Claims (10)

  1. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) im Verhältnis zu einem Gestell (4) des Sitzes (1), der eine horizontale Kippachse definiert, wobei die Amplitude des Kippens zwischen einer ersten stabilen Ruhe-Winkelposition und einer zweiten maximalen Kipp-Winkelposition definiert ist, wobei sich Rückholmittel (16, 16') zwischen dem Gestell (4) und der Rückenlehne (3) befinden, um die Rückenlehne (3) im Fall des Kippens in ihre erste stabile Position zurückzuholen, wobei die Rückholmittel (16, 16') in der Rückenlehne (3) platziert sind und eine Rückholkraft im Verhältnis zur Kippachse ausüben, die durch zwei mit dem Gestell (4) verbundene Drehzapfen (10) definiert ist, um die die Rückenlehne (3) seitlich angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholmittel auf Ebene jedes Drehzapfens (10) von mindestens einer elastischen flexiblen Stange (16, 16') gebildet werden, die an jeder Seite einer horizontalen mittleren Ebene, die die Kippachse umfasst, angelenkt sind, wobei ein erstes Ende jeder Stange (16, 16') an der Rückenlehne (3) befestigt ist, wobei das zweite Ende frei und im Kontakt mit einem Anschlag (12, 12') des Drehzapfens (10) ist.
  2. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit dem Gestell (4) verbundene Drehzapfen (10) jeweils mit einem Plättchen (11) ausgestattet sind, aus dem zwei Stifte (12, 12') hinausragen, die imstande sind, mit den freien Enden der Federstangen (16, 16') zusammenzuarbeiten, die in einer Aufnahme angeordnet sind, von der eine Seitenwand (21 , 21') zur Begrenzung ihres elastischen Ausschlags vorgesehen ist.
  3. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Stangen (16, 16') an beiden Seiten der mittleren Ebene doppelt sind und von homologen parallelepipedischen Stangen gebildet werden, die an der Rückenlehne (3) befestigt sind.
  4. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Stangen (16, 16') paarig am Körper (14) oder am Rahmen der Rückenlehne (3) befestigt sind, angeordnet in seitlichen Aufnahmen, von denen eine Wand beim Ausschlag der Stangen (16, 16') als Anschlag dient.
  5. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der flexiblen Stangen (16, 16'), die am Rahmen oder am Körper (14) zu befestigen sind, mit einem Ansatz verbunden sind, der selbst am Rahmen oder am Körper (14) befestigt ist.
  6. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Stangen (16, 16') an einem Einsatz (18) befestigt sind, der Aufnahmen für die Stangen (16, 16') aufweist, von dem eine Wand (21, 21') beim Ausschlag der Stangen (16, 16') als Anschlag dient, wobei der Einsatz (18) mit dem Rahmen oder dem Körper (14) der Rückenlehne (3) verbunden ist.
  7. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (18) aus geformtem Aluminium sind.
  8. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens jede flexible Stange (16, 16') im Kontakt mit dem Anschlag (12, 12') des Drehzapfens (10) eine Kappe (17, 17') aus Kunststoff aufweist.
  9. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen jedem Drehzapfen (10) und dem Rahmen oder dem Körper (14) der Rückenlehne (3) ein Ring (15) aus Polyoxymethylen befindet.
  10. Mechanismus zum kontrollierten Kippen der Rückenlehne (3) eines Sitzes (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehzapfen (10) mit Ansätzen (7) verschraubt sind, die seitlich an der Rückenlehne (3) angeordnet und zur Befestigung am Gestell (4) des Sitzes (1) vorgesehen sind.
