Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während des Herstellungsprozesses verhindert, folgende Schritte umfassend:(i) Verdrillen eines schmelzbaren Fadens und eines Stützfadens mit einer Doppeldraht-Zwirnmaschine, um einen verdrillten Faden zu bilden,(ii) der verdrillte Faden und ein Elastomerfaden werden zu einem textilen Flächengebilde verarbeitet,(iii) Behandeln des textilen Flächengebildes durch Erhitzen, sodass der schmelzbare Faden schmilzt und sich über das textile Flächengebilde ausbreitet,(iv) Abkühlen des textilen Flächengebildes, um eine Durchdringungssperre zu bilden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stützfaden aus einem Polyamid besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stützfaden aus Nylon besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stützfaden aus Polyester besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei der verdrillte Faden zu 22,2 Gew.-% den schmelzbaren Faden und zu 77,8 Ges.-% den Stützfaden umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei das textile Flächengebilde durch Weben zu einem textilen Flächengebilde in Form eines röhrenförmigen Bandes geformt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei das textile Flächengebilde zu 22,1 Gew.-% den verdrillten Faden umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verklindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei das textile Flächengebilde Nylon umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 1, wobei das textile Flächengebilde während eines Färbeprozesses durch Erhitzen behandelt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines durchdringungsfesten textilen Flächengebildes, das einen Fadenbruch während der Herstellung eines Flächengebildes verhindert, nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Färbeprozess die Schritte (i) des Dämpfens des textilen Flächengebildes in einem Dampfgerät bei 102 - 105 °C zur Farbfixierung und (ii) des Trocknens des textilen Flächengebildes in einer Trocknungseinheit bei 80 - 100 °C umfasst.
