Claims (15)
- Boîte de transport pour le transport de produits en vrac, en particulier de colis postaux, comprenant une enveloppe (12) pour recevoir les produits en vrac,
l'enveloppe (12) comprenant un fond (32) pour poser des produits en vrac sur le fond (32), et l'enveloppe (12) comprenant au moins une ouverture de déchargement (34) pouvant être fermée s'étendant jusqu'au fond (32) pour déverser les produits en vrac,
au moins une aide au déversement (56, 54, 24) pour permettre un mouvement de déversement d'essentiellement tous les produits en vrac à partir de l'enveloppe (12) hors de l'ouverture de déchargement (34) étant reliée à l'enveloppe (12), au moins l'une des aides au déversement étant configurée sous forme de porte battante (54), pouvant être immobilisée à l'aide d'un dispositif de blocage (66), pour ouvrir et/ou fermer l'ouverture de déchargement (34), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (66) comprend une barre de retenue (78) pivotante, en particulier destinée à s'accrocher à la porte battante (54), la barre de retenue (78) effectuant essentiellement un mouvement de parallélogramme lors d'un déplacement entre la position fermée et la position ouverte. - Boîte de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la porte battante (54) pouvant être bloquée est prévue en plus d'un dispositif de fermeture (50, 52) configuré en particulier sous forme de trappe pivotante ou de porte roulante pour fermer et/ou ouvrir l'ouverture de déchargement (34).
- Boîte de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (66) et/ou la porte battante (54) est/sont relié(e)(s) à l'enveloppe (12), de telle sorte qu'à l'état ouvert de la porte battante (54) et du dispositif de blocage (66) l'ouverture de déchargement (34) soit entièrement libérée.
- Boîte de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (66) est configuré de telle sorte que, lors de la libération du blocage de la porte battante (54), le dispositif de blocage (66) peut être disposé essentiellement entièrement dans la région de l'épaisseur de paroi de l'enveloppe (12) de la boîte de transport (10), de telle sorte qu'une saillie, dépassant du dispositif de blocage (66), dans l'ouverture de déchargement (34) soit évitée.
- Boîte de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un frein relié à la porte battante (54) pour régler de préférence de manière sélective le mouvement d'ouverture, en particulier la vitesse d'ouverture, de la porte battante (54).
- Boîte de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (12) comprend une ouverture supplémentaire (36, 44, 46) différente de l'ouverture de déchargement (34), l'ouverture supplémentaire (36, 44, 46) pouvant être fermée par un dispositif de fermeture comprenant des renfoncements et/ou des rehaussements, en particulier une porte roulante (50, 52), et au moins l'une des aides au déversement étant configurée sous forme d'au moins une bâche de recouvrement (56) recouvrant les renfoncements et/ou rehaussements du dispositif de fermeture.
- Boîte de transport selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la bâche de recouvrement (56) peut être fixée au fond (32) de l'enveloppe (12), l'enveloppe (12) comprenant en particulier un excentrique (60) relié à un arbre d'entraînement (58) pour serrer fixement la bâche de recouvrement (56) entre l'excentrique (60) et le fond (32).
- Boîte de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (12) comprend au moins une première ouverture supplémentaire (44) et une deuxième ouverture supplémentaire (46) disposée près de la première ouverture supplémentaire (44), la première ouverture supplémentaire (44) et la deuxième ouverture supplémentaire (46) étant séparées l'une de l'autre par le biais d'un montant (48), et un premier compartiment (40) accessible via la première ouverture supplémentaire (44) et un deuxième compartiment (42) accessible via la deuxième ouverture supplémentaire (46) pouvant être séparés l'un de l'autre par le biais d'une paroi intermédiaire (52).
- Boîte de transport selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la paroi intermédiaire (52) est plus grande que la largeur du montant (48), de telle sorte que la paroi intermédiaire (52) pénètre partiellement, devant le montant (48), tant dans la première ouverture supplémentaire (44) que dans la deuxième ouverture supplémentaire (46).
- Boîte de transport selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la paroi intermédiaire (52) est configurée de manière mobile pour relier le premier compartiment (40) au deuxième compartiment (42), la paroi intermédiaire (52) étant en particulier reliée de manière pivotante à l'enveloppe (12), la paroi intermédiaire (52) étant de préférence pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement essentiellement horizontal.
- Boîte de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe comprend des ouvertures pour chariot élévateur à fourche (26) et au moins une ouverture de fixation (22) pour l'insertion d'un boulon de retenue d'un poids-lourd, au moins l'une des aides au déversement étant configurée sous forme d'élément de pied (24) inséré dans l'ouverture de fixation (22), et l'élément de pied (24) comprenant un pied d'appui (86) et/ou une roulette pour charges lourdes.
- Procédé de déchargement de produits en vrac, en particulier de colis postaux, dans lequel une boîte de transport (10) chargée des produits en vrac selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 est fournie et la boîte de transport (10) est basculée pour décharger les produits en vrac, l'au moins une aide au déversement (54, 56) bloquant un sens de déplacement pour les produits en vrac au début du déversement et libérant ce sens de déplacement pendant le déversement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'au moins une aide au déversement (54, 56) est déplacée à l'écart des produits en vrac pendant le déversement par une force due à la gravité des produits en vrac agissant sur l'aide au déversement (54, 56).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel l'au moins une aide au déversement (54, 56) exerce sur les produits en vrac, pendant le déversement, une force de freinage opposée au sens de déplacement des produits en vrac.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, dans lequel, lors de la libération du blocage de la porte battante (54), le dispositif de blocage (66) est disposé essentiellement entièrement dans la région de l'épaisseur de paroi de l'enveloppe (12) de la boîte de transport (10), de telle sorte qu'une saillie, dépassant du dispositif de blocage (66), dans l'ouverture de déchargement (34) soit évitée.
