Abstract

Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), das als Injektor für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von luftverdichtenden, selbstzündenden Brennkraftmaschinen dient, weist eine in einem Ventilgehäuse (3) angeordnete Betätigungseinrichtung (33) und einen von der Betätigungseinrichtung (33) betätigbaren Ventilschließkörper (6) auf, der mit einer Ventilschließfläche (15) zu einem Dichtsitz zusammenwirkt. Dabei ist zur Dämpfung von Druckschwingungen zwischen einer Hochdruckpumpe (11) und dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) ein Speichervolumen (15) vorgesehen, das eine gewisse Brennstoffmenge aufnimmt. Ferner ist das Speichervolumen (15) in ein erstes Speicherteilvolumen und ein zweites Speicherteilvolumen aufgeteilt, die mittels einer Drossel (16) verbunden sind, so dass hochfrequente Druckschwingungen, die innerhalb des Ventilgehäuses (3) auftreten können, gedämpft sind.
