Claims (10)
- Procédé de production de moufles de four (10; 52), consistant à:(a) fournir un plancher de moufle (12; 60), une paroi supérieure de moufle (14), deux parois latérales de moufle opposées (16; 32) et une paroi arrière de moufle (18; 62),(b) doter lesdites parois latérales de moufle (16; 32) d'un moyen permettant de supporter des plateaux de préparation culinaire à une pluralité de hauteurs distinctes, en variante(i) en formant d'un seul tenant une pluralité de pistes (34; 54) dans les parois latérales du moufle (32), ou(ii) en fournissant pour chaque paroi latérale de moufle (16) une crémaillère de plateau (20) comprenant une pluralité de pistes et en fournissant un moyen (28, 30, 40) permettant d'attacher lesdites crémaillères auxdites parois latérales de moufle; et(c) connecter ladite paroi arrière de moufle (18; 62) audit plancher de moufle (12; 60), à ladite paroi supérieure de moufle (14) et auxdites parois latérales de moufle (16; 32);ledit procédé permet de sélectionner un dimensionnement et une mise en forme pour les composants du moufle de four (10; 52) de manière à ce que la largeur d'ouverture pour l'insertion des plateaux au niveau du moyen de support de plateau de parois latérales de moufle (16; 32) opposées soit indépendante du choix effectué à l'étape (b), afin d'obtenir la même largeur d'ouverture pour l'insertion des plateaux dans ledit moufle de four par rapport à un moufle de four dans lequel une crémaillère de plateau (20) est prévue,
caractérisé en ce que
lesdites crémaillères de plateau (20) fournies à l'étape (b) (ii) sont constituées de barres métalliques, et au moins un plateau supplémentaire (36) étant formé dans la paroi latérale du moufle (32) à l'étape (b) (i), ledit plateau (36) ayant une hauteur (58) qui correspond au diamètre desdites barres métalliques. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, à l'étape (b) (i), lesdites pistes (34; 54) sont formées par emboutissage profond d'une pluralité de plateaux allongés (56) qui sont soulevés vers l'intérieur du moufle de four (10; 52), le jeu entre les plateaux adjacents définissant les pistes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel, dans l'étape (b) (i), l'au moins un plateau supplémentaire (36) est formé dans la paroi latérale du moufle (32), la hauteur (58) dudit plateau (36) correspond à l'étendue (44) par laquelle une crémaillère de plateau (20) rétrécit la largeur d'ouverture entre les parois latérales de moufle (16) opposées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le même plancher de moufle (12; 60), la même paroi supérieure de moufle (14) et la même paroi arrière de moufle (18, 62) sont utilisés pour produire des moufles de four comprenant l'un ou l'autre type de moyens de support de plateau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel un plateau unique (36) est formé dans la paroi latérale du moufle (32), dans lequel est formée ladite pluralité de pistes (34; 54).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape (b) (ii) comprend la fourniture d'un moyen (28, 30, 40) permettant d'attacher de manière amovible lesdites crémaillères (20) auxdites parois latérales de moufle (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, pour produire un moufle de four (52) dans lequel une pluralité de pistes (34; 54) est formée d'un seul tenant dans les parois latérales du moufle (32), on utilise un plancher du moufle (12), une paroi supérieure du moufle (14) et une paroi arrière du moufle (18), qui ont une largeur inférieure à celle d'un plancher du moufle, d'une paroi supérieure du moufle et d'une paroi arrière du moufle qui sont utilisés pour produire un moufle muni de crémaillères de plateau (34; 54).
- Moufle de four (10; 52) qui est obtenu selon le procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7.
- Four, comprenant:a) un moufle de four (10; 52) tel que défini dans la revendication 9; et(b) au moins un plateau de préparation culinaire, dans lequel le plateau de préparation culinaire a une largeur standard unique, quel que soit le type de moyen de support de plateau.
- Four selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit plateau de préparation culinaire comprend une plaque de cuisson, un support de cuisson, un plateau ou une crémaillère.
