Zum sicheren Aufsetzen und erleichterten Befestigen der Abschließvorrichtung 13 auf dem Schaltergehäuse 5 ist die zum Schaltergehäuse 5 weisende Außenkontur der Abschließvorrichtung 13 an das Schaltergehäuse 5 im Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnung 7 angepasst. Dem gleichen Zweck dienen eine Stegaufnahme 35, die neben der Durchtrittsöffnung 7 im Schaltergehäuse 5 ausgebildet ist, und ein der Stegaufnahme 35 angepasster Steg 33, der seitlich von der Abdeckhaube 15 ausgebildet ist. Zum einen sind auf der Schaltkulisse 9 die Gewindebohrung 11 und der Kipphebel 3 mit einem gewissen Winkel versetzt angeordnet. Die besagten Versätze zwischen der Gewindebohrung 11 und dem Kipphebel 3 einerseits und zwischen der Durchgangsbohrung 17 und der ersten Innenwand 45 anderseits sind zueinander in der Weise bemessen, dass lediglich in der Aus-Stellung sowohl der Kipphebel 3 von der Abdeckhaube 15 abgedeckt werden kann als auch die Durchgangsbohrung 17 sich in Flucht mit der Gewindebohrung 11 befindet, sodass ausschließlich in der Aus-Stellung die Kopfschraube 21 über die Durchgangsbohrung 17 in der Abschließvorrichtung 13 in die Gewindebohrung 11 zum Befestigen der Abschließvorrichtung 13 auf dem Schaltergehäuse 5 greifen kann. Claims (7)
- Circuit breaker with a locking device for a tilting lever provided for switching the circuit breaker on and off, wherein- a switch housing (5) enclosing the circuit breaker (1) comprises an opening (7) for the tilting lever (3),- an actuator mechanism (41) operatively connected to the main contacts of the circuit breaker (1) comprises a shifting gate (9) to which the tilting lever (3) protruding from the switch housing (5) is rigidly connected, the shifting gate (9) being rotatable about an axle (43) which is fixedly mounted opposite the switch housing (5),- the tilting lever (3) has at least two stable positions, and more specifically positions at least corresponding to the on-position and the off-position of the main contacts, wherein the tilting lever is in an intermediate-position different from the off-position, when the main contacts are welded, and- the locking device (13) which may be mounted on the switch housing (5) comprises a cover (15) which may enclose the tilting lever (3) in the off-position, the cover comprising at least one locking through hole opening (27) for holding a shackle lock (37) and being fastenable on the switch housing (5).characterized in that- the shifting gate (9) comprises near the tilting lever (3) a threaded hole (11) which is approximately radial in relation to the axle (43) and which can be accessed from the exterior through the switch housing (5) when the tilting lever is in the off-position,- the locking device (13) comprises near the cover (15) a through hole (17), through which a threaded shank (19) of a cap screw (21) extends to the shifting gate (9), the cap screw (21) being provided for fastening the locking device (13) on the switch housing (5),- the angle between the threaded hole (11) and the tilting lever (3) on the one hand, and, when the locking device (13) is mounted, the distance between the through hole (17) and a first inner wall (45) of the cover (15) that is closely opposite the tilting lever (3) in the off-position, on the other hand, are such that only when in the off-position, the tilting lever (3) is enclosed by the cover (15), and simultaneously the through hole (17) and the threaded hole (11) are aligned, and- the cap screw (21) tightened in the threaded hole (11) may be covered by a shackle (39) of the shackle lock (37) that has been inserted in the locking opening (27).
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the locking device (13), apart from the cap screw (21), is integrally formed.
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that two locking openings (27) between which the through hole may be accessed, extend on both sides of the cover (15), the locking openings (27) being formed as loops and being aligned with each other.
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal axis (29) of the through hole (17) and the longitudinal axis (31) of the at least one locking opening (27) intersect perpendicularly.
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tilting lever (3), when the locking device (13) is mounted and the main contacts are welded, is positioned closely opposite a second inner wall (45) of the cover (15), the second inner wall (47) being opposite a first inner wall.
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that an outer contour of the locking device (13) that is facing towards the switch housing (5) is correspondingly shaped in relation to the switch housing (5) in the area of opening (7).
- Circuit breaker with a locking device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that, laterally of the locking device (13) in the direction of switch housing (5), at least one bar (33) protrudes which may be inserted into a corresponding bar recess (35) in the switch housing (5), that is formed adjacent the opening (7).
