Abstract

Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), das insbesondere als Injektor für
Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von luftverdichtenden, selbstzündenden Brennkraftmaschinen dient, umfasst ein Steuerventil (30) und einen Steuerraum (27), wobei der Steuerraum (27) über eine Ablaufbohrung (34) mit einem Ventilraum (31) des Steuerventils (30) verbunden ist, wobei das Steuerventil (30) einen Ventilbolzen (38) und ein in dem Ventilraum (31) angeordnetes Federelement (45) aufweist. Hierbei weist der Ventilbolzen (38) einen Ventilkörper (39) auf, der mit einer Ventilsitzfläche (40) zu einem Dichtsitz (41) zusammen wirkt, wobei über den Dichtsitz (41) ein Brennstofffluss aus dem Ventilraum (31) steuerbar ist. Ferner ist eine Zwischenplatte (8) vorgesehen, die eine Führungsbohrung (51) aufweist. Der Ventilbolzen (38) ist abschnittsweise in der Führungsbohrung (51) geführt. Hierbei begrenzt eine Seite (12) der Zwischenplatte (8) den Ventilraum (31). Hierdurch ist eine zuverlässige Führung des Ventilbolzens (38) mit dem Ventilkörper (39) gewährleistet, so dass insbesondere ein Verkippen des Ventilbolzens (38) und somit eine auftretende Leckage verhindert sind.

In this case, one side (12) of the intermediate plate (8) limits the valve space (31). In this way, a reliable guidance of the valve pin (38) with the valve body (39) is ensured, so that in particular a tilting of the valve pin (38) and thus an occurring leakage are prevented.
