Description

Toile pour la déstructuration de la lumière
La présente invention concerne une toile comprenant un support et une couche de déstructuration de la lumière caractérisé en ce que ladite couche comprend de la nacre ou une substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d'irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre. La présente invention concerne également les procédés permettant de produire ladite toile ainsi que l'utilisation de ladite toile pour produire des toiles de stores. Des toiles sont couramment utilisées pour protéger les individus des rayonnements solaires sous la forme de parasols ou de stores. Ces toiles techniques doivent idéalement permettre un fort rejet des rayons infrarouges et des rayons UV tout en permettant le passage de la lumière visible.
Les solutions disponibles actuellement dans le commerce concernent des toiles réalisées avec de la fibre de verre, de l'acrylique ou du polyester. Ce type de toile permet un rejet de 55% à 65% des infrarouges. On trouve également des produits nommés « store film » composés d'un film en polyester renfermant des particules d'aluminium rejetant jusqu'à 94% des infrarouges. Ces films sont également vendus sous la forme d' un film adhésif permettant de recouvrir les surfaces vitrées. On trouve également des textiles traités par des pigments et plus particulièrement des pigments métalliques. Ainsi, la demande de brevet EP0955404 propose une bande textile, fabriquée avec des fils composés de différents éléments possédant chacun un point de fusion différent, dont la surface est revêtue par une couche comprenant des pigments de nacre ou équivalent, comme de fines plaquettes de mica enrobées de dioxyde de titane.
Le brevet US6159875 décrit un produit occultant qui se caractérise par le fait que les deux faces du produit sont traitées par des pigments différents. Les pigments cités comprennent les pigments iridescent et opalescent comme les pigments à base de mica.
La demande WO2004035911 décrit un procédé de teinture ou d'impression de matériaux en fibre textiles consistant à appliquer en couche ou en teinture des pigments métalliques à bases d'oxydes de silicium.
La nature des produits utilisés pour la production de ces toiles limite leur spectre d'utilisation. De plus, même si les films contenant des particules métalliques permettent un bon rejet des rayons infrarouges, ils rejettent également la lumière visible opacifiant ainsi exagérément les surfaces couvertes.
Il existe donc un besoin pour des toiles ayant un large spectre d' utilisation et permettant le filtrage des rayons infrarouges et UV et interférant le moins possible avec la lumière visible.
Ainsi la présente invention propose de nouvelles toiles permettant d'obtenir un rejet des infrarouges pouvant aller jusqu'à 98% tout en permettant un passage satisfaisant de la lumière visible. La présente invention est basée sur les propriétés diffractive et réfractive de la nacre. Dans les procédés existants, la protection est obtenue par le rejet des infrarouges par réflexion sur des particules métalliques qui rejettent également la lumière visible. La toile selon l'invention comprend une couche de déstructuration de la lumière qui agit par diffraction et par réfraction. Une partie des rayonnements retourne vers la source de lumière, une autre partie, détournée de sa trajectoire perd de sa force en touchant la couche de déstructuration de la lumière de façon tangentielle. Le produit selon l'invention laisse passer une proportion plus importante de lumière visible que d'infrarouges. La nacre a une extraordinaire faculté pour casser la lumière, la taille de ses lamelles, proche de la longueur d'onde des rayonnements visés, diffracte la lumière. De plus, la disposition anarchique de ces lamelles réoriente les rayonnements dans toutes les directions.
Ainsi la présente invention propose notamment, une toile comprenant un support et une couche de déstructuration de la lumière caractérisée en ce que ladite couche comprend de la nacre ou une substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d'irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre. Toutes sortes de support peuvent être utilisées dans le cadre de l'invention. Le choix du support adéquat dépendra plus particulièrement de l'utilisation et de l'effet esthétique souhaités. Il pourra s'agir notamment d'un non-tissé ou d'un textile. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, la toile selon l'invention est remarquable en ce que le support est un non-tissé. Comme défini dans la norme iso9092, un non-tissé est un produit manufacturé, constitué d'un voile, d'une nappe ou d'un matelas de fibres quelles qu'elles soient, réparties directement ou au hasard et dont la cohésion interne est assurée par des méthodes mécaniques, physiques ou chimiques ou/et par combinaison de procédés (à l'exclusion du papier, et des produits obtenus par les autres procédés textiles) . Parmi les non-tissés utilisables dans le cadre de la présente invention, on peut citer les non-tissés composés en tout ou partie de fibres minérales, de fibres d'origine animales, de fibres végétales et/ou de fibres chimiques. Selon un mode de réalisation plus préféré ledit non-tissé est composé en tout ou partie de fibres végétales et selon un mode de réalisation encore plus préféré ledit non-tissé est un lin non-tissé.
La couche de déstructuration comprise dans la toile selon l'invention se distingue des anciens systèmes par le fait qu'elle peut être continue alors qu'il était obligatoirement laissé des espaces entre les particules réfléchissantes des toiles de l'art antérieur. Ainsi la couche de déstructuration de la lumière des toiles selon l'invention est préférentiellement continue. La toile selon l'invention comprend une couche de déstructuration de la lumière. Le terme « nacre » fait référence à la nacre sous ses différentes formes et notamment sous la forme de poudre de nacre. Par souci de clarté, il est précisé que le terme « poudre de nacre » ne fait pas référence à des pigments connus sous les noms de « poudre nacrée » ou « pigments nacrés ». Ces deux derniers produits correspondent à des pigments contenant du mica et des métaux tel que le titane, l'aluminium, le silicium, le potassium et le barium. Lesdites « poudre nacrée » ou « pigments nacrés » sont couramment utilisé dans les maquillages et les peintures afin d'obtenir des reflets irisés. Le déposant a pu mettre en évidence que les toiles selon l'invention présentaient une capacité à filtrer les rayons infrarouges et à transmettre la lumière visible très supérieure aux toiles de l'art antérieur comprenant des pigments nacrés et/ou des pigments métalliques.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ladite nacre est de la poudre de nacre. Parmi les poudres de nacre utilisables dans le cadre de l'invention, on peut citer notamment la poudre de nacre issue du broyage de l'intérieur des coquilles de mollusques.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, la substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d'irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre est une composition comprenant au moins 50% d' aragonite. Selon un mode de réalisation préférée, la toile selon l'invention ne contient pas de particules métalliques.
Selon un mode de réalisation tout à fait préféré, la toile selon l'invention ne contient ni particules métalliques, ni mica. On peut avantageusement combiner les propriétés liées à la présence de la couche de déstructuration de la lumière de la toile selon l'invention à ceux apportés par la présence de particules métalliques telles qu'utilisées dans les toiles de l'art antérieur. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la toile selon l'invention, comprend en outre une couche comprenant des particules métalliques et/ou de la poudre de pierre à aiguiser. Cette couche supplémentaire peut être indifféremment placée au dessus ou en dessous de la couche de déstructuration de la lumière. Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, les particules et/ou la poudre de pierre à aiguiser peut être comprise dans la couche de déstructuration de la lumière. Ainsi, la présente invention concerne une toile selon l'invention remarquable en ce que la couche de déstructuration de la lumière comprend en outre des particules métalliques ou des particules à reflets métalliques tel que produites par la poudre et/ou la pierre à aiguiser.
Les toiles selon l'invention peuvent être préparées selon plusieurs procédés de réalisation. Selon un mode de réalisation, les toiles selon l'invention sont produites par un procédé comprenant une étape consistant à imprégner un support dans une solution de nacre ou d'une substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d' irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre. Cette imprégnation peut être effectuée par trempage du support dans ladite solution. Elle peut également être obtenue par pulvérisation de ladite solution à la surface du support. Selon un autre mode de réalisation préféré, la nacre ou la substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d'irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre est incorporée, préalablement à la fabrication du support, dans la matière première composant ledit support. Ainsi, il a été constaté lors d'essais que la poudre de nacre simplement répandue en poussière dans des étoupes ou dans de la filasse de lin donnait un très bon résultat.
Les solutions de nacre utilisables dans le cadre du procédé selon l'invention peuvent avoir une concentration variable. Avantageusement, les demandeurs ont pu observer que des résultats particulièrement avantageux sont obtenus en utilisant une solution de poudre de nacre comprenant de 10 à 20% de poudre de nacre.
Les toiles selon l'invention ainsi que les toiles obtenues par un procédé selon l'invention peuvent entrer dans la fabrication de nombreux produits. Ainsi, la toile selon l'invention et/ou les toiles obtenues par un procédé selon l'invention peuvent être avantageusement utilisées pour la fabrication de produits rejetant les infrarouges comme les toiles de store, les toiles de tente et les vêtements.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Toile comprenant un support et une couche de déstructuration de la lumière caractérisée en ce que ladite couche comprend de la nacre ou une substance ayant des propriétés de diffractions ou d'irisation de la lumière, depuis la gamme des UV jusqu'à celle des IR, sensiblement identique à celle de la nacre.
2. Toile selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que ladite couche est incorporée dans la masse dudit support .
3. Toile selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que ledit support est un non-tissé.
4. Toile selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que ledit non-tissé est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les non-tissés composés en tout ou partie de fibres minérales, de fibres d'origine animales, de fibres végétales et de fibres chimiques.
5. Toile selon la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce que ledit non-tissé est un lin non-tissé.
6. Toile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que ladite couche de déstructuration de la lumière est continue.
7. Toile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend en outre une couche comprenant des particules métalliques et/ou des particules à reflets métalliques tel que produites par la poudre et/ou la pierre à aiguiser.
8. Toile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce que ladite couche de déstructuration de la lumière comprend en outre des particules métalliques et/ou de la poudre de pierre à aiguiser.
9. Procédé de préparation d'une toile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 comprenant une étape consistant à imprégner un support dans une solution de nacre.
10. Procédé de préparation selon la revendication 9 caractérisée en ce que ladite solution de nacre comprend de 10 à 20% de nacre.
11. Utilisation d'une toile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 ou d'une toile obtenue par un procédé selon la revendication 9 à 10 pour la fabrication de produits rejetant les infrarouges comme les toiles de store, les toiles de tente et les vêtements.
