Die Seitenwandteile müssen in ihrer Schließstellung das Wageninnere vor Umgebungseinflüssen schützen. Deshalb liegt bei derartigen Güterwagen ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Abdichtung der Seitenwandteile in ihrer Schließ-stellung gegen das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit, Triebschnee etc. in das Wageninnere. Allerdings ist die relative Lage eines Seitenwandteils in Bezug auf Stirnwände und Untergestell des Güterwagens nicht starr fixiert. Vielfältige Einflüsse, beispielsweise dynamische Lasten aus dem Fahrbetrieb des Güterwagens, Material-Ausdehnungen unter hohen thermischen Beeinflussungen, aber auch Beschädigungen aus der Be- und Entladetätigkeit führen zu bisweilen deutlichen LageAbweichungen eines in Schließstellung verriegelten Seitenwandteils gegenüber der theoretischen Soll-Lage. Ebenso sind sie anfällig für eventuelle mechanische Beschädigungen beim Beladen bzw. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe in Verbindung mit dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1 dadurch gelöst, dass auf der zum Laderaum hin orientierten Innenseite mindestens eines vertikalen Abschlussprofils mindestens ein unter Krafteinwirkung biegbares Federblech befestigt ist, wobei das Federblech mit seinem ersten Ende fest mit dem vertikalen Abschlussprofil verbunden ist sowie ein freies zweites Ende aufweist, und wobei die Längserstreckung des Federbleches zwischen seinem ersten Ende und seinem zweiten Ende im wesentlichen parallel zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung orientiert ist.
Ein solchermaßen ausgeführtes Federelement deckt Spaltöffnungen ab, welche aufgrund der bereits oben genannten Einflüsse (Verzug des Seitenwandteils durch wärme- oder kältebedingte Ausdehnungs- bzw. Schrumpfprozesse von Bauteilen; Verzug des Seitenwandteils durch Beschädigung bei Ladetätigkeiten etc....) auch dann zwischen dem vertikalen Abschlussprofil eines Seitenwandteils und dem vertikalen Abschlussprofil der Güterwagen-Stirnwand in einer zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung parallelen Richtung verbleiben können, wenn das jeweilige Seitenwandteil in Schließ-Stellung verriegelt ist.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Federblech kontaktiert beim Schließen des Seitenwandteils einen vertikalen Flansch der Stirnwand und erfährt bei fortgesetzter Relativbewegung des Seitenwandteils entlang der Verschieberichtung zur Stirnwand hin - bedingt durch die einseitig feste Einspannung - eine Aufwölbung um eine horizontale und zum Seitenwandteil im wesentlichen lotrechte Achse. Somit passt sich das Federblech in die Querschnittsfläche des jeweils zwischen dem vertikalen Abschlussprofil des Seitenwandteils und dem vertikalen Flansch der Stirnwand verbleibenden Spaltraumes ein, während es an der zum Laderaum hin orientierten Innenseite des vertikalen Abschlussprofils weiterhin bündig anliegt. Im fortgesetzten Verlauf einer Relativbewegung des Seitenwandteils zur Stirnwand hin wird das Federblech zwischen dem vertikalen Flansch der Stirnwand und dem vertikalen Abschlussprofil des Seitenwandteils eingespannt und zunehmend weiter aufgewölbt bzw. gestaucht.
