    - the angle between the threaded hole (11) and the tilting lever (3) on the one hand, and, when the locking device (13) is mounted, the distance between the through hole (17) and a first inner wall (45) of the cover (15) that is closely opposite the tilting lever (3) in the off-position, on the other hand, are such that only when in the off-position, the tilting lever (3) is enclosed by the cover (15), and simultaneously the through hole (17) and the threaded hole (11) are aligned, and
    - the cap screw (21) tightened in the threaded hole (11) may be covered by a shackle (39) of the shackle lock (37) that has been inserted in the locking opening (27).
  2. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the locking device (13), apart from the cap screw (21), is integrally formed.
  3. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that two locking openings (27) between which the through hole may be accessed, extend on both sides of the cover (15), the locking openings (27) being formed as loops and being aligned with each other.
  4. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal axis (29) of the through hole (17) and the longitudinal axis (31) of the at least one locking opening (27) intersect perpendicularly.
  5. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tilting lever (3), when the locking device (13) is mounted and the main contacts are welded, is positioned closely opposite a second inner wall (45) of the cover (15), the second inner wall (47) being opposite a first inner wall.
  6. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that an outer contour of the locking device (13) that is facing towards the switch housing (5) is correspondingly shaped in relation to the switch housing (5) in the area of opening (7).
  7. Circuit breaker with a locking device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that, laterally of the locking device (13) in the direction of switch housing (5), at least one bar (33) protrudes which may be inserted into a corresponding bar recess (35) in the switch housing (5), that is formed adjacent the opening (7).
