Claims (10)

  1. Anlage zum Packen von in Form von Leisten (23) aufeinander gestapelten und aufeinander geklipstenTeilen (1), wobei jedes Teil eine durchgehende Aussparung (2)aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage aufweist:
    - eine Abstapelungsvorrichtung, die aus einer Vielzahl von Stiften (4)gebildet ist, die dazu geeignet sind, die Aussparungen (2) der Teile (1) geführt verschiebbar aufzunehmen, die auf einer Trägerplatte (5) montiert sind, die unter einem Ladetablett (6) angeordnet ist, das mit den auf der Platte (5) montierten Stiften gegenüberliegenden Bohrungen ausgestattet ist und in denen die Stifte senkrecht frei verschiebbar eingesteckt sind, sowie aus einer Steuervorrichtung (8) zur senkrechten Verschiebung des Trägers (5);
    - eine Pressvorrichtung, die aus einer Stützplatte (11) gebildet ist, die horizontal über dem Tablett (6) angeordnet und mit durchgehenden Bohrungen (17) ausgestattet ist, die dazu geeignet sind, die von der Trägerplatte (5) getragenen Stifte (4) frei verschiebbar aufzunehmen und aus einer Platine (15), auf die die durch einen Mechanismus (14) bereitgestellte senkrechte Druckkraft ausgeübt wird und die mittels Stützen (16) mit der Stützplatte (11) fest verbunden ist.
  2. Anlage zum Packen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (5) der AbstapelungsvorrichtungStützen (7) trägt, die zur Führung der senkrechten Verschiebung der Platte (5) und der Stifte (4) gegenüber demTablett (6) frei verschiebbar in demTablett (6) eingesteckt sind.
  3. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (11) der Pressvorrichtung durchgehende Bohrungen (18) aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, die durch die Trägerplatte (5) getragenen Stützen (7) frei verschiebbar aufzunehmen.
  4. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressvorrichtung frei verschiebbare durchgehende Führungssäulen (12) zur Führung der Stützplatte (11) aufweist.
  5. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form und die Abmessungen des Querschnitts der Stifte (4) entsprechend der Form der inneren Aussparung (2) der zu packenden Teile (1) berechnet werden, so dass ein geführter und hindernisfreier Fall des Teils entlang des Stiftes gewährleistet ist.
  6. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte aus einer Vorrichtung bestehen, die mindestens zwei Stangen aufweist, deren Durchmesser und Abstand entsprechend der Form der inneren Aussparung des zu packenden Teils dimensioniert sind und die im unteren Teil der Stützplatte (5) fixiert sind und oben zur Beibehaltung ihres Abstandes und zur Gewährleistung der Steifigkeit des Ganzen miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kamm (24) in der Nähe der Abstapelungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist und senkrecht zur Bewegung der Platte (6) verschoben wird, um die Leisten (23) zusammenzubringen und in Richtung eines an der Platte angrenzenden Sammeltisches (27) zu leiten.
  8. Anlage zum Packen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Führungssystem (9, 10) zur axialen Verschiebung der Abstapelungsvorrichtung in Richtung der Pressvorrichtung und umgekehrt aufweist.
  9. Verfahren zum Packen unter Einsatz der Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    - Anordnen der Teile (1) über der Abstapelungsvorrichtung (4, 5, 6) nach der Ausgabe aus den Fertigungswerkzeugen, Aufstecken jedes Teils (1) über die Aussparung (2) auf einem der Stifte (4), so dass sie nach ihrer Aufnahme auf dem Ladetablett (6) eine stets identische Fläche (19) oben auf dem derartig gebildeten Stapel zeigen;
    - Transportieren der rr.it Stapeln von Teilen beladenen Stifte unter die Pressvorrichtung (11, 15, 16) und Komprimieren der Stapel durch die Pressvorrichtung mit einer ausreichenden Kraft, um die Teile jedes Stapels durch Verklipsen derart fest miteinander zu verbinden, dass eine feste Leiste (23) gebildet wird;
    - Zurückziehen der Stifte (4) und der Presseinheit zur Freigabe der Leisten (23);
    - Zurückziehen des Ladetabletts (6) aus dem Pressbereich;
    - Sammeln der Leisten (23) zu deren Beförderung in Richtung eines an das Tablett angrenzenden Sammeltisches (27).
  10. Verfahren zum Packen nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verfestigung der in Bearbeitung befindlichen Stapel eine oder mehrere Press-Zwischenphasen durchgeführt werden.
