Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cleaning cloth made of a pile fabric.
Such pile fabrics consist of a base fabric embedded knobs. The knobs are short pieces of yarn, the total length of the desired pile height depends on the base fabric.
In the manufacture of the pile fabrics, two are made of warp and Basic threads formed by weft threads together with pile threads connected. These pile threads, also called pile yarns, are then cut up during the weaving process. This gives you two pile fabrics, each one-sided one tied into the base fabric, from the knobs have formed pile.
Since cleaning wipes should have a pile on both sides, two pile fabrics are used to manufacture these cloths sewn together at the edges, the pile on the respective Outside is arranged. This way of making is very time-consuming and therefore very wage-intensive. Further proves to be disadvantageous that between the pile fabrics Bacteria can form and accumulate what is hygienic Reasons is not desired.
The object of the invention is to produce a cleaning cloth, that does not have the aforementioned disadvantages and no longer needs to be sewn.
This object is achieved in that a on both sides the base fabric is integrated tied pile. In the Manufacturing such a pile fabric is not only the pile threads between the opposing ones in the weaving process Cut basic tissues, but also the Pile threads on the side facing away from the other base fabric of the base fabric. This results in two basic fabrics with integrated pile on both sides. Insofar needs it to make a cleaning cloth with double-sided Flor no more sewing two base fabrics, so that the Manufacturing is done faster and cheaper.
The pile can expediently be integrated into the base fabric Pimples should be formed. The knobs can be V-shaped or be integrated into the base fabric in a W-shape. It proves to be advantageous for the V-nubbed integration that less material is required on pile threads. In the W-stud embedding is becoming more of pile thread material consumed because more pile thread material in the base fabric is involved; however, W-shaped knobs are attached firmer in the base fabric so that there is a risk of pushing through, what especially with wiping or cleaning wipes is important, is almost impossible.
To make the surface of the cleaning cloth softer and at the same time increase the suction power of the cleaning cloth, can the ends emerging from the base fabric the knobs can be designed as a tuft of fibers.
Furthermore, it is quite possible to have different pile threads Material to use. For example, a pile thread consist of a chemically produced yarn and monofilament, be multifil or fiber yarn while the other Pile thread is a natural thread and therefore multifilament or fiber thread is. In this way, a cleaning cloth can be created that is a soft spun yarn and a harder side made of monofilament yarn having. Because of the possible use of completely different Yarn types therefore do not have to be all knobs Tufts of fibers should be formed.
The two surfaces of the cleaning cloth can also be different Show designs when pile threads are different Color and / or different material used become.

zerschnitten.
During the weaving process, the
