Abstract
Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), das als Injektor für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von luftverdichtenden, selbstzündenden Brennkraftmaschinen dient, weist eine in einem Ventilgehäuse (3) angeordnete Betätigungseinrichtung (33) und einen von der Betätigungseinrichtung (33) betätigbaren Ventilschließkörper (6) auf, der mit einer Ventilschließfläche (15) zu einem Dichtsitz zusammenwirkt. Dabei ist zur Dämpfung von Druckschwingungen zwischen einer Hochdruckpumpe (11) und dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) ein Speichervolumen (15) vorgesehen, das eine gewisse Brennstoffmenge aufnimmt. Ferner ist das Speichervolumen (15) in ein erstes Speicherteilvolumen und ein zweites Speicherteilvolumen aufgeteilt, die mittels einer Drossel (16) verbunden sind, so dass hochfrequente Druckschwingungen, die innerhalb des Ventilgehäuses (3) auftreten können, gedämpft sind. A fuel injector (1), which serves as an injector for fuel injection systems of air-compressing, self-igniting internal combustion engines, has an actuating device (33) arranged in a valve housing (3) and a valve closing body (6) which can be actuated by the actuating device (33) and which has a valve closing surface (15) cooperates to a sealing seat. Further, the storage volume (15) is divided into a first storage sub-volume and a second storage sub-volume, which are connected by means of a throttle (16), so that high-frequency pressure oscillations which can occur within the valve housing (3) are damped.
