Damit ist eine Umbautechnik für den Gleisumbau mit Untergrundsanierung und Bettungsreinigung bzw. Bettungserneuerung mit logistischen Vorteilen geschaffen. Das Herzstück ist dabei der erfindungsgemäße Kopf-Arbeitswagen entweder an der Spitze oder am Ende des Arbeitszuges. Dieser Kopf-Arbeitswagen als logistische Einheit ist für das Handling des Gleises sowie für den Ausbau und für den Einbau des Schotters sowie der Bodenmaterialien verantwortlich. So ist der Kopf-Arbeitswagen zunächst dafür vorgesehen, daß das ausgebaute Gleis entlang dieses Kopf-Arbeitswagens nach hinten transportiert und dort entweder im Kopf-Arbeitswagen oder vorzugsweise in einem der dahinter befindlichen Arbeitswagen gelagert wird. Dabei wird das Gleis insbesondere jochweise durch den Kopf-Arbeitswagen hindurchgeschoben. Das Durchschieben des Gleises kann dabei auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise erfolgen. Während des Durchschiebens wird der Ausbauprozeß und erforderlichenfalls der Einbauprozeß unterbrochen. Die Unterbrechung hat jedoch selbst für den Fall, daß der Einbauprozeß kurzfristig unterbrochen werden müßte, keine Diskontinuität des Arbeitsablaufes zur Folge, da keine Schichtunterbrechung erfolgt. Die Aufgabestationen 3, 4 sowie Einbaueinrichtungen 5, 6 sind dabei nach oben gefahren.

Die wieder verwendbaren und recycleten sowie ggf. der gewaschene Schotter werden über Förderbänder 14 zurück zum Kopf-Arbeitswagen 1 transportiert und der Einbaueinrichtung 5 für den wieder aufbereiteten Schotter 10 aufgegeben.After the expansion of the track 9 and its transport to the rear, first the excavating device 2 ensures the excavation of the ballast 10. Von dort aus erfolgt der Transport des alten Bodenmaterials 15 mittels Förderbändern 16 über sämtliche Arbeitswagen hinweg bis zu den Arbeitswagen 17, wo die alten Bodenmaterialien 15 gebunkert werden. Der Transport für die ausgebauten Bodenmaterialien 15 endet dort in diesen Bunkerwagen. Gleichzeitig werden neue Bodenmaterialien 15 von ihren Arbeitswagen 18 über entsprechende Förderbänder 19 zur Einbaueinrichtung 6 des Kopf-Arbeitswagens 1 transportiert. Zur Übergabe der neuen Bodenmaterialien aus ihren Bunkerwagen auf die Förderbänder 19 ist es sinnvoll und hilfreich, einen Übergabewagen 20 zwischenzuschalten. Mit der Einbaueinrichtung 6 wird das neue Bodenmaterial 15 eingebaut, planiert und erforderlichenfalls verdichtet. Anschließend wird mittels der Einbaueinrichtung 5 des Kopf-Arbeitswagens 1 der Schotter 10 eingebaut. Claims (10)

Verfahren zum Sanieren des aus Schotter (10) sowie aus darunter befindlichen Bodenmaterialien (15) bestehenden mehrschichtigen Unterbaus von aus Schwellen (7) und Schienen (8) bestehenden Gleisen (9) bei Bahnstrecken,
wobei ein Arbeitszug mehrere Arbeitswagen (1, 12, 13, 17, 18) zum insbesondere kontinuierlichen Ausbau sowie Einbau des Gleises (9), des Schotters (10) sowie der Bodenmaterialien (15) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Spitze oder am Ende des Arbeitszuges ein Kopf-Arbeitswagen (1) vorgesehen ist,
welcher das ausgebaute Gleis (9) nach hinten transportiert und wobei das ausgebaute Gleis (9) dort gelagert wird,
welcher mittels einer Aushubeinrichtung (2) den Schotter (10) ausbaut und einer ersten Aufgabestation (3) des Kopf-Arbeitswagens (1) aufgibt, von wo aus der Schotter (10) einem der hinteren Arbeitswagen (12) zugeführt wird,
welcher mittels der Aushubeinrichtung (2) die Bodenmaterialien (15) ausbaut und einer zweiten Aufgabestation (4) aufgibt, von wo aus die Bodenmaterialien (15) einem der hinteren Arbeitswagen (17) zugeführt werden,
welchem die wieder aufbereiteten Bodenmaterialien (15) und/oder neue Bodenmaterialien (15) von einem der hinteren Arbeitswagen (18) zugeführt und vom Kopf-Arbeitswagen (1) eingebaut werden,
welchem der wieder aufbereitete Schotter (10) und/oder neuer Schotter (10) von einem der hinteren Arbeitswagen (12) zugeführt und von dem Kopf-Arbeitswagen (1) eingebaut wird und
wobei das alte Gleis (9) und/oder ein neues Gleis (9) wieder eingebaut wird.
