Definitions
- the invention relates to a sheet-like adhesive closure part having the features in the preamble of claim 1.
- Woven adhesive closure parts whose warp, weft and pile threads can be made entirely of textile fibers, but also of plastic or metal fibers, are freely available on the market in a large number of embodiments.
- the pile threads form in the base fabric of warp and weft threads loop-shaped interlocking elements.
- the mentioned threads of the thread system may consist of multifilament threads or multifilament yarns, and in particular the pile threads are formed from monofilament or monofilament yarns, one can cut open the thermally closed pile thread loops or thermally separated from each other, so as to obtain resistant closure hook, which can be brought into releasable engagement again are with a correspondingly formed loop-loop material of the other closure part.
- the free loop ends for example, melts, caused by the residual stress behavior of the molten plastic material during subsequent curing mushroom-shaped closure heads as closure elements. Furthermore, it is also possible to releasably engage pertinent hook or mushroom-shaped closure elements with felt-like adhesive closure parts and formation of the adhesive closure as a whole.
- the invention further relates to a cleaning system using such a sheet-like adhesive closure part, wherein such cleaning systems in the vernacular also referred to as mop.
- mop cleaning systems are used, for example, in hospitals, there are increased requirements regarding disinfection and sterility.
- the flat wiping material used for the cleaning system which is provided on the back with the sheet-like adhesive closure part for connection to a manually operable holder with a corresponding adhesive closure part, the holder preferably via a stem part can be moved along a floor surface to be cleaned, within the expected life can endure at least 500 wash cycles with daily washes.
- the adhesive closure part used in each case for use suitably robust designed to meet the usual abrasion or the fabric delamination effectively.
- the DE 87 09 084 U1 describes a sheet-like adhesive closure part which is connected in particular to form an adhesive closure in a detachable manner with another adhesive closure member and which consists of a thread system, comprising at least warp and weft threads and pile threads, wherein the individual threads have different chemical and / or physical properties and for this consist of different materials.
- the present invention seeks to further improve the known sheet-like adhesive closure parts and assignable cleaning systems using such HaftverBankmaschine to the effect that they prove to be robust and durable in operation and in particular a variety of cleaning processes go through can, without causing a delamination of the thread-tissue system.
- a related object solves a sheet-like adhesive fastener with the features of claim 1 and a cleaning system using such adhesive closure member according to the feature configuration of claim 9.
- a sheet-like adhesive fastener that wefts that extend over a longer thread length than long weft threads within the thread system, made of polyamide and that the contrast of shorter falling partial wefts are made of polyester or predominantly pending plastic materials exhibit.
- the individual threads of the thread system have different chemical and / or physical properties, and for this consist of different materials, in particular in the form of plastic materials.
- the mentioned polyamide thread is to be regarded as relatively rough in the microscopic range from its surface structure and thus offers a good attack base for finishes which are used regularly to help improve cohesion within the backing fabric consisting of the warp and weft yarns.
- the plastic material polyamide in turn is generally regarded as hydrophilic, in particular polyamide swells under water access softer and softened with the result that the stability of the thread system is less when water enters, so that a purely composed of polyamide materials thread system for the adhesive closure part itself is not very suitable for frequent washing cycles in the long term.
- polyester as a synthetic resin material with regularly smooth surface structure proves to be hydrophobic tissue-entry material, which also has no functional amino groups, so that frequent washing using disinfecting and sterilizing agents can not harm the polyester thread material.
- there are no chemical degradation compounds because the polyester has no functional groups, in particular no amino end groups in the molecular structure. Due to the smooth surface structure of the polyester thread material, however, there is no physical adhesion of the already mentioned finishing material, which mechanically only encloses the respective polyester fiber and can be easily broken off from there again under mechanical stress.
- the base fabric consisting of the warp and weft threads
- the usual fabric connections but also knitted and knitted material can be used.
- the thread system is made raschel, the rustling on a Raschelmaschine represents a development of the known warp knitting. Details on Raschel machines can be found, for example, in the Large Textile Encyclopedia, published by the Deutsche Verlags GmbH Stuttgart, as well as in the introductory handbook textile production processes, published by the Carl Hanser Verlag, Kunststoff.
- the thread system is provided with a finish on its side facing away from the pile threads, ie on its back side.
- a solvent-free, moisture-crosslinking hotmelt adhesive based on reactive polyurethane prepolymers containing at least one polyesterpolyol in a concentration of between 10 and 90%, optionally polyetherpolyol in a concentration of 0 to 50% and at least one polyisocyanate in a weight concentration between 5, can be used as the finish and 35%.
- the polyurethane material used in this way leads to a strong arrest of the individual binding components with each other in the thread system, so that withdrawal of individual threads, in particular the pile threads from the basic texture out is certainly prevented.
- the adhesive closure part has a thread system designated as a whole with 10, consisting of warp threads 12, which point in the direction of the Fig. 1 seen in vertical Extending direction and consisting of weft threads 14, which in contrast extend in the horizontal direction and in the form of pile threads 16 which extend in the basic composite system of warp and weft threads 12, 14 along.
- long weft threads 18, which preferably extend over the entire length or width of the overall thread system, extend over a longer thread length.
- long weft threads 18, which in the direction of the Fig. 1 Seen in the vertical direction at equidistant intervals are arranged to each extend parallel to four part weft threads 20, 22, 24 and 26, in which case the observed in the weft repeat repeats itself by incorporating the first part weft thread 20 and each other part weft thread 22, 24, 26 ,
- the pertinent structure is due to the better representation in the Fig. 2 reproduced, wherein the individual part weft threads are shown with different ruling next to the warp thread 12. The looking in the direction of Fig.
- Seen vertically extending warp thread 12 forms a multi-loop system and between adjacent loops of the warp 12 pass through the four part weft threads 20, 22, 24, 26 with appropriate involvement the pertinent warp 12. From the fourth part weft thread 26 then repeat the rapport starting with the first part weft thread 20 and, as in the direction of the Fig. 2 is shown on the right, ending with the fourth part weft thread 26. It is preferably provided that according to the illustration according to the Fig. 1 there is a separate warp thread system 12 for each partial weft thread.
- the double binding between two adjacent warp threads 12 is shown for one of the part weft threads 20.
- the warp threads 12 are all made of polyester material, and one part of the pile threads 16 consists of polyamide and the other half of the pile threads 16 preferably made of polyester. Furthermore, the long-floating, over the entire bond extending long weft threads 18 are constructed of polyamide plastic material, whereas the part weft threads 20, 22, 24, 26 are preferably made of polyester or have pending polyester materials. Depending on the context in which you want to set the mentioned functionality of the individual components, other material combinations are also used here.
- Fig. 4 shows, is provided in a particularly preferred embodiment of the adhesive closure part according to the invention that at least the pile threads 16 consist of so-called multifilament yarns, ie a single thread or yarn is divided into a plurality of individual filaments, which also form a loop shape and are particularly well suited, with a corresponding closure material, for example in the form of closure hook, cooperate for a releasable adhesive closure.
- the pile threads 16 consist of so-called multifilament yarns, ie a single thread or yarn is divided into a plurality of individual filaments, which also form a loop shape and are particularly well suited, with a corresponding closure material, for example in the form of closure hook, cooperate for a releasable adhesive closure.
- Both the warp yarn systems 12 and the weft yarn systems 14 with the long weft yarns 18 and the part weft yarns 20 or 22, 24 and 26 configured as monofilament each.
- the pertinent warp and weft threads 12, 14
- adhesive closure parts with their fabric or knit composite can be produced on so-called Raschel machines, which are not shown in detail and which belong generically to the so-called warp knitting machines.
- Raschel machines regularly have two rows of latch needles and six rows of punch needles, wherein both the latch needles and the needles are firmly bonded, in particular summarized in the form of so-called needle bars or guide rails.
- the PROGRAMMING, APPLYING and BREAKING functions are performed by relative movement to the needle bar, a stationary knock-over comb, which has comb-like cut-outs for the needle passage at the upper end.
- the threads are then combined into chains, especially in Raschel machines presented as warp beams or sub-warp beams.
- the threads are then fed to the needles through the laying rails, the warp beams being driven separately.
- the Raschel knit fabric produced in this way is then pulled off in the lower part of the machine frame by a peeling device and made available for later use (see Large Textillexikon, Deutsche Verlags GmbH Stuttgart).
- the Fig. 5 now shows the use of the adhesive closure part according to the invention in a cleaning system, in particular in the manner of a mop, in which a flat wiping material 30, including a plurality of wiper loops 32, for example made of a cotton material, provided on the back 34 with the thread system 10, in particular along the longitudinal and transverse seams 36 and 38 is sewn thereto.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein flächenförmiges Haftverschlussteil mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a sheet-like adhesive closure part having the features in the preamble of claim 1.
Woven adhesive closure parts whose warp, weft and pile threads can be made entirely of textile fibers, but also of plastic or metal fibers, are freely available on the market in a large number of embodiments. The pile threads form in the base fabric of warp and weft threads loop-shaped interlocking elements. The mentioned threads of the thread system may consist of multifilament threads or multifilament yarns, and in particular the pile threads are formed from monofilament or monofilament yarns, one can cut open the thermally closed pile thread loops or thermally separated from each other, so as to obtain resistant closure hook, which can be brought into releasable engagement again are with a correspondingly formed loop-loop material of the other closure part.
If thermally treated in the separation process, the free loop ends, for example, melts, caused by the residual stress behavior of the molten plastic material during subsequent curing mushroom-shaped closure heads as closure elements. Furthermore, it is also possible to releasably engage pertinent hook or mushroom-shaped closure elements with felt-like adhesive closure parts and formation of the adhesive closure as a whole.
With the adhesive closure systems known in this regard, very good peel strength values can be achieved, i. H. Relatively high forces are necessary in order to disassemble the sheet-like corresponding adhesive closure parts, which as a whole form the adhesive closure, in order to release the connection, which is basically desirable.
In the known solutions come as thread and yarn systems in addition to textile fiber material and plastic materials, in particular in the form of nylon or polypropylene material used. Furthermore, in the known solution also shown to use metallic thread systems. Basically, it is the case that in the case of the respectively known closure material, only one production material is used continuously for the entire thread system.
It has now been found in practice that when using the known thread or yarn material consisting of a manufacturing material quite a good basic stability for the entire fabric and in particular the pile threads not readily from the base fabric via a corresponding hook and loop fastener material when the adhesive closure pull out what would in the long term unintentionally affect the functionality of the adhesive fastener; However, when using stinging stable thread systems, it has been shown that they lose their adhesive or blocking properties during frequent washing, in particular if high temperatures are used for disinfecting or sterilizing reasons for the washing medium, wherein the detergent used in each case often proves to be very aggressive towards the textile and plastic materials used for the thread system.
The invention further relates to a cleaning system using such a sheet-like adhesive closure part, wherein such cleaning systems in the vernacular also referred to as mop. If such mop cleaning systems are used, for example, in hospitals, there are increased requirements regarding disinfection and sterility. Thus, the flat wiping material used for the cleaning system, which is provided on the back with the sheet-like adhesive closure part for connection to a manually operable holder with a corresponding adhesive closure part, the holder preferably via a stem part can be moved along a floor surface to be cleaned, within the expected life can endure at least 500 wash cycles with daily washes. Furthermore, even with such cleaning systems, the adhesive closure part used in each case for use suitably robust designed to meet the usual abrasion or the fabric delamination effectively.
The known adhesive closure systems with the attributable cleaning systems meet these requirements only imperfectly, which is reflected regularly in a short life of the products.

Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to further improve the known sheet-like adhesive closure parts and assignable cleaning systems using such Haftverschlussteile to the effect that they prove to be robust and durable in operation and in particular a variety of cleaning processes go through can, without causing a delamination of the thread-tissue system.
A related object solves a sheet-like adhesive fastener with the features of claim 1 and a cleaning system using such adhesive closure member according to the feature configuration of claim 9.
To achieve this object is provided according to the invention in a sheet-like adhesive fastener that wefts that extend over a longer thread length than long weft threads within the thread system, made of polyamide and that the contrast of shorter falling partial wefts are made of polyester or predominantly pending plastic materials exhibit.
It is further provided that the individual threads of the thread system have different chemical and / or physical properties, and for this consist of different materials, in particular in the form of plastic materials.
The mentioned polyamide thread is to be regarded as relatively rough in the microscopic range from its surface structure and thus offers a good attack base for finishes which are used regularly to help improve cohesion within the backing fabric consisting of the warp and weft yarns. However, the plastic material polyamide in turn is generally regarded as hydrophilic, in particular polyamide swells under water access softer and softened with the result that the stability of the thread system is less when water enters, so that a purely composed of polyamide materials thread system for the adhesive closure part itself is not very suitable for frequent washing cycles in the long term. If disinfectants and sterilizing agents are used together with the wash water, which regularly have a strong oxidizing effect such as perchlorates and peracetic acids, the resistance of the polyamide again turns out to be low since polyamide regularly has molecular endogenesis via so-called amino end groups which are combined with the disinfecting and sterilizing agents mentioned In a chemically reactive manner end products are received, which degrade the polyamide in the thread system accordingly.
In contrast, polyester as a synthetic resin material with regularly smooth surface structure proves to be hydrophobic tissue-entry material, which also has no functional amino groups, so that frequent washing using disinfecting and sterilizing agents can not harm the polyester thread material. In particular, there are no chemical degradation compounds because the polyester has no functional groups, in particular no amino end groups in the molecular structure. Due to the smooth surface structure of the polyester thread material, however, there is no physical adhesion of the already mentioned finishing material, which mechanically only encloses the respective polyester fiber and can be easily broken off from there again under mechanical stress.
It is surprising to a person of ordinary skill in the art of adhesive fastening technology that it can be achieved by the targeted selection of thread or thread Yarn materials for partial thread systems of a total thread system in a wide range of functional properties of the adhesive closure part, respectively for the adhesive closure material, can set freely. This also includes that by additional or alternative introduction of electrically conductive fiber material, for example in the form of carbon fibers, the static dissipation for the adhesive closure part can be improved. If metal threads are introduced into the overall fiber composite system with a predeterminable electrical resistance value, it is possible to achieve a heating of the adhesive closure material by connecting the metal threads to a corresponding current source. The heat input can serve to kill microorganisms in the closure material of the adhesive closure part, so that even in this direction the highest disinfection and sterilization requirements can be fulfilled without further ado.
Particularly advantageous has been found, in particular when using the sheet-like adhesive closure part according to the invention in a so-called mop those weft threads of the thread system that extend over a longer thread length as a so-called long-weft made of polyamide and contrast precipitate shorter part weft threads made of polyester. Further, it has been found to be advantageous to form 50% of the polyester pile threads used within the thread system and the other 50% piece of polyamide threads or yarns. Of course, here also other percentage compositions, for example 40% polyamide to 60% polyester within the thread composite system, find application.
For the base fabric consisting of the warp and weft threads, the usual fabric connections, but also knitted and knitted material can be used. Particularly preferably, however, the thread system is made raschel, the rustling on a Raschelmaschine represents a development of the known warp knitting. Details on Raschel machines can be found, for example, in the Large Textile Encyclopedia, published by the Deutsche Verlagsanstalt Stuttgart, as well as in the introductory handbook textile production processes, published by the Carl Hanser Verlag, Munich.
For an improved connection of the monofilaments or individual yarns, it is provided that the thread system is provided with a finish on its side facing away from the pile threads, ie on its back side. For example, a solvent-free, moisture-crosslinking hotmelt adhesive based on reactive polyurethane prepolymers containing at least one polyesterpolyol in a concentration of between 10 and 90%, optionally polyetherpolyol in a concentration of 0 to 50% and at least one polyisocyanate in a weight concentration between 5, can be used as the finish and 35%. The polyurethane material used in this way leads to a strong arrest of the individual binding components with each other in the thread system, so that withdrawal of individual threads, in particular the pile threads from the basic texture out is certainly prevented.
