Claims (11)
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät, umfassend einen Hohlkörper (1), der einen Elektromotor (15) einschließt, der mit einem Zahnräderwerk (22) verbunden ist, das einen drehenden, mechanischen Enthaarungskopf (10) in Drehung versetzt, wobei der Körper von zwei einstückigen Schalenhälften (2, 3) gebildet wird, die aneinander befestigt sind und die zusammen eine Enthaarungskammer (4) begrenzen, die auf Höhe eines Enthaarungsfensters (5) offen ist, das von einem Rand (6, 7) jeder Schalenhälfte (2, 3) begrenzt ist und in dessen Innerem der Enthaarungskopf (10) angeordnet ist, so dass er auf Höhe des Enthaarungsfensters (5) zutage tritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einer der Schalenhälften Stützlager (11, 12, 29-32) für den Enthaarungskopf (10) und/oder das Zahnräderwerk (22) und/oder Rippen (16) zum Blockieren des Elektromotors (15) integriert sind.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Enthaarungskammer (4) im Inneren des Körpers von einer Trennwand (40) begrenzt ist, die zwischen dem Motor und dem Enthaarungskopf eingefügt ist und von zwei Trennwandhälften (42, 43) gebildet wird, die Rand an Rand einander berühren und die jeweils fester Bestandteil einer Schalenhälfte (2, 3) sind.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach Anspruch 2, wobei jede Trennwandhälfte (42, 43) gekrümmt ist, so dass sie der Form des Enthaarungskopfes (10) folgen.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Schalenhälften (2, 3) Rand an Rand zusammengefügt sind.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Enthaarungskopf (10) nicht abnehmbar ist, wenn die Schalenhälften (2, 3) zusammengefügt sind.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei jedes Stützlager (29-32) eines Zahnrads (23, 24) des Zahnräderwerks fester Bestandteil einer Schalenhälfte (2) ist und eine Aussparung zur Aufnahme einer Führungsachse (27, 28) des entsprechenden Zahnrads begrenzt, wobei diese Aussparung seitlich offen ist, indem sie sich oberhalb des Rands der entsprechenden Schalenhälfte (2) befindet, so dass ein seitliches Einsetzen der Führungsachse von außerhalb der Schalenhälfte (2) vor deren Zusammenfügung mit der anderen Schalenhälfte (3) ermöglicht wird.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, wobei in die eine und/oder die andere Schalenhälfte (2, 3) wenigstens eine Rippe (35) integriert ist, die eine axiale Verschiebung einer Führungsachse (28) eines Zahnrads (24) verhindert.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die Schalenhälften (2, 3) so ausgeführt sind, dass sie Oberflächen aufweisen, die die Verschiebung der Führungsachsen (27, 28) in ihrer Aussparung beschränken, wenn sie zusammengefügt sind.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Zahnräderwerk (22) von zwei Zahnrädern (23, 24) gebildet wird, die gegenseitig ineinander greifen und von denen ein erstes Zahnrad (23) direkt in ein Zahnrad (20) greift, das von der Ausgangswelle (21) des Motors (15) getragen wird, und von denen ein zweites Zahnrad (24) direkt in ein Antriebsrad (25) greift, das fest mit dem Enthaarungskopf (10) verbunden ist.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach Anspruch 9, wobei eines (23) der zwei Zahnräder ein Doppelzahnrad ist.
- Elektrisches Enthaarungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei in die Schalenhälften (2, 3) Verriegelungshaken (50) integriert sind und wobei sie ineinander gehakt sind.
