Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire protection element according to the preamble of claims 1 and 10 and a fire protection half-shell element according to the preamble of claim 13.
- Fire protection clothing of the type discussed here are known. They serve as clothing for steel or wooden supports as well as components for the formation of ventilation or cable ducts to prevent the spread of fire. They usually have a gypsum core, which is at least partially provided with a surface coating, in particular plasterboard. The good protective effect of gypsum building materials with Brandein effect is well known, so that will not be discussed here in detail.
- Conventional fire protection panels are made of gypsum plasterboard gypsum panels, which are formed as a corner element or which are composed of a plurality of substantially mutually perpendicular plates.
- the clothes designed as a corner element are preferably used because they have no joints accessible from the outside and are therefore far more fire-resistant in terms of their fire-protection properties - especially when exposed to fire from the outside.
- a disadvantage of the conventional constructed as a corner element plasterboard coated fire protection clothing elements of the known type is that they can not claim the highest fire protection class because of the outside or inside lying plasterboard.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to propose a fire protection clothing element, which is further improved fire protection technology.
- the fire protection element is used according to the invention, in particular for clothing of steel columns or as a component for the formation of ventilation or cable channels and is characterized by the fact that it comprises at least one formed as a corner plate having at least partially coated with glass fiber non-woven gypsum core.
- a basic idea of the present invention is thus to substantially increase the fire resistance of a bent or folded fire protection element, which is used in particular for cladding steel beams or the like or as a component for forming ventilation or cable ducts by the use of a glass fleece coating or glass fleece sheathing.
- a fire protection element which is U-shaped.
- the glass fleece is plaster-coated.
- the outer surface of the bent or folded plate is provided, especially in the bending areas with an intact glass fleece layer.
- This aspect is essential since glass fleece easily breaks or breaks, in particular in the bending areas, but on the other hand, an intact continuous glass fleece layer must be ensured, especially in the bending area, in order not to adversely affect the refractoriness.
- the surfaces and / or the longitudinal sides of the gypsum core are covered with glass fleece.
- the gypsum core is fiber-reinforced.
- the fire protection element has two formed as a corner element and nested plates, wherein at least the outer plate formed as a corner element has an at least partially coated with glass fabric gypsum core.
- the two plates are preferably formed as a corner element with a U-shaped cross-section.
- the fire protection element is used according to the invention in particular for clothing of steel columns or as a component for the formation of ventilation or cable channels and is characterized in that it comprises at least one plate formed as a corner element whose inner surface at least in the bending areas or folding areas with a film hinge acting metal coating is provided.
- Another basic idea of the present invention is therefore to prevent the plate from breaking in the bending regions, in that at least there a metal coating is provided which gives stability to the bending region, but at the same time decisively improves the fire protection properties.
- the metal coating preferably comprises aluminum. Furthermore, it can be provided to apply the metal coating over the entire surface of the inner surface. This can contribute to the fact that the evaporation of water of crystallization is inhibited or prevented especially with external exposure to fire, with the result that the gypsum cores or the fire exposure last longer.
- the fire protection shell element is used in particular for clothing steel supports or as a component for forming ventilation or cable ducts and has two nested sub-elements, each having a substantially U-shaped cross-section.
- Each sub-element preferably has, viewed in cross-section, in each case a short U-leg and a long U-leg.
- the two sub-elements are arranged to each other so that the short U-leg of a sub-element bears against the long U-leg of the other sub-element.
- An inner sub-element thus lies virtually with its outer surface on the inner surface of an outer sub-element.
- a circumferential stepped fold is formed, so that a completely closed fire protection clothing can be created by joining a fire protection half-shell element with another fire protection half-shell element.
- the two sub-elements in each case by a Connecting element are connected to each other, which preferably has a trapezoidal base viewed in cross-section.
- the fire protection half-shell element according to the invention By the fire protection half-shell element according to the invention, a particularly secure clothing or shuttering of steel columns or wooden supports and a component for the formation of ventilation ducts or cable ducts or the like is created.
- By simply joining preferably two identically designed fire protection half-shell elements it is possible in a simple manner to completely encase a steel support or a steel support or to form a ventilation duct or cable duct.
- the connecting elements in the corner regions between the sub-elements the fire protection half-shell element according to the invention is particularly stable.
- the two sub-elements can thereby be produced, in particular folded or bent so that they do not fit one another in a form-fitting manner, but rather can be positively connected to one another only by the trapezoidal connecting element.
- each sub-element can be manufactured in the simplest way.
- the fire protection half-shell element according to the invention can be particularly cost-effective and easy to manufacture already factory and allows a quick and easy installation.
- the fire protection half-shell element is designed to be particularly stable.
- the inner surface of the inner part element is provided with a metal, in particular aluminum coating.
- a metal in particular aluminum coating.
- the aluminum coating prevents glass fiber fleece, which is usually provided as a coating on the gypsum core forming the sub-elements, entering a ventilation duct, provided that it is delimited by a fire-resistant half-shell element of the type mentioned here.
- the metal or aluminum coating can prevent crystal water from volatilizing when exposed to fire, but inhibits or prevents the escape of water or expelled steam when exposed to fire from the outside, so that the overall fire resistance is increased.
- the two partial elements each preferably have a gypsum core, wherein the gypsum core of at least one partial element at least partially provided with a surface coating of glass fiber fleece.
- the gypsum cores are fiber-reinforced, so that they meet the highest fire stress.
- the two sub-elements may be arranged offset relative to one another. As a result, a stepped rebate is again formed, which ensures a secure overlapping connection of several fire protection half-shell elements in a longitudinal direction.
- the inner subelement seen in a longitudinal direction is shorter than the outer subelement.
- a stepped rebate is formed at least on one end region of the fire protection half-shell element.
- the length of the connecting element corresponds to the length of the outer partial element.
- the stability of the fire protection half-shell element can be further increased.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a cross section through a fire protection element and in particular by a fire protection half-shell element 1 according to the invention.
- the fire protection half-shell element 1 has a first outer sub-element 3 and a second inner sub-element 5, each having a substantially U-shaped cross-section and are arranged interleaved, as will be described in more detail below.
- the first sub-element 3 is formed by an outer plate formed as a corner element, while the second sub-element 5 is formed by an inner, formed as a corner element folded plate.
- Both sub-elements 3 and 5 each have a short U-leg 7 and a long U-leg 9.
- the two sub-elements 3 and 5 are arranged interleaved in such a way that in each case the short U-leg 7 of a sub-element bears against the long U-leg 9 of the other sub-element.
- Out Fig. 1 It is clear that the short U-leg 7 of the outer sub-element 3 rests against the long U-leg of the inner sub-element 5 and the short U-leg 7 of the inner sub-element 5 rests against the long U-leg of the outer sub-element 3.
- the fire protection half-shell element 1 has a length which extends in a longitudinal direction or in the Fig. 1 extends perpendicular to the image plane.
- the two sub-elements 3 and 5 need not be the same length in the longitudinal direction. Rather, it can be provided that the inner sub-element 5 is shorter than the outer sub-element 3, so that in the longitudinal direction a stepped rebate between the outer sub-element 3 and the inner sub-element 5 is formed.
- the partial elements 3 and 5 can preferably also be of the same length, but displaced longitudinally by one dimension x, so that the fire protection half-shell elements each form a stepped rebate at both ends. In this way, several fire protection half-shell elements 1 can be connected overlapping each other in the longitudinal direction. A compound of several fire protection half-shell elements 1 is thus particularly safe.
- the Fig. 1 makes it clear that the first outer sub-element 3 and the second inner sub-element 5 by the arrangement shown there with the short and long U-legs 7 and 9 also devisnfalze 15 and 15 'form, which extend perpendicular to the image plane.
- a fire protection full shell element simply two preferably identical fire protection half-shell elements 1 can be joined together in an overlapping manner such that a stepped rebate 15 'interacts with a stepped rebate 15.
- the two outer sub-elements 3 of two fire protection half-shell elements form a closed channel as well as the then assembled inner sub-elements 5, which enclose a steel support or the like.
- the short legs 7 of the two partial elements 3 and 5 are preferably the same length. The same applies to the legs 9 of the sub-elements 3 and 5. Only then it is ensured that when joining two identical fire protection half-shell elements two nested closed in a circumferential direction and coaxially arranged channels are created.
- the inner surface 17 of the inner curved plate or of the inner partial element 5 is at least partially provided with a metal coating, in particular with an aluminum coating.
- the metal coating forms in the folding areas, i. in the inner corners of the U-shaped plate a film hinge.
- the coating extends over the entire inner surface of the inner sub-element 5. In this way, on the one hand prevents the plate during the bending process through the glass fleece coating and subsequently breaks it, and on the other hand prevents glass fleece escapes into a ventilation duct if the fire protection half-shell element is provided for such.
- the inner sub-element 5 can be connected to the outer sub-element 3 in a suitable manner with each other, in particular glued together.
- the dimensions of the fire protection half-shell element 1 can be adjusted accordingly depending on the purpose. It is understood that the dimensions of the inner sub-element 5 and the outer sub-element 3 must be adapted to each other such that the inner sub-element 5 is at least partially positively inserted into the outer sub-element 3.
- the Fig. 1 makes it clear that in the corner regions 19, 19 'of the sub-elements 3 and 5 no direct connection between the two sub-elements, but these are connected by connecting elements 21 and 21' together.
- the connecting elements are three-dimensional bodies which extend in the longitudinal direction of the fire protection half-shell element 1, ie perpendicular to the image plane and have a trapezoidal cross-section.
- the connecting elements also preferably have a gypsum-coated gypsum core.
- the connecting elements 21, 21 'each have, viewed in cross section, two legs 23, a short base side 25 and a long base side 27.
- the connecting elements 21, 21 'bear with their legs 23 and their base side 25 against the inner surface of the outer part element 3 and with the long base side 27 against the outer surface of the inner part element 5.
- the connecting elements 21 and 21 ' are preferably formed as long as the outer sub-element 3. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to adapt the connecting elements only to the length of the inner sub-element 5.
- the outer sub-element 3 has at each end of each leg 7 and 9 respectively two folding or bending areas, in particular bending edges 29 and 29 '. Along the bending edges extending in a longitudinal direction, the integrally formed outer sub-element 3 is bent, as will be described later with reference to FIGS FIGS. 2 and 3 will be explained in more detail.
- the outer sub-element 3 is provided with V-shaped grooves, which in the Fig. 1 are no longer recognizable by the U-shaped bent state of the outer part element 3.
- the inner sub-element 5 has at one end of each leg 7 and 9 only a folding or bending region, in particular a bending edge 31, which is provided on the inner surface 17 of the inner sub-element 5.
- this thus has two V-shaped grooves formed by the bending or folding of the inner sub-element 5, as shown in FIG Fig. 1 shown to be extended to an angle of 180 °.
- Fig. 2 shows a schematic sectional view of the inner sub-element 5 in a non-bent or unfolded ground state.
- the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals, so far as the description to Fig. 1 is referenced.
- Fig. 2 discernible are the bending areas or bending edges 31 of the inner sub-element 5, which extend along a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the image plane and are arranged substantially parallel to one another.
- the bending edges 31 are formed by the groove bottom of V-shaped grooves 33, which extend from the outer surface 35 of the inner part element 5 in the direction of the inner surface 17 of the inner part element 5.
- the grooves 33 are formed so that the bending edge 31 remains on the groove base.
- the grooves 33 preferably have an angle of substantially 90 °.
- the entire inner surface 17 of the inner partial element 5 is preferably provided with a metal coating, in particular with an aluminum coating.
- the aluminum coating acts as a film hinge, so that the inner sub-element 5 does not fall apart by the folding or bending of the legs 7 and 9 and also thereafter, even if the porous Glass fleece coating of the bending edges 31 should break during the bending process.
- the aluminum layer can be applied by suitable means. It is also conceivable, in particular, to apply an aluminum layer, in particular an aluminum foil, to the inner surface 17.
- the legs 7 and 9 are bent in the direction of the arrows 37 and 39 as long as until they are arranged at an angle of 90 ° to a base 41 of the inner sub-element 5 are.
- the two legs 7 and 9 are then arranged parallel to each other.
- the grooves 33 are virtually widened until they have an angle of 180 °.
- the base surfaces of the grooves 33 then form a flat surface or the base surfaces of the grooves 33 are then arranged in a common plane E.
- Fig. 3 shows a schematic sectional view of the outer plate or the outer part element 3 in a ground state, ie in a non-bent or folded state.
- the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals, so far as to the description of the FIGS. 1 and 2 is referenced to avoid repetition.
- Fig. 3 recognizable are the bends 29 and 29 '.
- the outer sub-element 3 thus has a total of four folding or bending areas, which are formed by the groove bottom of four pairs of grooves 43 and 43 '.
- the grooves 43 and 43 'of the outer sub-element 5 extend in a longitudinal direction, i. perpendicular to the image plane substantially parallel in the outer sub-element 3.
- the grooves can be introduced in the inner sub-element 5 and also in the outer sub-element 3 by suitable means in the gypsum boards, for example, are milled.
- the grooves 43 or 43 ' preferably extend from an inner surface 45 into the outer subelement 5, so that the bending edges 29 and 29' remain in place. Due to the total of four grooves, the outer sub-element 5 is virtually divided into five contiguous sections. Between each two of the grooves 43 and 43 'remain webs 47, which are displaced upon bending or folding of the outer part element 3 in its final U-shape together with the legs 7 and 9 in the direction of the arrows 37 and 39.
- the Glasvliesummantelung which is particularly provided in the region of the bending points or bending edges 29, 29 'on the gypsum core, despite its relatively porous structure after the bending process of the plate or the sub-element 3 in the region of the bends completely intact and has no cracks or like that.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 make the FIGS. 2 and 3 clear that in the production of the U-shaped outer sub-element 3, the grooves 43, 43 'are closed, while in the production of the U-shaped inner part element 5 are still enlarged.
- the bending of the two sub-elements 3 and 5 thus takes place, so to speak, in a complementary manner.
- the resulting space in the corner regions 19, 19 'between the sub-elements 3 and 5 is filled according to the invention with the connecting element 21 and 21', whereby on the one hand, the second sub-element 5 can be produced in a particularly simple manner and on the other hand, the fire protection half-shell element 1 increased Stability.
- fire protection half-shell element 1 and the fire protection elements 3 and 5 shown there are preferably carried out the following steps:
- a first partial element 3 and a second partial element 5 are produced in this way or two glass-fiber-coated gypsum boards are processed in such a way that they have a substantially U-shaped cross section.
- the U-shaped second sub-element 5 is then inserted into the first sub-element 3.
- the first and the second sub-element in corner areas 19, 19 ' by means of a trapezoidal in cross-section connecting element 21, 21' (indirectly) connected together so that a shorter base side 25 and the legs 23 of the connecting element 21 and 21 'on the Inner surface of the first outer sub-element 3 and the longer base side 27 of the connecting element on the outer surface of the second inner sub-element 5 abut positively.
- V-shaped grooves 43 and 43 ' arranged parallel to one another in a longitudinal direction are introduced into a first plate, namely into a first outer sub-element 3, each enclosing an angle of 45 °, and in each case two grooves 43 and 43 'are arranged adjacent to each other.
- the inner sub-element 5 can be introduced into the outer sub-element 3, wherein the two sub-elements 3 and 5 in the corner regions 19 and 19 'by connecting elements 21, 21' be joined together to ultimately achieve a positive connection of the two elements by means of the connecting element.
- the present invention provides fire protection elements and a fire protection half-shell element which are particularly simple and inexpensive to produce and particularly easy to assemble and which, moreover, meet the highest fire protection requirements due to the glass fleece covering. Furthermore, the fire protection half-shell element is formed by the connection of the inner and the outer sub-element by means of the connecting elements 21 and 21 'particularly stable. By the stepped folds 15, 15 ', which extend along the fire protection half-shell element 1, it is ensured that a plurality of fire protection half-shell elements can be connected to one another in such a way that a protection is provided which meets the highest fire loads. The same applies in the longitudinal direction through which preferably also in the longitudinal direction, d. H. at the front ends, provided corresponding Jardinnfalze.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- eine schematische Schnittdarstellung eines Brandschutzhalbschalenelements gemäß der Erfindung;
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
Fig. 1 senkrecht zur Bildebene erstreckt.
Fig. 2 und 3 noch näher erläutert wird.
- In
Fig. 2 erkennbar sind die Biegebereiche bzw.
- In
Fig. 3 erkennbar sind die Biegestellen 29 bzw. 29'. Das außenliegende Teilelement 3 weist also insgesamt vier Falt- bzw.
