Abstract
Eine lichtdurchlässige Kochplatte weist mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum auf, welcher mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar ist. Das Induktionskochfeld weist mindestens eine solche Kochplatte auf. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Kochplatte weist mindestens die folgenden Schritte auf: (a) Entlüften des Hohlraums; (b) Befüllen des Hohlraums mit dem mindestens einen Leuchtmittel; und (c) Versiegeln des Hohlraums.

Beschreibung
Strahler für ein Haushaltsgerät
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Strahler für ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere für einen Ofen, ein Haushaltsgerät mit mindestens einem Strahler und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Strahlers.
Zum Backen von Lebensmitteln mittels Infrarot (IR)-Strahlung sind Widerstandsheizkörper bekannt, die in einem Garraum eines Backofens angeordnet sind.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine besonders präzise, flexible und effiziente Möglichkeit zur Erzeugung von Strahlung bei Haushaltsgeräten bereitzustellen, insbesondere zum Backen.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß den Merkmalen der unabhängigen Patentansprüche gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich auch aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Der Strahler für ein Haushaltsgerät weist mindestens einen Hohlraum auf, welcher mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist. Das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel ist mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds, insbesondere eines magnetischen Wechselfelds, zur Emission von Strahlung, insbesondere zur Emission von Infrarotstrahlung, anregbar.
Der Strahler ist insbesondere als ein Infrarotstrahler und/oder als ein Licht- oder Leuchtstrahler ausgeführt. Das Leuchtmittel kann beispielsweise ein Infrarotleuchtmittel sein. Entsprechend kann die Strahlung eine Infrarotstrahlung umfassen.
Dieser Strahler weist die Vorteile auf, dass das Leuchtmittel zeitnah angeregt wird und das Leuchtmittel somit Wärme schnell abgeben kann. Genauso wird eine Wärmeabgabe bei einem Ausschalten des Anregungsfelds zeitnah beendet. Folglich kann ein Wärmeeintrag sehr präzise und direkt gesteuert werden. Zudem ist die Anregung des Leuchtmittels in dem Hohlraum besonders zuverlässig und effizient. Auch sind verschiedene, insbesondere einfach umsetzbare, Variationen für den Hohlraum möglich. Dies bedingt ein entsprechend hohes Maß an Designflexibilität.
Eine Ausgestaltung ist es, dass ein Strahler mit mindestens einem Hohlraum zumindest teilweise, insbesondere vollständig, von einem glasartigen Körper umgeben ist. Der glasartige Körper kann ein Körper aus Glas, aus Glaskeramik oder einer Kombination aus beiden sein. Durch seine einfache Integrierbarkeit ist der Strahler flexibel einsetzbar. Weiterhin kann der den Hohlraum umgebende Körper jedes andere lichtdurchlässige, insbesondere infrarotdurchlässige, und bevorzugt hochtemperaturbeständige Material umfassen, z.B. eine transparente Keramik oder einen Kunststoff. Der Körper kann aus nicht-opakem Material hergestellt sein.
Zur Einsparung von Gewicht und Bauhöhe bei gleichzeitig großflächiger
Wärmeabstrahlung kann ein Strahler mit einem plattenförmigen glasartigen Körper eingesetzt werden. Insbesondere kann der mindestens eine Hohlraum flächig ausgeführt sein.
Auch ist es eine Ausgestaltung, dass der Hohlraum elektrodenlos ausgeführt ist.
In diesem Fall kann das in dem Hohlraum vorhandene mindestens eine IR-Leuchtmittel mittels eines externen Anregungsfelds ähnlich dem Wirkprinzip einer Nullode angeregt werden. Eine solche Ausführungsform ist besonders langlebig und zuverlässig.
Der Strahler kann mindestens ein Anregungsmittel zur Erzeugung des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds aufweisen, z.B. einen Hochfrequenz (HF)- Generator.
Zur einfachen und preiswerten Anregung des Leuchtmittels, insbesondere, falls in mindestens einem Hohlraum keine Elektrode vorhanden ist, kann das elektromagnetische Anregungsfeld vorzugsweise mittels mindestens einer Spule erzeugt werden. Insoweit kann das Anregungsmittel mindestens eine Spule aufweisen.
Falls kein oder kein ausreichend starkes externes Anregungsfeld erzeugbar ist oder ein externes Anregungsmittel zu teuer oder zu großvolumig ist, kann in mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum mindestens eine Elektrode, vorzugsweise zwei oder mehr Elektroden, zur Erzeugung des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds eingeführt sein bzw. werden.
Als Leuchtmittel können sämtliche geeigneten Leuchtmittel, insbesondere Infrarotleuchtmittel, verwendet werden, welche unter einem elektromagnetischen
Anregungsfeld zum Leuchten z.B. im Infrarotbereich, insbesondere im nahen Infrarotbereich (NIR), anregbar sind, und zwar einzeln oder in einer Zusammensetzung oder Mischung.
Insbesondere kann das Leuchtmittel ein Edelgas oder eine Kombination von
Edelgasen aufweisen. Dies ist von Vorteil, da Edelgase ungiftig und inert sind. Es sind grundsätzlich aber auch andere Leuchtmittel denkbar, z.B. Quecksilber oder Quecksilberverbindungen, Halogene, Kohlendioxid oder feste Leuchtmittel (z.B. phosphorbasierte Leuchtmittel).
Es kann für eine besonders effektive Lebensmittelerwärmung ein Strahler eingesetzt werden, bei dem die ausgesandte Strahlung ein Maximum bei einer Wellenlänge aufweist, die eine besonders gute Durchdringung für Lebensmittel erlaubt. Beispielsweise kann die Strahlung ein Maximum in einem Bereich um 1 ,3 μm haben.
Insgesamt kann ein Strahler eingesetzt werden, der einen Großteil (z.B. mehr als 50%) seiner Energie z.B. im Infrarotbereich, insbesondere im nahen Infrarotbereich, abstrahlt.
Auch ist es möglich, dass das Leuchtmittel einen Teil seiner Strahlungsenergie in Form von sichtbarem Licht emittiert, so dass die Wärmestrahlungsfläche von einem Benutzer optisch gut erkannt und ggf. vermieden werden kann. Dies erhöht die Bedienungssicherheit.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe ist ein Haushaltsgerät vorgesehen, das mindestens einen Strahler wie beschrieben aufweist.
Das Haushaltsgerät weist vorzugsweise einen Garraum auf (z.B. einen Herd, einen Einbaubackofen oder einen Mikrowellenofen), wobei an oder in mindestens einer Wand des Garraums mindestens ein Strahler angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann insbesondere zum Backen der Strahler ein im Garraum befindliches Lebensmittel erwärmen, und zwar allein oder zusammen mit herkömmlich vorhandenen Erwärmungsmitteln, wie einem Unterhitzeheizkörper, einem Oberhitzeheizkörper, einer Umluftheizung, einer Mikrowellenerzeugungseinheit usw.
Das Haushaltsgerät kann auch ein Kochfeld mit einer Kochzone aufweisen, z.B. ein einzelnes Kochfeld oder einen Herd, wobei mindestens ein Strahler mindestens einer
Kochzone zur Erwärmung eines auf der Kochzone befindlichen Gargeschirrs einsetzbar ist.
Beispielsweise kann der Hohlraum in oder an der Kochplatte des Kochfelds angeordnet sein und kann aus Sicherheitsgründen oder zur Information eines Benutzers auch sichtbares Licht abstrahlen.
Beispielsweise kann durch den Hohlraum eine Kochzone bestimmt sein.
Weiterhin wird zur Lösung der Aufgabe ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Strahlers wie hierin beschrieben angegeben, umfassend die Schritte:
(a) Entlüften des Hohlraums, vorzugsweise mittels einer Vakuumpumpe bis in einen Druckbereich zwischen 10"1 atm und 10"5 atm;
(b) Befüllen des Hohlraums mit dem mindestens einen IR-Leuchtmittel; und (c) (hermetisches) Versiegeln des Hohlraums.
Auch ist es möglich, dass zuvor der Hohlraum in einen insbesondere glasartigen Körper eingebracht wird. Dies kann z.B. durch Laserbearbeitung mit einem Brennpunkt innerhalb des Körpers erfolgen, da so ein Fügevorgang mit entstehenden Fügeflächen vermieden wird.
Weiterhin kann zur einfachen Bearbeitung des Körpers ein Verfahren eingesetzt werden, das den Schritt eines Einbringens mindestens einer Aussparung in eine Unterseite des Körpers und ein folgendes Bedecken der freien Öffnung der Aussparung mit einer Abdeckung, insbesondere mittels Verklebens der offenen Fläche mit einer Glasplatte, aufweist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen dargestellt und erläutert. Dabei können zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit gleiche oder gleichwirkende Elemente mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sein.

Fig.3b zeigt in Draufsicht von oben die Glaskeramikplatte aus Fig.3a.
Bei dem nachfolgend beispielhaft beschriebenen Infrarotstrahler kann es sich um jedweden Strahler handeln, insbesondere um einen beliebigen Licht- oder Leuchtstrahler.
Fig.1a zeigt in Draufsicht von oben eine IR-transparente Glaskeramikplatte 1 eines Strahlers, insbesondere eines Infrarot- bzw. Wärmestrahlers, in der eine rechteckige Wärmestrahlungszone 2 mit Länge 11 und Breite 12 eingebracht ist.
Fig.1 b zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht den Wärmestrahler 17 mit der Glaskeramikplatte 1 entlang der Schnittlinie A-A aus Fig.1a. Die Wärmestrahlungszone 2 wird mittels eines vollständig vom Material der Glaskeramikplatte 1 umgebenen zusammenhängenden Hohlraums 3 definiert, der als Infrarotstrahlungsbereich wirkt. Dazu ist der Hohlraum 3 mit mindestens einem Infrarotleuchtmittel (nicht gezeigt) gefüllt, das in einem elektromagnetischen Anregungsfeld zur Emission von Wärmestrahlung angeregt wird.
Zur Erzeugung des Anregungsfelds befindet sich unterhalb des Hohlraums 3 eine Spule 4 und generiert ein nach oben (in z-Richtung) in den Hohlraum 3 gerichtetes magnetisches Wechselfeld. Mittels des magnetischen Wechselfelds wird das mindestens eine Infrarotleuchtmittel, das hier in Form eines oder mehrerer Edelgase vorgesehen ist, ionisiert und gibt bei Rekombination unter anderem IR-Licht einer Wellenlänge in einem Bereich um 1 ,3 μm ab, welches zumindest teilweise durch die Glaskeramikplatte 1 an deren Oberseite 5 dringt. Der Hohlraum 3 kann ähnlich einer Nulloden-Leuchtröhre funktionieren. Auf der Oberseite 5 kann die Wärmestrahlung an ein auf der Wärmestrahlungszone 2 abgestelltes Gargeschirr übertragen werden. Zur
effektiven Wärmeabstrahlung an die Oberseite 5 kann unterhalb des Hohlraums 3 ein IR-Reflektor (ohne Abb.) vorhanden sein, der für das Anregungsfeld weitgehend durchlässig ist. Der Hohlraum 3 weist zur Stabilitätserhöhung, insbesondere zum Schutz vor einem Bruch der oberen Hohlraumwand, parallel und äquidistant angeordnete Rippen 6 auf.
Zur Kenntlichmachung der Wärmestrahlungszone 2 für einen Benutzer strahlt das Infrarotleuchtmittel auch Licht im sichtbaren Bereich ab, so dass die Wärmestrahlungszone 2 farbig bzw. erkennbar leuchtet. Die Wellenlänge des abgestrahlten sichtbaren und/oder Infrarot-Lichts kann jeweils durch eine Art des Leuchtmittels, einen Druck im Hohlraum und/oder mittels einer Anregungsfrequenz eingestellt werden.
Zur Herstellung der Glaskeramikplatte 1 wird zunächst eine ohne den Hohlraum 3 versehene Glaskeramikplatte durch ein Laserbearbeitungsverfahren bearbeitet, bei dem der Laser in der Glaskeramikplatte fokussiert wird und dort den Hohlraum 3 erzeugt. Weiterhin kann ein Durchgangsloch (nicht gezeigt) zwischen dem Hohlraum 3 und der Außenseite erzeugt werden. Über das Durchgangsloch kann der Hohlraum mit Hilfe einer Vakuumpumpe entlüftet werden durch Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks in einem Bereich von 10"1 atm und 10"5 atm. Dann kann ein Infrarotleuchtmittel, z.B. ein Edelgas oder ein Edelgasgemisch, durch dieses Durchgangsloch in den Hohlraum 3 eingelassen werden, bis im Hohlraum 3 ein vergleichsweise geringerer Unterdruck herrscht. Danach wird das Durchgangsloch hermetisch versiegelt, z.B. mittels eines Glasklebers.
Fig.2a zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine mit einem anderen Verfahren hergestellte Glaskeramikplatte 7 in einem ersten Herstellungsschritt. In diesem Herstellungsschritt ist die Glaskeramikplatte 7 zunächst noch in einen oberen Teil 8 und eine untere dünne Abdeckplatte 9 zweigeteilt. In die der Abdeckplatte 9 gegenüberliegenden Seite des oberen Teils 8 ist eine rechteckige Aussparung 10 mittels eines oberflächenabtragenden Bearbeitungsverfahrens eingebracht worden, z.B. mittels Laserablation, Sandstrahlbearbeitung, Wasserstrahlbearbeitung, Mikrozerspanens usw.
Nach Einbringung der Aussparung 10 wird die Abdeckplatte 9, wie in Fig.2b gezeigt, in einem folgenden Herstellungsschritt in der in Fig.2a angedeuteten Pfeilrichtung auf die Unterseite des oberen Teils 8 aufgesetzt und mit dieser fest verbunden, so dass sich
mit den Aussparungen 10 ein unterdruckfester Hohlraum 11 bildet. Der obere Teil 8 und die Abdeckplatte 9 bilden somit die Glaskeramikplatte 7.
Fig.3a zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine gemäß einem weiteren Verfahren hergestellte Glaskeramikplatte 12, auf deren Unterseite ein separat hergestelltes Glaskeramikelement 13 hervorsteht, das mit einem massiven oberen Plattenteil 14 (insbesondere untrennbar) verbunden ist und das einen IR- leuchtstoffbefüllten Hohlraum 15 aufweist.
Fig.3b zeigt in Draufsicht von oben die Glaskeramikplatte 12 mit dem
Glaskeramikelement 13 aus Fig.3a. Das Glaskeramikelement 13 und ein oberes Plattenteil 14 bilden beispielhaft die Glaskeramikplatte 12. Im Gegensatz zu den Formen der in Fig.1 und in Fig.2 gezeigten Hohlräumen 3 bzw. 1 1 ist eine untere Außenkontur 16 des Glaskeramikelements 13 und damit des Hohlraums 15 stufenförmig ausgeführt und erzeugt dadurch für einen Benutzer an der Oberseite 5 ein ähnliches sichtbares Muster wie die Hohlräume 3 bzw. 11.
Die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele weisen unter anderem die Vorteile auf, dass Wärme an der Wärmestrahlungszone (siehe z.B. Bezugszeichen 2 in Fig.1 b) effizient erzeugt und schnell an- bzw. abgeschaltet werden kann.
Da zudem der als Infrarotstrahlungsbereich wirkende Hohlraum in die Glaskeramikplatte integrierbar ist und insbesondere vollständig in Glaskeramik realisierbar ist, ist die Glaskeramikplatte einfach und flexibel einsetzbar. Auch ist die Form des Hohlraums variabel und erlaubt somit ein hohes Maß an Designflexibilität.
Selbstverständlich ist die vorliegende Erfindung nicht auf die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. So kann als Infrarotleuchtmittel auch Quecksilber, Phosphor oder andere nichtgasförmige Stoffe verwendet werden. Zudem ist das Infrarotleuchtmittel nicht auf Edelgase als Leuchtgase beschränkt. Beispielsweise sind auch Halogene, Halogenmischungen oder Kohlenstoffdioxid einsetzbar.
Alternativ oder zusätzlich zur Anregung des Infrarotleuchtmittels mittels einer Einstrahlung eines elektromagnetischen Felds, insbesondere eines magnetischen Wechselfeldes, können auch Elektroden in den Hohlraum eingebracht sein, um das Anregungsfeld zu erzeugen. Diese Ausführungsform ist unabhängig von Lage und Stärke einer externen Anregungsquelle.
Weiterhin ist es möglich, einen oder mehrere infrarotleuchtmittelbefüllte Hohlräume pro Kochzone oder Kochfeld vorzusehen. Auch sind elektrodenlose Hohlräume und mit Elektroden ausgerüstete Hohlräume einzeln oder gemeinsam für eine Kochplatte oder Kochzone einsetzbar.
Statt Glaskeramik kann auch jedes andere IR-durchlässige und vorzugsweise wärmebeständige Material verwendet werden, wie Glas, Kunststoff oder Keramik.
Ferner ist die Form des mindestens einen Hohlraums nicht auf eine offene, eine geschlossene oder eine eckige Grundform beschränkt. Insbesondere mag der mindestens eine Hohlraum auch oval oder ringförmig ausgestaltet sein. Auch können ein oder mehrere Hohlräume kugel-, tropfen- oder strichförmig ausgestaltet sein.

Claims
1. Strahler (17) für ein Haushaltsgerät, aufweisend mindestens einen Hohlraum (3; 1 1 ; 15), der mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen
Anregungsfelds zur Emission von Strahlung anregbar ist.
2. Strahler (17) nach Anspruch 1 , bei dem das Leuchtmittel ein Infrarotleuchtmittel umfasst und bei dem die Strahlung eine Infrarotstrahlung umfasst.
3. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens ein Hohlraum (3; 11 ; 15) zumindest teilweise, insbesondere vollständig, von einem glasartigen Körper (1 ; 8, 9; 13) umgeben ist.
4. Strahler (17) nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der glasartige Körper (1 ; 8, 9) plattenförmig ist.
5. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der mindestens eine Hohlraum (3; 1 1 ; 15) flächig ausgebildet ist.
6. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem in mindestens einem Hohlraum (3; 1 1 ; 15) keine Elektrode eingeführt ist.
7. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend mindestens ein Anregungsmittel (4) zur Erzeugung des elektromagnetischen
Anregungsfelds.
8. Strahler (17) nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, bei dem das elektromagnetische Anregungsfeld mittels mindestens einer Spule als Anregungsmittel (4) erzeugbar ist.
9. Strahler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem in mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum mindestens eine Elektrode zur Erzeugung des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds eingeführt ist.
10. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel ein Edelgas aufweist.
11. Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die ausgesandte Strahlung ein Maximum bei einer Wellenlänge in einem Bereich um 1 ,3 μm aufweist.
12. Haushaltsgerät mit mindestens einem Strahler (17) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
13. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 12, das einen Garraum aufweist, wobei an mindestens einer Wand des Garraums mindestens ein Strahler (17) angeordnet ist.
14. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 12, das ein Kochfeld mit einer Kochzone aufweist, wobei mindestens ein Strahler (17) mindestens einer Kochzone zur Erwärmung eines auf der Kochzone befindlichen Gargeschirrs zugeordnet ist.
15. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 14, bei dem das Leuchtmittel auch sichtbares Licht ausstrahlt und das abgestrahlte sichtbare Licht durch eine Oberfläche des Kochfelds sichtbar ist.
16. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Strahlers (17) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , das mindestens die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
- Entlüften des Hohlraums (3; 11 ; 15);
- Befüllen des Hohlraums (3; 11 ; 15) mit dem mindestens einen Leuchtmittel; - Versiegeln des Hohlraums (3; 11 ; 15).
