Definitions
- the invention relates to a trough-shaped, in a longitudinal direction stretched bridge superstructure, with a bridge deck made of reinforced concrete, which forms a lower trough plate of the bridge superstructure, extending laterally on the bridge panel in the longitudinal direction cheeks, which rise above an extension plane of the bridge deck and those with a bottom connect monolithically to the bridge deck and have an opposite free top.
- bridge superstructures For bridge superstructures, it is generally desirable that they have the lowest possible effective design height between the lower edge of the construction and the upper edge of the rail yet be stiff, robust, durable and easy to manufacture.
- the design height of a bridge superstructure is determined mainly by its span and the loads it has to carry. The endeavor and the art of structural engineers involved in such structures are therefore generally aimed at achieving the lowest possible superstructure height with the lowest possible use of material with the greatest possible bearing capacities and spans. As a result, the distance between the gradients of the two intersecting traffic routes can be kept as low as possible.
- the bridge superstructure should provide a simple method of production.
- the DE 10 2008 032 209 A1 describes a low bridge superstructure of a reinforced concrete composite trough with main beams substantially of steel in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, with a concrete slab as a slab or transversely to the longitudinal direction of the bridge rolling beams in concrete as external transverse reinforcement and with an internal transverse reinforcement, and with a coupling portion one end face each of the concrete slab and an inner side of the main beams, wherein in the coupling section substantially the internal transverse reinforcement of the concrete slab is connected to the main beams in a tension-resistant manner.
- the document describes a method for producing such a composite trough.
- the object of the invention is to further develop such a bridge superstructure in terms of its manufacturing cost.
- trough-shaped bridge superstructure in that it has bar-shaped cheeks made of concrete and in each case at least one longitudinal upper steel plate on the top of each cheek, which is integrated via composite dowels in the cheek.
- the steel plate has a T-shaped cross-section and forms part of a roll carrier with double T-profile, which is divided approximately centrally in its web and in which the composite dowel in the web are formed by the division process.
- the beam-shaped cheeks made of concrete represent longitudinal concrete beams that span from abutment to abutment and between which spans the bridge deck.
- the steel lamella, which integrates into the wagons, thus represents a so-called "rolled-in-concrete", abbreviated to "WiB".
- WiB carrier Deviating from known designs, however, it consists of a split, regularly halved WiB carrier. It represents an external reinforcing element loaded with pressure in the field of the superstructure, the flange of which runs on the upper side of the cheek and thus on its outer side. In single-span trough bridges, it represents a pressure reinforcement and relieves the compressive stresses in the concrete cheek. It integrates into the concrete of the cheek by means of composite dowels on the web, which are arranged continuously over their longitudinal extent, to ensure a continuous transmission of force in the longitudinal direction of both the steel blade and the cheek. Each bar-shaped cheek has a square or rectangular solid concrete cross section with largely conventional internal longitudinal and transverse reinforcement and forms a longitudinal member of the bridge superstructure.
- the invention thus turns away from the concrete trough of a concrete slab on the one hand and steel cheeks on the other hand. Rather, it pursues the principle of forming the trough-shaped bridge superstructure completely out of concrete. This simplifies the production very much because the bridge board can be connected to the same material bar-shaped cheeks or already switched together with them.
- steel slats as halved WiB carrier succeeds an external longitudinal reinforcement with optimal material utilization, because their loadable flange can be positioned with the best possible, namely with the largest inner lever arm in or on the cheek without further material of the carrier in one unloaded area would come to rest unused. Also a concrete cover above the steel flange becomes obsolete, which otherwise represents a significant increase in the design height.
- WiB beams are suitable in superstructures for bridges with depressed height, because they allow a low construction height of the bridge deck.
- the lower flange of the beam is regularly outside the concrete and represents an external tensile reinforcement.
- the upper flange is completely in the concrete cross-section and there usually in a neutral zone or a lightly loaded pressure area. Its cross-section is rarely used in the field area of the superstructure.
- the WiB beam design is considered to be material-intensive in terms of consumption of structural steel.
- the invention offers a solution to exploiting the advantages of the WiB carrier design, without having to accept the disadvantages of a high material usage. With the regular symmetrical parts of a beam with a double T-profile, two identical steel blades are available for material-appropriate and economical use as external reinforcement of a WiB beam.
- the two longitudinal cheeks of the trough-shaped bridge superstructure essentially have the task of tensioning from abutment to abutment. Between them extends the bridge board, which spans between the two cheeks as a trough plate. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it comprises an external, transversely to the longitudinal direction of the bridge extending transverse reinforcement, also made of split roll-in-concrete (WiB).
- the external transverse reinforcement can be installed with little effort in the production of trough-shaped bridge superstructure.
- the rolling beams are placed in a production of the bridge superstructure in the final position only on a formwork floor of the bridge deck and then introduced the concrete.
- the exposed webs of the WiB beams are pressed or shaken into the still fresh concrete of the bridge board.
- the external transverse reinforcement thus reduces the manufacturing costs of the bridge superstructure.
- their flanges can be used as a stable support surface of the bridge superstructure on its abutments.
- the bridge panel may be biased at least in the longitudinal direction. This gives the bridge superstructure a largely crack-free underside. Due to the bias of the plate remains permanently under tensile loads due to deflection under intrinsic and traffic load over its entire Cross-section under a pressure load in plate plane. The bias can thus suppress the undesirable in concrete tensile forces on the underside of the bridge deck to avoid a stiffness-reducing cracking.
- the bridge superstructure may have a slack longitudinal reinforcement and plates, for example cement-bonded fibers, as shuttering of a bottom view of the bridge superstructure or the bridge deck.
- the plates can be advantageously inserted between the external transverse reinforcement and held by them.
- Cement-bonded fiberboards also bond with the concrete and adhere to it over its entire surface.
- the upper steel blades more or less close the upper free sides of the cheeks.
- the upper steel lamellae, the lower steel lamellae on the cheeks and the bridge deck as well as external longitudinal reinforcement are substantially opposite. They also have composite dowels, with which they are involved in the cheeks or in the bridge deck. With upright cheeks, the upper and lower steel lamellae face each other in a mirror image. On the other hand, if the cheeks are inclined, the upper and lower steel plates can be offset relative to one another. As a lower external reinforcement, the lower steel lamellae take on the bearing effect of a limp reinforcement or a tension reinforcement in use and in the state of breakage.
- the external transverse reinforcement of the bridge board does not extend over the entire width of the bridge superstructure when the lower steel lamellae are arranged, but leaves the space of the lower steel lamellae free at the edge of the underside of the bridge superstructure. Consequently, the lower steel plates can then serve as a support surface of the bridge superstructure on its abutment.
- An embodiment of the cheeks with the inventive arrangement of the upper and lower steel plates as external longitudinal reinforcement has the advantage that in any case the height of the cheeks can be dimensioned independently of the height of the WiB carrier. Because according to the invention halved double T-profiles are installed as steel plates, the external reinforcement can be arranged so that the cheeks receive the greatest possible rigidity.
- the upper and / or lower steel plates on a pre-bend against their future deflection under load This gives the cheeks a certain increase in order to compensate for a deflection, at least due to its own weight.
- a so-called drag plate between an earthworks and the bridge superstructure in order to mitigate jumps in rigidity of the roadway between the earthworks and the bridge superstructure and to counteract settlement phenomena in the abutment area.
- the drag plate is made of concrete, is pivotally mounted on the abutment of the bridge and extends over the width of the bridge and over several meters and possibly with an inclination in the heaped bridge ramp into and is embedded therein.
- a tangential plate may be arranged monolithically on the bridge superstructure, which continues in the plane of extension of the bridge panel and is likewise monolithically attachable to the abutment or can be fastened.
- the tangential plate in the installed state is monolithic formed with both the bridge board and the abutment, so connects the bridge superstructure with its abutment. It minimizes the endangent turning angle of the bridge deck at the abutments under load. Thus, it ensures a reduction of the track deformation, thus reducing an increase, lowering and rotation of the rail support points in the abutment area.
- the tangential plate may extend beyond a superstructure end with it or terminate shorter than this.
- the bridge superstructure may have a joint which separates the cheeks on a statically required length of the bridge board to form a tangential in the plane of extension at the superstructure end.
- the tangential plate of this embodiment then at least does not protrude beyond the end of the bridge superstructure. It is almost a part of the bridge board, but in contrast to the rest of the bridge board has no reliable connection with the accompanying cheeks.
- the cheeks can be in the area of the tangential plate over bearings on the abutment rest.
- the tangential plate in this embodiment also forms a monolithic connection or composite on the abutment.
- a further advantageous embodiment of a bridge superstructure comprises two abutments at the bridge end, wherein the cheeks are superimposed on the lower steel plates and on individual bearings on the abutments and monolithically integrates the tangential plate in the abutment.
- the monolithic connection of the tangential plate to the abutment can take place in long blocking pauses together with the concreting of the superstructure. If, on the other hand, only a short blocking pause is available for the replacement of the superstructure, the monolithic connection of the tangential plate to the abutment can be produced by a strip-shaped, fast-hardening encapsulation, which is optionally introduced between the sleepers of a track superstructure. Thus, even with short blocking pauses, it is not necessary to dispense with the formation of a tangential plate.
- the concreting of the trough-like superstructure in its overhead position ie in its position opposite the later installation position by 180 ° about the longitudinal axis of the bridge superstructure, is at least more favorable with smaller overhang lengths, because in this position the vertical cheeks point downwards from the plane of extent of the bridge deck and with you form a common surface. In this position, the superstructure is easier to concretes.
- the (later) upper steel lamellae as external reinforcing elements can already be inserted into the finished formwork at the bottom, which means a significantly lower reinforcement effort compared to an internal reinforcement.
- sheaths for a prestressing steel reinforcement can be inserted in step b).
- the bridge superstructure can thereby be prepared for a longitudinal prestressing or transverse prestressing, whereby the bridge deck can be given a smaller cross-section. This reduces the superstructure height.
- an external transverse reinforcement for example, rolled beams in concrete, so-called WiB beams, and / or longitudinally extending lower steel slats can be introduced or shaken into the still fresh concrete by a lowering process.
- the production of the bridge superstructure in overhead position in conjunction with external reinforcements offers a particularly simple mounting option for the longitudinal or transverse reinforcement.
- Deviating from the first-described method therefore, the production already takes place in the installed position.
- This method is thus particularly suitable for bridge superstructures, which on the abutment or in the immediate vicinity with a subsequent transfer of the bridge superstructure can be made over a short distance.
- the lower steel plates and the external transverse reinforcement can bring in without much effort, because they only need to be placed in the manufacturing level of the bridge deck. Possibly.
- the WiB carrier of the external transverse reinforcement still formwork panels such as fiber cement panels in the formwork, which represent a bottom view of the bridge superstructure together with the transverse reinforcement in the finished state. If possible, the side cheeks are shuttered together with the bridge board and concreted. If this is not possible, a working joint should be placed at a sufficient distance above the trough plate to concretize the cheeks in a later step.
- this method allows it without significant additional effort that in step b) sheaths for a prestressing steel reinforcement are inserted and / or that after step c) upper steel fins are introduced into the still fresh concrete of the cheeks.
- the beam-shaped cheeks can first be produced in front of the bridge board and separately.
- the formwork for the cheeks is created, in a rotated by 90 ° relative to the mounting position.
- the cars are thus made lying on their later outer or view side. All you need to do is prepare a formwork floor that touches the later side of the view.
- the vertical formwork for the later top and bottom of the cheeks form the WiB carrier, so that a separate formwork can be omitted. This reduces the formwork effort. Only for the front sides Schal lake may be required.
- the reinforcement for the cheeks is introduced including a connection reinforcement for the subsequent trough plate. The connection reinforcement is in the production position of the cheeks vertically up out of the formwork out.
- the trough plate can be largely prepared as described above and connected to the cheeks.
- the upper and / or lower steel plates can be pre-bent prior to their installation, which leads to an overshoot of the cheeks against deflection under load leads.
- the elevation can be applied, for example, by a directed deflection due to its own weight.
- the pre-bend does not significantly change the manufacturing process. The processing of the steel plates during their installation is in any case unchanged.
- FIG. 1 An inventive trough-shaped bridge superstructure exists according to FIG. 1 from a planar bridge deck 2 made of reinforced concrete, which forms a horizontal trough plate. It extends substantially in the longitudinal direction between two abutments, not shown, of the bridge. Laterally at their edges and in the longitudinal direction of the bridge run two vertically rising bar-shaped cheeks 4 with a rectangular cross section, also made of reinforced concrete. They are provided with a conventional, not shown internal bracket, longitudinal and transverse reinforcement. On their undersides 6, they bind monolithically to the bridge board 2 via a corresponding connection reinforcement. Your free tops 8 are covered by T-shaped upper steel plates 10. They are composed of a flange 11 and perpendicular projecting from the flange composite dowels 12.
- the bridge deck 2 is reinforced longitudinally and transversely.
- cladding 16 extend a longitudinal bias. It sets the bridge board 2 under a compressive prestress, so that under load it undergoes little or no appreciable tensile stress as a result of deflection, thereby leaving the bridge board 2 free of cracks.
- the bridge panel 2 has a conventional internal transverse reinforcement, not shown, and an external transverse reinforcement made of T-shaped rolled beams in concrete or WiB beams 14.
- the WiB carrier 14 are composed of a horizontal flange 13 and vertically projecting steel dowels 15 together. They are manufactured using the same technology as the upper steel lamellae 10, and tie into the concrete of the bridge board 2 via the steel dowels 15.
- each second space 17 the cladding 16 extend the internal bias.
- the internal longitudinal reinforcement not shown, together with the steel lamellae 10 as external reinforcement of the two cheeks 4, the tensile forces in the longitudinal direction.
- a limp reinforcement is purely constructive provide, since the bending moments are removed via the WiB carrier 14 as an external transverse reinforcement.
- edge paths 30 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, which are manufactured as precast concrete and then dowelled to the superstructure.
- the edge path 30 accommodates a cable channel 32.
- a railing 36 is mounted on an edge of the edge path 30.
- the trough-shaped bridge superstructure carries a railway superstructure 38, in this case a ballast superstructure with a threshold track.
- a railway superstructure 38 in this case a ballast superstructure with a threshold track.
- Unterschottermatte 40 which covers the bridge board 2 over the entire surface.
- FIG. 2a shows a similar cross-section as FIG. 1 ,
- the WiB beams 14 do not extend to the longitudinal edges or the bottom sides 6 of the cheeks 4, but extend only across the width of the bridge panel 2.
- the lower steel fins 18 which with steel dowels 12 in the same way in the concrete Include cheeks 4 as their opposite upper steel plates 10.
- the lower steel plates 18 of the bridge superstructure receives an external longitudinal reinforcement, which takes over tensile forces. The internal longitudinal reinforcement within the cheeks 4 can therefore be reduced.
- FIG. 2a shows the arrangement of the WiB beams 14. They carry the steel dowels 15, which embed in the concrete of the bridge deck 2, and each have on both sides of the steel dowel 15 the continuous flange 13. Between the WiB beams 14 fiber cement plates 19 are arranged, which are merely placed on the flanges 13. Together with the flanges 13 of the WiB carriers 14, they represent a bottom view of the finished bridge superstructure. The fiber cement plates 19 permanently protect the bridge board 2 against ingress of water and pollutants.
- FIG. 3a is a longitudinal section through a bridge panel 2 and a subsequent abutment 26, FIG. 3b an alternative construction in a side view.
- the FIGS. 3a, 3b illustrate the connection of the bridge superstructure to an end wall of an abutment 26 and the formation of a tangential plate 20th
- FIG. 3a shows the cut bridge board 2 with the external longitudinal reinforcement 10, the external transverse reinforcement of WiB beams 14 and a slack longitudinal reinforcement 50. It runs over the entire length of the bridge panel 2 and continuously into the tangential plate 20 inside. There, it overlaps with a connection reinforcement 52, which protrudes L-shaped from the abutment 26.
- the prefabricated bridge superstructure rests with its cheeks 4 on individual bearings 42 supported on the abutment 26.
- the bridge panel 2 is shorter by a length L than the cheeks 4 and is only supplemented by the tangential plate 20 to the length of the cheeks 4.
- the tangential plate 20 is, as below in the FIGS. 4 to 9 described, only later created in a separate manufacturing step and forms its own support unit following the bridge panel 2. It extends in the plane of extension and monolithically binds to the bridge panel 2. It is over the defined length L of the cheeks 4 by a parting line 49 (see. FIG. 8 ) decoupled.
- the parting line 49 is covered by an overhead joint tape to prevent the ingress of water.
- the tangential plate 20 is rigidly clamped in the operating state.
- the tangential plate 20 is equal to a possible angle of rotation ⁇ at the end the bridge panel 2 towards the abutment 26 to almost zero.
- the supporting effect of the tangential plate 20 is that of a two-sided rigidly clamped plate.
- FIG. 3b shows another construction possibility for a tangential plate 20 'of a bridge superstructure. He lies unchanged with his cheeks 4 on individual bearings 42 on an abutment 26. His bridge board 2 is shorter by the length M than the cheeks 4. In contrast to FIG. 3a However, the tangential plate 20 'extends beyond the cheeks 4 and according to static requirements has a length N which allows it to project beyond the bridge superstructure.

- the remaining free surfaces between them is covered with fiber cement plates 19, which are placed on the flanges 13 of the WiB carrier 14. Possibly. they are secured against slipping there.
- a separate attachment is not required because they connect later at least physically with the concrete of the bridge panel 2.
- a slack longitudinal reinforcement 50 is inserted into the intermediate spaces 17 between the steel anchors 15 of the WiB beams 14. The spaces 17 leave this sufficient space.
- the WiB beams 14 ensure that the longitudinal reinforcement 50 receives sufficient concrete coverage, since it serves as a kind of spacer for the internal longitudinal reinforcement 50 with respect to the concrete surface. The installation of separate spacers is therefore not required.
- a transverse reinforcement, not shown, is possibly provided according to design requirements.
- the production of the cheeks 4. For this purpose, a in FIG. 6 not shown formwork created. In the formwork, the lower steel plates 18 are inserted, so that they form the lower end of the cheeks 4 at the bottom 6. Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a trough-shaped, in a longitudinal direction stretched bridge superstructure, with a bridge deck made of reinforced concrete, which forms a lower trough plate of the bridge superstructure, extending laterally on the bridge panel in the longitudinal direction cheeks, which rise above an extension plane of the bridge deck and those with a bottom connect monolithically to the bridge deck and have an opposite free top.
For bridge superstructures, it is generally desirable that they have the lowest possible effective design height between the lower edge of the construction and the upper edge of the rail yet be stiff, robust, durable and easy to manufacture. The design height of a bridge superstructure is determined mainly by its span and the loads it has to carry. In addition, the bridge superstructure should provide a simple method of production. Especially for bridge renewals prefabrication of the bridge superstructure in parts or completely in a precast plant is desirable, because this way a particularly good manufacturing quality can be achieved. The installation of the new bridge superstructure on the old abutments should take little time to require only short full closures of a road or short locking breaks a railway line.
The object of the invention is to further develop such a bridge superstructure in terms of its manufacturing cost.
This object is achieved in the above-mentioned trough-shaped bridge superstructure in that it has bar-shaped cheeks made of concrete and in each case at least one longitudinal upper steel plate on the top of each cheek, which is integrated via composite dowels in the cheek. The steel plate has a T-shaped cross-section and forms part of a roll carrier with double T-profile, which is divided approximately centrally in its web and in which the composite dowel in the web are formed by the division process. The beam-shaped cheeks made of concrete represent longitudinal concrete beams that span from abutment to abutment and between which spans the bridge deck. The steel lamella, which integrates into the wagons, thus represents a so-called "rolled-in-concrete", abbreviated to "WiB". Deviating from known designs, however, it consists of a split, regularly halved WiB carrier.
The invention thus turns away from the concrete trough of a concrete slab on the one hand and steel cheeks on the other hand. Rather, it pursues the principle of forming the trough-shaped bridge superstructure completely out of concrete. This simplifies the production very much because the bridge board can be connected to the same material bar-shaped cheeks or already switched together with them. With the use of steel slats as halved WiB carrier succeeds an external longitudinal reinforcement with optimal material utilization, because their loadable flange can be positioned with the best possible, namely with the largest inner lever arm in or on the cheek without further material of the carrier in one unloaded area would come to rest unused. Also a concrete cover above the steel flange becomes obsolete, which otherwise represents a significant increase in the design height.
It is known that WiB beams are suitable in superstructures for bridges with depressed height, because they allow a low construction height of the bridge deck. In WiB beams with a conventional double T-profile, the lower flange of the beam is regularly outside the concrete and represents an external tensile reinforcement. The upper flange is completely in the concrete cross-section and there usually in a neutral zone or a lightly loaded pressure area. Its cross-section is rarely used in the field area of the superstructure. As a result, the WiB beam design is considered to be material-intensive in terms of consumption of structural steel. The invention, in contrast, offers a solution to exploiting the advantages of the WiB carrier design, without having to accept the disadvantages of a high material usage. With the regular symmetrical parts of a beam with a double T-profile, two identical steel blades are available for material-appropriate and economical use as external reinforcement of a WiB beam.
The two longitudinal cheeks of the trough-shaped bridge superstructure essentially have the task of tensioning from abutment to abutment. Between them extends the bridge board, which spans between the two cheeks as a trough plate. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it comprises an external, transversely to the longitudinal direction of the bridge extending transverse reinforcement, also made of split roll-in-concrete (WiB). The external transverse reinforcement can be installed with little effort in the production of trough-shaped bridge superstructure. For this purpose, the rolling beams are placed in a production of the bridge superstructure in the final position only on a formwork floor of the bridge deck and then introduced the concrete. When making the bridge superstructure overhead, the exposed webs of the WiB beams are pressed or shaken into the still fresh concrete of the bridge board. The external transverse reinforcement thus reduces the manufacturing costs of the bridge superstructure. In addition, their flanges can be used as a stable support surface of the bridge superstructure on its abutments.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bridge panel may be biased at least in the longitudinal direction.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the bridge superstructure may have a slack longitudinal reinforcement and plates, for example cement-bonded fibers, as shuttering of a bottom view of the bridge superstructure or the bridge deck. The plates can be advantageously inserted between the external transverse reinforcement and held by them. Cement-bonded fiberboards also bond with the concrete and adhere to it over its entire surface. As a result, not only a uniform appearance is achieved, but also effectively prevented the penetration of moisture and pollutants into the concrete and a progression of the unwanted Karbonatisierungsfront in the interior of the concrete section.
The upper steel blades more or less close the upper free sides of the cheeks. According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the upper steel lamellae, the lower steel lamellae on the cheeks and the bridge deck as well as external longitudinal reinforcement are substantially opposite. The external transverse reinforcement of the bridge board does not extend over the entire width of the bridge superstructure when the lower steel lamellae are arranged, but leaves the space of the lower steel lamellae free at the edge of the underside of the bridge superstructure. Consequently, the lower steel plates can then serve as a support surface of the bridge superstructure on its abutment. An embodiment of the cheeks with the inventive arrangement of the upper and lower steel plates as external longitudinal reinforcement has the advantage that in any case the height of the cheeks can be dimensioned independently of the height of the WiB carrier. Because according to the invention halved double T-profiles are installed as steel plates, the external reinforcement can be arranged so that the cheeks receive the greatest possible rigidity.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the upper and / or lower steel plates on a pre-bend against their future deflection under load. This gives the cheeks a certain increase in order to compensate for a deflection, at least due to its own weight.
Especially in railway construction, it is known to arrange a so-called drag plate between an earthworks and the bridge superstructure in order to mitigate jumps in rigidity of the roadway between the earthworks and the bridge superstructure and to counteract settlement phenomena in the abutment area. The drag plate is made of concrete, is pivotally mounted on the abutment of the bridge and extends over the width of the bridge and over several meters and possibly with an inclination in the heaped bridge ramp into and is embedded therein. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, alternatively or additionally, a tangential plate may be arranged monolithically on the bridge superstructure, which continues in the plane of extension of the bridge panel and is likewise monolithically attachable to the abutment or can be fastened. In contrast to a drag plate, the tangential plate in the installed state is monolithic formed with both the bridge board and the abutment, so connects the bridge superstructure with its abutment. It minimizes the endangent turning angle of the bridge deck at the abutments under load. Thus, it ensures a reduction of the track deformation, thus reducing an increase, lowering and rotation of the rail support points in the abutment area. Through its monolithic connection both on the bridge superstructure and on the substructure or abutment it also fixes the superstructure in the longitudinal and transverse direction on the abutment. It also serves to stabilize the abutment because its anchoring to absorb horizontal forces from earth pressure and braking forces can be omitted. Depending on the dimensioning and design of the bridge or bridge superstructure, the tangential plate may extend beyond a superstructure end with it or terminate shorter than this.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bridge superstructure may have a joint which separates the cheeks on a statically required length of the bridge board to form a tangential in the plane of extension at the superstructure end. The tangential plate of this embodiment then at least does not protrude beyond the end of the bridge superstructure. It is almost a part of the bridge board, but in contrast to the rest of the bridge board has no reliable connection with the accompanying cheeks. The cheeks can be in the area of the tangential plate over bearings on the abutment rest. In contrast, the tangential plate in this embodiment also forms a monolithic connection or composite on the abutment.
A further advantageous embodiment of a bridge superstructure comprises two abutments at the bridge end, wherein the cheeks are superimposed on the lower steel plates and on individual bearings on the abutments and monolithically integrates the tangential plate in the abutment. The monolithic connection of the tangential plate to the abutment can take place in long blocking pauses together with the concreting of the superstructure.
- a) creating a formwork for the trough-shaped superstructure in an overhead position,
- b) inserting upper steel lamellae into the formwork of the cheeks,
- c) placing concrete in the formwork, and
- d) Allow curing, de-peeling and turning the superstructure.
According to the invention not only the bridge board, but also the beam-shaped side cheeks made of reinforced concrete and created together in the same manufacturing step. In terms of manufacturing technology, the concreting of the trough-like superstructure in its overhead position, ie in its position opposite the later installation position by 180 ° about the longitudinal axis of the bridge superstructure, is at least more favorable with smaller overhang lengths, because in this position the vertical cheeks point downwards from the plane of extent of the bridge deck and with you form a common surface. In this position, the superstructure is easier to concretes. The (later) upper steel lamellae as external reinforcing elements can already be inserted into the finished formwork at the bottom, which means a significantly lower reinforcement effort compared to an internal reinforcement. The subsequent introduction of the concrete in the formwork is not disturbed by the (later) upper steel plates as external reinforcement. After the concrete has hardened and the superstructure has been removed, it must be turned over in order to be brought into its installation position. The turning can be done shortly after demoulding or shortly before installation, for example, if the transport of the superstructure in the overhead position should be cheaper.
Querbewehrung.According to a further advantageous embodiment of the above method, sheaths for a prestressing steel reinforcement can be inserted in step b). The bridge superstructure can thereby be prepared for a longitudinal prestressing or transverse prestressing, whereby the bridge deck can be given a smaller cross-section. This reduces the superstructure height. Because the trough-shaped bridge superstructure is manufactured in overhead position, its subsequent bottom view is easily accessible and is completely free after the concreting. Therefore, in addition to the cladding tubes or instead in step c), an external transverse reinforcement, for example, rolled beams in concrete, so-called WiB beams, and / or longitudinally extending lower steel slats can be introduced or shaken into the still fresh concrete by a lowering process. Thus, the production of the bridge superstructure in overhead position in conjunction with external reinforcements offers a particularly simple mounting option for the longitudinal or transverse reinforcement.
- a) creating a formwork for the trough-shaped superstructure in installation position,
- b) inserting an external transverse reinforcement and the lower steel plates into the formwork of the bridge deck,
- c) placing concrete in the circuit, and
- d) Allow to harden and remove the superstructure.
Deviating from the first-described method, therefore, the production already takes place in the installed position. This appears to be expedient in the case of longer spans of the bridge superstructure or in the case of production on site, because it is possible to dispense with turning the bridge superstructure after its production. This method is thus particularly suitable for bridge superstructures, which on the abutment or in the immediate vicinity with a subsequent transfer of the bridge superstructure can be made over a short distance. Also in this method, the lower steel plates and the external transverse reinforcement can bring in without much effort, because they only need to be placed in the manufacturing level of the bridge deck. Possibly. can be inserted between the WiB carrier of the external transverse reinforcement still formwork panels, such as fiber cement panels in the formwork, which represent a bottom view of the bridge superstructure together with the transverse reinforcement in the finished state. If possible, the side cheeks are shuttered together with the bridge board and concreted. If this is not possible, a working joint should be placed at a sufficient distance above the trough plate to concretize the cheeks in a later step.
Also, this method allows it without significant additional effort that in step b) sheaths for a prestressing steel reinforcement are inserted and / or that after step c) upper steel fins are introduced into the still fresh concrete of the cheeks.
According to another alternative method of production, the beam-shaped cheeks can first be produced in front of the bridge board and separately. First, the formwork for the cheeks is created, in a rotated by 90 ° relative to the mounting position. The cars are thus made lying on their later outer or view side. All you need to do is prepare a formwork floor that touches the later side of the view. The vertical formwork for the later top and bottom of the cheeks form the WiB carrier, so that a separate formwork can be omitted. This reduces the formwork effort. Only for the front sides Schalflächen may be required. Subsequently, the reinforcement for the cheeks is introduced including a connection reinforcement for the subsequent trough plate. The connection reinforcement is in the production position of the cheeks vertically up out of the formwork out. After the introduction of the concrete in the formwork of the cheeks, the curing of the concrete and the removal of the cheeks they are brought into their mounting position or in the overhead position, that is rotated by 90 ° relative to the manufacturing position. Subsequently, the trough plate can be largely prepared as described above and connected to the cheeks.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the above-mentioned method, the upper and / or lower steel plates can be pre-bent prior to their installation, which leads to an overshoot of the cheeks against deflection under load leads. The elevation can be applied, for example, by a directed deflection due to its own weight. The pre-bend does not significantly change the manufacturing process. The processing of the steel plates during their installation is in any case unchanged.
