Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Marineschiff mit Handgriffe für Türen, Luken oder dergleichen aus metallischem Material zur Erzielung niedriger RCS-Werte (Radar Cross Section) als im Aussenbereich des Schiffes angeordnete Handhabe. Ein solches Schiff ist der US 6 209 471 B1 oder der US 6 003 461 A bekannt.
  • Die Erfüllung niedriger RCS-Werte für Marineschiffe werden vorausgesetzt und sind nur durch einen kompletten Wechsel von Baumaterialien, radikalen Schiffsentwürfen mit Einschränkungen in der Funktionalität oder aber optimierten Detailkonstruktionen bei erprobten Entwürfen durchführbar. Ein bewährtes Mittel ist die Eliminierung von ganzen Komponenten auf Deck oder deren RCS minimierten Design mit geneigten Flächen und Kanten sowie minimalen Radien.
  • Bei Bedieneinrichtungen stößt eine RCS gedrehte Form mit geneigten Flächen und scharfen Kanten auf Grenzen, da die Forderung nach einer sicheren Bedienung und Vermeidung von Verletzungen besteht. Dieser Mangel besteht auch für Teile von Bedienelementen als Handgriff für Türverriegelungen, die für eine vielfache laufende Betätigung ausgelegt sind.
  • Für Schiffe ist nach der DE 197 10 692 C2 ein multispektrales Tarnelement gegen die Aufklärung im sichtoptischen, infraroten und Radarwellenbereich bekannt geworden, wobei auf einer Basisschicht aus einem IRreflektierenden Material, deren Oberfläche rechtwinklige, v-förmig etwa horizontal verlaufende Rillen aufweist, angeordnet sind und diese Reflektorschicht aus Richtung einer einfallenden Strahlung vor der Basisschicht angeordnet ist.
  • Ferner ist zur Radartarnung für langsam fliegende rollstabilisierte Flugkörper nach der DE 42 16 837 A1 bekannt, die Radarsignatur durch radarabsorbierende Materialien und Formgebung zur Streuung der auftreffenden Radarenergie in unkritische Richtungen zu führen.
  • Weiterhin ist nach der US 6 209 471 B1 eine Türausbildung für Marineschiffe bekannt, die im wesentlichen eine Radarerfassung verhindert, indem die Endkanten der Türen abgewinkelte Endbereiche in einer bestimmten Bemessung aufweisen, die oberhalb einer ortsfesten Randabdeckung ohne eine durchgehende Schlitzbildung zu ermöglichen. Es sind hierbei ein außenliegender Verriegelungsgriff, eine Handhabe und Scharniere der Türausbildung angeordnet, obwohl diese die Radarerfassung erhöhen.
  • Nach der US 7 066 104 B1 ist für Marineschiffe ferner bekannt, zur Vermeidung einer Radarerfassung, die Schnittstellen zwischen zu verbindenden Teilen diskontinuierlich in vertikaler Richtung auszubilden.
  • Schließlich ist aus der US 6 003 461 A eine Marineschifftür mit Mitteln zur Vermeidung einer Radarerfassung bekannt, wobei ein Handgriff nach Verriegelung der Tür in eine muldenförmige Aussparung der Schiffaufbauten eintreten kann.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, Handgriffe der gattungsgemässen Art als RCS gerechte Ausbildungen zu ermöglichen und eine Anpassung an die ergonomischen Anforderungen zu gewährleisten.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht darin, dass ein metallisches Grundelement aus einem Dreieck- bzw. Vierkantprofil gebildet ist, wobei eine nach außen weisende Fläche des Profils mit einem Anstellwinkel zur Senkrechten als Reflektionsebene gebildet ist und eine Umhüllung mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt aus RCS neutralen Materialien, wie Kunststoffe oder Gummi, aufweist.
  • Eine metallische Grundausbildung wird hierdurch beibehalten, um Funktion, Festigkeit, Schock- und Vibrationsanforderungen zu erfüllen, wobei niedrige RCS-Werte erzielt werden. Gleichzeitig werden die ergonomischen Anforderungen ohne Verletzungsgefahr erfüllt.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausbildung wird dadurch geschaffen, dass bei einem Grundkörper als Dreiecksprofil die aussenliegende Fläche des Profils einen Anstellwinkel von 12 Grad, als spitzen Winkel, aufweist.
  • Alternativ ist vorgesehen, dass bei einem Grundkörper als Dreiecksprofil die aussenliegende Fläche des Profils einen Anstellwinkel entsprechend den Aufbauten des Schiffes aufweist.
  • Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine Verbindung zwischen Grundelement und Umhüllung durch Klebung, Vulkanisierung oder Schrumpfung herstellbar ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die erfinderische Lehre schematisch erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In der gezeigten Ausführung ist ein schräg gestelltes Türblatt 1 mit einem Handgriff 2 dargestellt. Der Handgriff 2 wird durch ein Dreiecksprofil 3 gebildet und ist mit einer Umhüllung 4 versehen. Die Umhüllung 4 als Ummantelung wird durch ein RCS neutrales Material gebildet und ist kreisförmig ausgebildet, um eine ergonomische Handhabung zu gewährleisten. Bei der Materialauswahl der Umhüllung 4 wird im wesentlichen auf die Alterungsbeständigkeit, der Beständigkeit gegen Reinigungsmittel, dauerhafte Verbindung mit Metalloberflächen, angenehme Haptik und Rutschfestigkeit bei Nässe berücksichtigt.
  • Gemäss Fig. 1 ist gezeigt, dass das Türblatt 1 und die nach aussen weisende Fläche des Dreieckprofils 3 in Winkel angestellt sind, um die auftreffenden Strahlen einer Radarquelle 5 in andere Richtungen zu reflektieren, um eine Erfassung der Gegenstände zu vermeiden.
  • Die Verbindung der unterschiedlichen Werkstoffe der Umhüllung 4 zum Dreiecksprofil wird durch Klebung, Vulkanisierung oder Schrumpfung hergestellt.
  • Als Materialien kommen beispielsweise die nachstehenden Materialien auch in Kombination in Frage:

  • Generell sind bei Kautschukprodukten oder deren Derivaten Gewerbeeinlagen möglich, wobei generell klebende Verbindungen zu bevorzugen sind.
  • Für EPDM sind beispielsweise spezielle Gummiprofile mit entsprechenden Abmessungen und gewünschter Shore-Härte unter einem vertretbaren Aufwand individuell herstellbar.

Claims (4)

  1. Marineschiff mit Handgriffen für Türen, Luken oder dergleichen aus metallischem Material zur Erzielung niedriger RCS-Werte (Radar Cross Section) als im Aussenbereich des Schiffes angeordnete Handhabe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein metallisches Grundelement (3) aus einem Dreieck- bzw. Vierkantprofil gebildet ist, wobei eine nach außen weisende Fläche des Profils mit einem Anstellwinkel zur Senkrechten als Reflektionsebene gebildet ist und eine Umhüllung (4) mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt aus RCS neutralen Materialien, wie Kunststoffe oder Gummi, aufweist.
  2. Marineschiff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Grundkörper (3) als Dreiecksprofil die aussenliegende Fläche des Profils einen Anstellwinkel von 12 Grad, als spitzen Winkel, aufweist.
  3. Marineschiff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Grundkörper (3) als Dreiecksprofil die aussenliegende Fläche des Profils einen Anstellwinkel entsprechend den Aufbauten des Schiffes aufweist.
  4. Marineschiff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verbindung zwischen Grundelement (3) und Umhüllung (4) durch Klebung, Vulkanisierung oder Schrumpfung herstellbar ist.
