Claims (5)

- Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (15.7) comporte, dans une partie d'élément (15.1) obliquée dans le sens du compartiment de cuisson (3), au moins une ouverture de sortie (14').
- Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (15.7) est réalisé en tant que composant discret, de préférence en matière plastique mauvaise conductrice de chaleur.
