Definitions

  • the present invention refers to the technical field relative to the safety devices for preventing robberies and burglaries inside houses.
  • the invention refers to an innovative anti-burglary and anti-intrusion system applicable on any kind of existing door.
  • alarms are reliable systems, they can anyway be eluded by thieves. It is in fact known that all electronic technologies result outdated soon after their launch to the market and therefore easily subject to attacks that can elude their functionality. Moreover, it is known that all electronic systems have a lower reliability with respect to mechanical systems, in the sense that the probabilities of breakdown and malfunction of an electronic device are generally higher and hardly predictable with respect to a mechanical device. In addition, all alarms base their functionality on the sound of the siren which, due to the habit of hearing them also accidentally, they are no more taken into serious consideration.
  • anti-burglary doors In order to improve anti-burglary safety, many users prefer to resort to the so-called anti-burglary doors, which result particularly robust and resistant to external attacks.
  • anti-burglary doors as any other type of door or gate, can be tampered directly from the outside through an intervention on the lock or on the hinges for fixing and framing the door to the walls. How ever a lock may be robust and structurally complex, it never results impossible to attack, above all if the thief has the necessary time at his disposal to act and open it.
  • Such reinforcement systems are based on the use of a bar that can be lifted/lowered with rather complex manual systems. Such systems are not efficient since they imply very old and not much reliable manual lifting systems of the bar. Accordingly, apart from the uncomfort of the manual activation, such systems do not allow the use of heavy bars just because lifting them would result difficult, above all by old people.
  • the aim of the present invention to provide an anti-intrusion device that results of aid to common doors, giving them particular anti-burglary characteristics and such as not to result damageable from the outside.
  • said anti-intrusion device (1) for doors and windows comprising:
  • a winder (5) is included which, in use, results placed above the barrage element (2). At least one tape (10) results connected to the barrage element (2) on one side and to the winder (5) on the opposite side.
  • a rotation of the winder (5) in a direction causes a winding of the tape (10) on the winder (5), with relative lifting of the barrage element (2) from the support means (3) to allow the opening of the door.
  • the rotation in the opposite direction causes an unwinding of the tape (10) from the winder (5) with relative lowering of the barrage element (2) on the support means (3) for causing the block of the door.
  • the winder (5) further comprises an electric motor (6) and a rotating shaft (7) connected to the motor (6).
  • the rotating shaft (7) is provided with at least one pulley (8) on which to wind/unwind said tape (10).
  • the automation through the use of the electric motor allows to include a remote control device for controlling from remote the activation of the motor (6) that conducts in rotation the rotating shaft (7).
  • the barrage can be activated when the user is outside the house and can be removed before coming home.
  • a central control unit (14) can be included for controlling the manual activation of the electric motor (6).
  • the central control unit (14) can be arranged inside the house.
  • two pulleys (8) are included diametrically opposed and two tapes (10) that wind respectively on said pulleys.
  • the bar (2) includes a register (11) to which each tape (10) included is connected.
  • the support means (3) comprise at least a first (3) and a second hook (3) arranged in use diametrically opposed with respect to the width (12) of the door (4) or of the window (4) in such a way as to retain the barrage element (2) opposed to the direction of opening of the door or the window.
  • the winder (5) is arranged inside a frame (13) configured so that it can be hung to a wall.
  • two micro switches are included electrically connected to a position sensor of the bar in such a way as to indicate to the user the lifted or lowered position of the bar by means of a specific light.
  • such switches include a green light for indicating that the bar is lifted, a red light for indicating that the bar lies on the hooks (3), and an orange light for indicating the bar in the phase of movement.
  • a buffer battery can be further included for feeding the electric motor (6) in case of lack of home electric current.
  • an emergency servo-motor is included fed by a battery and that substitutes the primary motor in case of breakdown.
  • the barrage element (2) is a bar (2).
  • an anti-burglary device 1 is described in accordance with the present invention.
  • a barrage element 2 comprises a simple bar 2, for example made of steel or another material suitable for the purpose.
  • the bar results applicable opposed to the door from the inside in such a way as to create a barrage that impedes the opening of it.
  • the bar 2 is connected, by means of appropriate connection elements 10, to actuation means 5 that allow the vertical lifting and lowering of it.
  • said actuation means 5 comprise a winder 5 comprising an electric motor 6, for example for blinds, connected to a rotating shaft 7 and that serves for wrapping and unwrapping one or more tapes or wires 10 (of fabric or metal wire).
  • the wires 10 (in figure 1 two of them are shown) are connected to the bar 2 in such a way that through the rotation of the shaft 7 in one direction a winding of the wire 10 is obtained that determines a lifting of the bar, while an opposite direction of rotation implies a lowering of such bar.
  • steel tapes can be chosen, as already said, but also made of a sufficiently resistant nylon, or even suitable chains.
  • the two or more tapes 10 are arranged with respect to the bar 2 in such a way that the bar is lifted and lowered, keeping itself in a substantially horizontal balance position.
  • figure 3 shows a detail of connection of the tapes to the bar 2 through appropriate registers 11.
  • the positioning of each register with respect to the overall length of the bar is such by which the bar is not inclined during the movement.
  • more than two registers can be positioned (for example three, two laterally and one centrally) without for this moving apart from the present inventive concept. In this way, the load is distributed on a greater number of tapes, allowing to undersize them. Even a single tape could be used for the purpose, well-centred and appropriately dimensioned.
  • appropriate support means 3 comprise two or more elements in the shape of hooks 3 (for example L-shaped) and arranged in an opposed manner with respect to the width 12 that defines the opening into which the door or the window is installed.
  • Figure 1 just as a way of example and therefore not limiting for the invention, shows a door 4 that encloses such width 12. In this way, when the bar is arranged into said hooks 3, it is placed substantially close to the door, producing a barrage to the opening of it. The hooks 3 are therefore fixed to the wall on the side of the direction of opening of the door.
  • Figure 2 shows in detail the winder 5 configured for winding/unwinding the tapes 10 in such a way as to lift/lower the bar 2 from/towards the support means 3. To that aim, the winder results arranged above the hooks 3 and, preferably, above the width of opening of the door or the window.
  • the opening of the door is not impeded by the presence of the winder hung to the wall above the door and with a width maybe greater than that of the width of the door itself.
  • the winder 5 comprises the rotating motor 6, which activates the rotating shaft 7, and containing an electronic central unit with a high-precision electronic limit switch system.
  • the shaft has connected on it two or more pulleys 8 (for example three) around which the two or more tapes 10, respectively, wind and unwind.
  • Figure 2 shows the rotation axis 9 of the shaft. Any number of pulleys can be included arranged along the bar 2 on the basis of the number of tapes arranged.
  • the entire winder 5 is arranged into a containment frame similar to those of a wall conditioner, in such a way that they can be easily arranged on a wall above the door.
  • the motor further includes a radio frequency receiver of 433,92 MHz for the use of a control remote device with Rolling Code technology (with code at 64 bit, 18 billions of billions of combinations).
  • the user once the house has been closed, can activate the device for barring the door from the outside and can activate it again when he comes home to liberate the door and get into his house.
  • Figure 4 shows a section wherein the positioning of the bar with respect to the door or the window when placed into the hooks 3 is highlighted. It is therefore preferable that the hooks are such as to keep the bar in contact with the door for avoiding that shakes on the door during a burglary attempt cause the breakage of the hooks.
  • Such device 1 is provided with a central control unit 14 (as shown in figure 5 ) for activating manually the movement of the motor exactly as a blind for shops or garages.
  • the central control unit can be placed inside the house and/or externally in a hidden spot only known by the user/owner.
  • the central control unit 14 results connected to the motor through an electric wire.
  • the device described further includes the use of 2 micro switches capable of indicating to the user the position of the bar inside the house.
  • a green light indicates that the bar is placed in the split
  • a red light indicates that the bar lies on the L-shaped hooks
  • an orange light indicates that the bar is in movement independently of the fact that it is opening or closing.
  • Figure 8 shows a flowchart relative to further additional functioning safety.
  • it indicates a buffer battery for feeding the motor in case of lack of home electric current supply and an emergency servo-motor that substitutes the main motor in case of breakdown.
  • the servo-motor has a feeding battery of its own.
  • the motor can be controlled at a distance in such a way as to determine a rotation that causes the unwinding of the tapes and therefore the lowering of the bar.
  • the bar is lowered up to reaching the hooks in such a way as to bar the corresponding opening.
  • the directions of the arrows of figure 6 show the direction of unwinding of the tapes and therefore determine the rotation corresponding to the shaft 7.
  • both the containment frame 13 of the winder 5 and the door 4 have been indicated with a dotted line.
  • Subsequent figure 7 shows a re-winding phase that brings the bar 2 close to the winder and therefore externally to the width of the opening/closure of the door or of the window.
  • An user can therefore go out of the house and control at a distance through the remote control device the activation of the bar in such a way that it bars the door.
  • the remote control device When he comes home, always through the remote control device, it is possible to activate the lifting of it in such a way that the opening of the door is possible.
