of radiation (infrared radiation) such that the adhesive closure part in the reflected image (thermal image) does not stand out from the surrounding functional structure, so that there is no impairment of the camouflage effect of the functional structure, that is, for example, the uniform part, by the adhesive closure part located thereon.
