Abstract
本发明公开了一种低熔点纤维毛巾及其加工方法,毛巾包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,所述地纬或/和地经全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。其加工方法包括纺纱、织造和染整工序在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,定型温度高于所采用低熔点成纤高聚物熔点5‑25℃,定型时间30‑120s。本发明由于参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,将普通经纬纱固定,避免机洗及使用中毛经掉毛、勾丝拉毛。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种低熔点纤维毛巾及其加工方法。
背景技术
目前高档宾馆、会所使用的毛巾清洁,一般都是采用大型工业洗衣机进行强洗,强洗操作毛巾损坏比较大,特别容易出现掉毛、勾毛现象,非常影响使用及外观效果,是高档场所忌惮的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种低熔点纤维毛巾及其加工方法,参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,将普通经纬纱固定,避免机洗及使用中毛经掉毛、勾毛。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种低熔点纤维毛巾,包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,所述地纬或/和地经全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是皮芯复合低熔点纤维, 皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为OPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP,芯层PET、或PA、或PP。
改性聚酯(COPET),聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型底密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)等低熔点成张高聚物熔点温度较常规成纤高聚物聚酯(PET)、聚酰胺(PA)低,热熔预定型时,皮层熔化粘接毛经,聚丙烯(PP)熔点高于PE而低PET,因此PP与PET搭配,可作皮层,与PE搭配又可作芯层。
本发明另一种进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
本发明再一种进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的芯层长丝是指涤纶长丝、或涤纶低弹网络丝、或锦纶长丝、或锦纶低弹网络丝、或聚乳酸(PLA)长丝、或聚乳酸(PLA)低弹网络丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶长丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶低弹网络丝;所述包芯纱芯层高支纱是纯棉高支纱、或涤棉高支纱、或涤纶超仿棉高支纱。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm。
上述低熔点纤维毛巾的加工方法,包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,定型温度高于所采用的低熔点成纤高聚物熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s。低熔点成纤高聚物热熔将毛经粘接起来,并将普通经纬纱固定,毛巾在机洗及使用中不掉毛、不勾毛,同时避免粘接部分将整个地织组都变成硬邦邦的,影响手感。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显优点:
本发明由于参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,将普通经纬纱固定,避免机洗及使用中毛经掉毛、勾丝拉毛。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,包括地纬1、地经2和毛经3织造而成,所述地纬1全部采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层11为皮芯复合低熔点纤维,芯层12为涤纶长丝。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层111为HDPE,芯层112为PET。低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.5 dtex,长度38mm (细度在1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm能上纺的细度长度均可)。
其加工方法,依次包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序开始的第一道进行热熔预定型处理,其余染整处理正常操作。热熔预定型温度高于HDPE熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s。
实施例2
所述地经2全部采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,芯层为PLA低弹网络丝。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为COPET,芯层为PA。低熔点纤维包芯纱细度3dtex,长度45mm。其余如实施例1。
其加工方法,依次包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序的最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,其余染整处理正常操作。热熔预定型温度高于COPET熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s。
实施例3
所述地纬1间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维PP为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,芯层为涤纶超仿棉高支纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱细度2dtex,长度38mm。其余及加工方法如实施1.
实施例4
所述地纬1和地经2间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为皮芯复合低熔点纤维,芯层为纯棉高支纱。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为PE,芯层为PA。其余及加工方法如实施1.
实例1至4生产而成的低熔点纤维毛巾各100条,放入大型工业洗衣机进行强洗1小时,无一条发生掉毛、勾毛、拉毛现象。
Claims (8)
1.一种低熔点纤维毛巾,包括地纬(1)、地经(2)和毛经(3)织造而成,其特征在于:所述地纬(1)或/和地经(2)全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层(11)为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层(12)为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是皮芯复合低熔点纤维, 皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为OPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP,芯层PET、或PA、或PP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的芯层长丝是指涤纶长丝、或涤纶低弹网络丝、或锦纶长丝、或锦纶低弹网络丝、或PLA长丝、或PLA低弹网络丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶长丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶低弹网络丝;所述包芯纱芯层高支纱是纯棉高支纱、或涤棉高支纱、或涤纶超仿棉高支纱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低熔点纤维毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm。
8.权利要求1至7任一种低熔点纤维毛巾的加工方法,包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,其特征在于:在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,定型温度高于所采用的低熔点成纤高聚物熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s。
