Definitions
- the invention relates to an LED lamp for generating a white light with first LEDs (LED: light-emitting diode), which can emit a white light and second LEDs, which can emit a colored light, wherein the first LEDs and the second LEDs, a light source make up the LED light.
- LED light-emitting diode
- an LED lamp which has only LEDs as a light source emitting a white light
- an LED lamp which additionally has colored light emitting LEDs, produce a total white light, which has a higher color rendering index.
- the control of the LEDs is particularly complex, since the colored light must be generated in comparison to the white light with much lower intensity in order to effect a total of white appearing light.
- a good mixing of the light emitted by the first LEDs light with the colored light of the second LEDs is required to achieve a total homogeneous light output. This requires a comparatively large-scale design of the LED light, in particular a comparatively large height.
- a luminaire which has a light source with white and colored LEDs. There are more white than colored LEDs.
- a luminaire which has a plurality of white fluorescent tubes for producing a white light. Between the fluorescent tubes red LEDs are arranged.
- a luminaire with an elongated housing in which three elongate carriers are arranged with light-emitting diodes.
- the light-emitting diodes on the central carrier emit red light, those on the left-hand carrier blue light and those on the right-hand carrier emit green light.
- the LED rows can be controlled separately.
- the invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved LED light.
- the lamp should be relatively simple and can be designed with a comparatively low height.
- an LED lamp for generating a white light having first LEDs capable of emitting a white light and second LEDs capable of emitting a colored light, the first LEDs and the first LEDs second LEDs form a light source of the LED lamp.
- the number of first LEDs is greater than the number of second LEDs.
- a white light with a particularly high color rendering index can be produced without elaborate control with the first LEDs and the second LEDs. In particular, this requires no control with which the brightness of the first LEDs or the brightness of the second LEDs can be changed.
- the LED light can be designed with a particularly simple electronic control.
- the selection of the LEDs can be made such that the first LEDs and the second LEDs have the same power consumption, ie. H. that they are selected according to their number and current-voltage characteristics.
- the second LEDs radiate red light and a current source is used, which supplies the white and the red LEDs with, for example, a constant 350 mA.
- each of the first LEDs preferably has the same power consumption as each of the second LEDs.
- the control continues to be particularly simplified.
- the LED lamp further comprises an optical element which surrounds the second LEDs in such a way that it optically influences a light emitted by the second LEDs.
- the second LEDs-with an overall uniformly distributed arrangement have a greater average mutual distance than the first LEDs. Therefore, for a uniform mixing of the light emitted by the first LEDs with the light emitted by the second LEDs within the smallest possible environment of these LEDs is required that the light emitted from the second LEDs light is mixed as such more effectively than that of the first LEDs emitted light.
- Such a preferred mixing of the light of the second LEDs is made possible with said optical element.
- the optical element can be achieved with the optical element that an overall sufficient mixing of the light of the first and the second LEDs in a particularly low Distance from the LEDs or within a particularly small environment of the LEDs is possible. Overall, it is thus possible in this way that the LED light can be designed with a particularly small height.
- the optical element is furthermore preferably arranged such that it does not encompass the first LEDs. This makes it possible to make the optical element comparatively small.
- the optical element is a light guide.
- a light guide allows a particularly good distribution of the colored light over a larger area, so that a total of comparatively small space allows a particularly homogeneous mixing of the colored light with the white light.
- the first LEDs are arranged on a first circuit board and the second LEDs are arranged on a second circuit board. This eliminates the need to populate a board with different LEDs.
- the first board has an elongated and rectilinear shape, by which a first longitudinal direction is fixed and the second board an elongated and rectilinear shape, by which a second longitudinal direction is defined, wherein preferably the first board and the second board are arranged in such a way in that the first longitudinal direction and the second longitudinal direction are parallel.
- the first LEDs are particularly easy to arrange very close to the second LEDs; As a result, good mixing of the light in a small space continues to be effectively supported.
- the LED light with a particularly low overall height can be designed in this way.
- the second LEDs have a distance from the first LEDs, which is smaller than 50 mm, preferably smaller than 30 mm.
- the optical element is elongated and rectilinear and arranged aligned in the second longitudinal direction. This way you can have a realize particularly effective mixing with a total of small space stress.
- the optical element is profiled in this case; This allows a particularly simple production with good suitability.
- the optical element preferably has a lens shape in a cross section. Due to the lens shape, a broadening of the colored light is possible, which effectively supports a particularly good mixing.
- the light source is the only light source of the LED light. So there are no other LEDs or other bulbs for the design of the LED light required.
- the LED luminaire further comprises a luminaire housing with a light exit opening for emitting a light emitted by the first LEDs and the second LEDs, and a light-permeable cover plate which is arranged in the light exit opening.
- the cover plate can also be designed as a diffuser.
- the LED lamp in this case also has a diffuser plate for scattering the light emitted by the first LEDs and the second LEDs, the diffuser plate being arranged between the first LEDs and the second LEDs on the one hand and the cover plate on the other hand.
- a diffuser plate can be achieved further mixing of the light and thus allow a further reduction in the height of the LED lamp.
- the diffuser plate can be used to protect the LEDs from contact. If the cover plate is designed as a diffuser, of course, the entire diffuser behavior, so the effect of cover plate and diffuser plate, matched.
- the second LEDs have a distance from the first LEDs, which is smaller than the distance between the second circuit board and the cover plate. It is also advantageous if the distance of the first LEDs to the second LEDs is smaller than the distance between the first board and the cover plate.
- Fig. 1 shows a sketch of a cross section through an embodiment of an LED lamp according to the invention for generating white light.
- the LED lamp has first LEDs 2, which can emit a white light, and second LEDs 4, which can emit a colored light. For example, it may be red, green or blue light.
- the first LEDs 2 may be so-called high-efficiency white light emitting LEDs.
- the second LEDs 4 may be so-called high-efficiency colored light emitting LEDs.
- the LED lamp may have a luminaire housing 24, in which the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 are arranged.
- the luminaire housing 24 may have a light exit opening for emitting a light emitted by the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4.
- the LED light can also have a light-permeable cover plate 14, which is arranged in the light exit opening.
- the cover plate 14 may be formed in particular as a diffuser.
- the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 form a light source of the LED lamp.
- the light source may be, in particular, the only light source of the Act LED light. So there are no more LEDs or other bulbs required.
- the number of the first LEDs 2 is greater than the number of second LEDs 4. This makes it possible to produce a white light with a particularly good color rendering index in a particularly simple manner with the LED light.
- each of the first LEDs 2 has the same power consumption as each of the second LEDs 4. In this way, a particularly simple electronic control of the LEDs is made possible.
- the first LEDs 2 can be arranged on a first circuit board 6 and the second LEDs 4 on a second circuit board 8
- Fig. 2 is a plan on the two boards 6, 8 sketched (several other components of the LED light are in Fig. 2 not shown for clarity).
- the sinkers 6, 8 are preferably each elongated and rectilinear, so that a first longitudinal direction L1 is defined by the first circuit board 6, and a second longitudinal direction L2 is defined by the second circuit board 8 .
- the first board 6 is arranged parallel to the second board 8; in other words, the boards 6, 8 can thus be arranged so that the two longitudinal directions L1, L2 are parallel.
- the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 can be arranged very close to one another, so that a good mixing of the light emitted by the LEDs 2, 4 is already supported in a small space.
- the distance d between the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 is less than 50 mm, more preferably less than 30 mm.
- the two boards 6, 8 are arranged on a first side of the board holding element 20 be on a second, the first page opposite side, a control gear, in particular a ballast 22 for driving the LEDs 2, 4th
- the first LEDs 2 may be arranged on the first circuit board 6, in particular along a straight line, such that they each have a first distance al from each other along the first longitudinal direction L1 .
- the second LEDs 4 may be arranged on the second board 8, in particular along a further straight line, such that they each have a second distance a2 from each other along the second longitudinal direction L2 which is greater than the first distance a1 .
- the ratio of the number of the first LEDs 2 to the number of second LEDs 4 is selected to be 3: 1.
- this numerical ratio can also be chosen differently, for example, it can be between 2: 1 and 1000: 1, preferably between 3: 1 and 50: 1.
- the numerical ratio can be in a particularly simple manner, a certain mixing ratio of the LED -Lit light emitted light.
- an optical element 10 is advantageously provided, which is correspondingly arranged surrounding the second LEDs 4 such that it optically influences a light emitted by the second LEDs 4.
- Fig. 1 is indicated by way of example, is to be expressed with "encompassing" that the optical element 10 has two regions which are arranged opposite with respect to the second LEDs 4.
- optical element 10 is a light guide.
- the colored light in the second longitudinal direction L2 can be "comparatively" viewed particularly well.
- Such equalization is even more important for the light of the second LEDs 4 than for the light of the first LEDs 2, if, as exemplified above, the second LEDs 4 have a greater distance in this direction, namely the second distance a2 from each other.
- the optical element 10 makes it possible, in particular, for a specific degree of mixing of a light emitted by the second LEDs 4 to be achieved at a smaller distance from the LEDs 2, 4. With reference to the Fig. 1 Thus, a certain degree of mixing can be achieved at a smaller height distance from the second LEDs 4. This makes it possible that the distance h between the second board 8 and the cover plate 14 can be kept particularly low. In this way it is thus possible further to make the LED light with a particularly low height H.
- the distance d between the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 is not greater than the distance h between the second board 8
- the distance d is smaller than the distance between the first LEDs 2 and the cover plate 14th
- an optical element 10 which is elongated and rectilinear, when the second circuit board 8 is elongated or the second LEDs 4 are arranged along a straight line. Accordingly, in this case, the optical element 10 is preferably arranged aligned in the second longitudinal direction L2 .
- the optical element 10 is shown cut off for illustration only. With a correspondingly elongated optical element 10 can be said to say an elongated, colorfully luminous strip achieve the - in supervision according to the illustration in Fig. 2 - appears next to the first LEDs 2.
- the optical element 10 has substantially the same length as the second board 8.
- the LED light overall oblong and thereby be aligned along the second longitudinal direction L2 , wherein the first board 6, the second board 8 and the optical element 10 extend in the interior of the lamp housing 24 substantially over the entire length of the LED lamp, so for example over at least 90th % or 95% of the total length of the LED light.
- the optical element 10 is designed as a profile.
- Fig. 3 By way of example, a longitudinal section of such an optical element 10 is sketched in perspective.
- the optical element 10 has a lens shape in a cross section.
- the optical element 10 have a region 9, which shows the lens shape.
- the LED light on a diffuser plate 12 which is disposed between the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 on the one hand and the cover plate 14 on the other.
- the arrangement of the diffuser plate 12 is preferably such that a light emitted by the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 passes through the diffuser plate 12 before it leaves the LED lamp, for example after the cover plate 14 has been irradiated.
- the diffuser plate 12 may in particular be designed such that it acts on a light which passes through the diffuser plate 12, scattering. Thus, a more thorough mixing of the light can be forced through the diffuser plate 12.
- the cover plate 14 is formed as a diffuser
- the diffuser behavior of the cover plate 14 and the diffuser behavior of the diffuser plate 12 are advantageously matched to one another. This makes it possible to adjust the diffuser behavior which results overall.
- the diffuser plate 12 By arranging the diffuser plate 12 between the LEDs 2, 4 on the one hand and the cover plate 14 on the other hand, also an effective contact protection for the LEDs 2, 4 can be formed. In particular, can be through the diffuser plate 12 in this Case with removed cover plate 14 prevent the LEDs 2, 4 are touched unintentionally.
- spacers can be provided, through which the diffuser plate 12 is held at a certain distance from the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 6. But a different type of holder is possible.
- a first light chamber 30 and a second light chamber 32 may be formed, wherein the first light chamber 30 between the LEDs 2, 4 and the diffuser plate 12 is formed and the second light chamber 32 between the diffuser plate 12 and the cover plate 14 through this Light chambers 30, 32, a mixing of the light of the LEDs 2, 4 and a resolution of the individual "LED points" even further improved.
- the optical element 10 may have a maximum extension B transverse to the second longitudinal direction L2 , which is greater than the distance d between the first LEDs 2 and the second LEDs 4 transversely to the second longitudinal direction L2 .
- the extension B is also greater than the width b of the second board 8 transversely to the second longitudinal direction L2 .
- a corresponding large extent B further promotes a particularly even distribution of the light emitted by the second LEDs 4.
- the LED lamp may further comprise a reflector 18, which serves to direct a light emitted by the first LEDs 2 and / or second LEDs 4 in the direction of the cover plate 14.
- the reflector 18 may be formed symmetrically with respect to a plane separating the first LEDs 2 from the second LEDs 4.
- the reflector 18 forms in a section normal to the second longitudinal direction L2 , together with the cover plate 14 and the diffuser plate 12, the second light chamber 32.
- the reflector 18 seen in this section form a lateral boundary of the first light chamber 30.
- the reflector 18 may be arranged directly adjacent to the diffuser plate 12 and / or directly adjacent to the cover plate 14.
- the embodiment shown in the figures shows an elongate LED light, in which viewed in cross section, the LEDs 2, 4 are arranged only on the first board 6 and the second board 8.
- the invention is not limited to such elongated LED lights.
- the concept can also be applied to "flat" LED lights, in particular by more than two boards with corresponding LEDs are arranged parallel to each other.
- it may be provided that viewed in cross section, each on a board with LEDs that emit white light, followed by another board with LEDs that emit colored light.
- a separate optical element can be provided for each of the further boards in the sense of the above statements. In this way, a corresponding LED light can be provided with a radiation range having any aspect ratio.
Description
JP 2009-110860 A - Aus der

In
In
In
