Claims (13)
- Dispositif de séparation d'éléments en carton en provenance d'un mélange de vieux papiers, avec une unité de séparation, qui est dotée d'une zone d'alimentation (1), dans laquelle le mélange de vieux papiers est amené à un dispositif de saisie (3) pourvu de pointes (2), sachant que lesdites pointes (2) et la zone d'alimentation (1) sont conçues de sorte que les pointes (2) n'embrochent essentiellement que les éléments en carton contenus dans le mélange de vieux papiers amené dans la zone d'alimentation (1), sachant qu'au moins l'une des pointes (2) est reliée au dispositif de saisie (3), de sorte qu'elle puisse dévier sous l'effet d'une force prédéterminée,
caractérisé en ce que
la zone d'alimentation (1) est dotée d'un support (5), sur lequel le mélange de vieux papiers peut être conduit au dispositif de saisie (3), lequel support est réalisé en forme de glissière, en pente descendante vers le dispositif de saisie (3), et fléchit sous l'effet d'une pression. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, pour établir la liaison entre les pointes,, est prévu un élément de liaison (2a), qui est conçu de sorte qu'il soit essentiellement rigide en présence d'une force exercée dans la direction longitudinale de la pointe (2) et flexible en présence d'une force exercée dans d'autres directions. - Dispositif selon revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que le support (5) est réalisé de sorte que les pointes (2) puissent passer, au moins partiellement, à travers ledit support (5). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

caractérisé en ce que le support ou les éléments de support (5) est / sont monté (s) mobiles à pivotement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que le montage mobile en pivotement est prévu à l'extrémité du support ou des éléments de support (5) opposée au dispositif de saisie (3). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le support ou les éléments de support (5) est / sont conçu(s) de sorte qu'un retour élastique de leur part a lieu quand la pression diminue. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie présente au moins un élément de saisie sur la périphérie duquel sont disposées les pointes (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que des saillies (3a) sont disposées entre les pointes (2), sur la périphérie de l'élément de saisie. - Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que la force nécessaire au fléchissement du support (5) peut être réglée variablement. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue une barre (7), sur laquelle sont fixés des ressorts (7a), qui sont refoulés sous l'effet d'une force prédéterminée, exercée sur le support (5), et constitue ainsi une force de rappel élastique, qui presse le support (5) de nouveau dans la position initiale, lorsque la force exercée diminue. - Dispositif selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que la force, lui doit être déterminée pour les ressort (7a), est calculée de sorte que le support (5) ne fléchisse pas ou ne fléchisse que faiblement lors de l'embrochage de carton ou l'entraînement de papier. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12,
caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu au moins un élément de saisie (3), qui peut tourner autour d'un axe, transversalement per rapport à la direction d'alimentation.
